Life under Grogar’s reign of terror is just about the worst thing in the world. One pony decides it’s about time somepony did something about it.

After the defeat of the villains Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow, the Cutie Mark Crusaders are curious to know about the Bewitching Bell to see if they can become stronger ponies. It was only after they cast the spell they now have to deal with the first emperor of Equestria, the father of monsters, Grogar

This is more of a "what if" scenario if the Crusaders interact with Grogar so its a story just for fun.

When Luna was banished, it left a hole in Equestria's defenses. While Celestia could care for both the sun and the moon, watching over Equestria's dreams was beyond her power.

For a thousand years, the Sandmare has been a regular unicorn, trying her best to ensure that little ponies sleep peacefully. But it's a lonely life, one that often ends in madness or early death. And over twenty years ago, the last Sandmare was brutally murdered by a monster, who is determined to topple Equestria.

Moon Shadow has no idea of any of this. She's the current Sandmare, living in Canterlot and wishing that she could have a normal life, like everypony else. But when stars begin to move on their own and past evils re-emerge, she's got no choice but to live up to her very unwanted destiny.

Set immediately following the events of The Beginning of the End, Grogar resurrects Sombra again, and the Shadow King offers a plan that may doom the ponies once and for all: ponynap Fluttershy. In exchange for a promise of her survival, Discord vanishes, and the broken Mane 6 must face the fall of Equestria without either of them. Will friendship prevail? Will love?

This story is a sequel to On Second Thought...

After becoming the new rulers of Equestria, Princess Twilight Sparkle and her friends found themselves trapped in Tartarus easily, thanks to a plan from Empress Cozy Glow.

Why? Because the Mane 6 and Royal Adviser Spike gained the "uselessness" of ex-Princess Celestia and ex-Princess Luna.

Now, the only ponies that can save Equestria from Lord Tirek, Queen Chrysalis, Grogar, and Empress Cozy Glow, or the "Legion of Cozy" are Starlight Glimmer and Trixie Lulamoon. Really, it's all up to Starlight.

Will Starlight be able to find the power inside herself to defeat the Legion of Cozy? Or will the LoC be victorious? Starlight may be very surprised about what will eventually happen to her...

Enough will be explained to not require reading the prequel to understand this story (and laugh) but it would answer why Twilight and the others took over for Celestia and Luna, and it took place right after the season 9 premiere.

At the time this story was written, I didn't know what will happen in the season 9 finale of MLP:FIM, so there will be no actual spoilers for it. Any similarities between this AU story and the series finale is 100% coincidental.

This story is a rewritten and combined version of Luster Dawn Friendship Successor and Passing On Together. A fix fic for anyone who didn't like the finale which apparently broke the promise by Meghan McCarthy that Twilight would not outlive her friends. But the truth is that its up to us whether she does or not, Jim Miller said they don't know how long everyone lives including Twilight. That means they are leaving it up to us to decide for ourselves. The way I saw the finale there was a curse breaker option. It appeared to me that Twilight was training a successor in Luster Dawn so that she can give up her immortality. Great tests await Luster as the real Grogar returns and sets up a plan to conquer Equestria.

The main story in the Successor Verse. Sad label for the loss of loved ones and death in general. But also happy and fun times, and a bittersweet ending.

Authors Notes: This story uses a theory I developed gathering info through the mlp wiki rather than the widely believed theory that immortality is the ability of alicorns.

If you believe immortality is a gift you are entitled to your opinion, but please do not try to convince me of such. I'm trying to give people who don't want Twilight to suffer the curse of immortality an alternative.

It all comes to a head...will the elements of harmony be able to stop Grogar and his associates? It'll be quite the battle, and it won't be easy...
This is a slightly more logical version of how the show ended, replacing unnecessary dead-end plot threads like the Windigoes and Twilight running off to the Crystal Empire with focusing on intelligent character choices and more emotion, while also trying to be a little more varied between full-on humor and seriousness.

After a nasty infestation of Vampire Fruit Bats, the Apple Family finds themselves deep in debt and in danger of loosing the farm. Still haunted by her father's disowning of her, and plagued by thoughts of what will become of her son, little daughter, and the rest of her new family. Pear Butter goes off alone to clear her head by playing her guitar, she is greeted by the malevolent ram Grogar (the real one) who makes a bet with her: if she can play the guitar better than he can, he'll give her a guitar made of gold. But if she can't, Grogar gets her soul.

With no other way to save the farm, Pear Butter agrees to Grogar's terms.

Shave Grogar's right hoof has become the Ruler of the City. He intends to send his apprentice Cozy Glow to Equestria with an important task on which the fate of Tambelon depends!.
