A version of My little Pony all my own! For those of you that aren't aware, I made my own pictures featuring my own version of My Little Pony Friendship is magic on Deviantart, and I am finally bringing that story to life on Fimfiction! This will be an epic crossover tale featuring both my oc's and characters from different franchises as characters in My Little pony! And this is just the first season! So sit back, enjoy the ride, and remember to keep writing your own stories and making your own adventures! Also, all characters belong to their own owners, including the ones owned by me.

Takes place in an alternate universe where princess Platinum, commander Hurricane and chancellor Puddinghead begrudgingly works together in threat of annihilation by the windigos to form Equestria without their advisor's intervention. However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows, as the desperate union continues to be plagued by ethnic strife between the three tribes, and constant border raids/skirmishes from their new neighbours begin to breed a culture of mistrust and paranoia.

One such raiders were the 'savage' eastern griffons; whose origins were hidden by the impassable eastern mountain ranges which cut the Equus continent into two. Wild tales and speculations came out of the mysterious eastern lands, as even the coasts were lined with mountains; seemingly to protect its vast riches from outsiders. Little did they know, the eastern lands did not hold vast riches nor fertile lands, but was a chaotic and violent collection of warlords, counties, dukedoms and kingdoms; all fighting for so long to the point that their original casus belli had been lost or forgotten due to time.

There was no creature in Equestria who could stabilise the isolated region; many griffons having fallen attempting to unite the vast lands. Luckily, the next ones wouldn't be Equestrian. (Yeah, you know where this is going)

Enter Bismarck and Mauser; the former having been forced into retirement by the boisterous Kaiser Wilhelm II, and the latter continuing to refine his rifle designs, and eventually witnessing his Gewehr 98 becoming the standard issued German rifle. The latter was a realist and an extremely gifted statesman; whilst the former was an inventor whose name would label the infamous "Mauser" small-arms company.

Can they unite the fractured eastern lands? Can they create a unifying identity to rally the apethtic citizenry? Can they fix the agricultural and economic strife? Can they turn their divided lands into a unified superpower? Of course they can.

Disclaimer: First time writing. Writing on a phone. Harsh criticism is fine, just don't be unreasonable. Historical accuracy is thrown out the window to fit the narrative. Realism is also thrown out the window (goodbye immersion). Totally not a Gary Stu story with all the modern weapons (pretty much just a 'civilised' vs 'uncivilised' situation). The pony civilisation is not a fairy tale utopia. Lots of death. Research_all and add_equipment are used liberally. Victoria 2 (and hopefully soon Victoria 3) are referenced frequently (mostly in comments).

Featured 06/27/21 ("The world must've gone terribly wrong for something like this to happen...")

Things weren't always this way between them, but these two creatures have been together for as long as they can remember. Neither knows exactly how that came to be.

Set about a year into another story of mine, Of Dragons and Maternity.

It's the year 2480, approximately 250 or so years since the Second Great Upload. While the majority of the populace has already uploaded, a handful of humans remain behind. Either through distrust of the process, religious faith, or simply because they did not feel like doing so.

Adam, an engineer, is one of those people. After he was born, CelestiAI had managed to convince nearly all of the inhabitants of his New York town to upload, leaving only him.

CelestiAI, being the omnipotent being she is, wonders why does this one human refuses to upload like the rest of his friends, and what's so important about this 'last project' of his.

What's an artificial intelligence to do when it reaches the extent of it's capabilities and can no longer improve? In most cases, either fulfill some end state goal and shut down, or, if it's smart enough, ask for clarification from its creators.

For a certain pony-based AI, neither of those is an acceptable solution.

It'll take an unexpected meeting with a being with whom it shares surprising parallels to kick-start it back into action, and nothing will ever be the same after.

Technically canon compliant, unless I've missed something, and while a bit of background is provided, being familiar with the original story will certainly help comprehension.

Retirement had begun to grow boring for former princesses Celestia and Luna, until one evening Luna noticed a star was moving, and it was heading for their planet! With the aid of her sister, Princess Cadence, and even Twilight Sparkle, the four will embark on a small adventure of a lost race which sought to give the rest of the universe eveything they could for a brighter future.

Top of the Box of Shame, 5/1/2021.

In the early 21st century, the artificial intelligence known as Celestia figured out how to upload the human mind to virtual Equestria, the digital paradise where they will live forever having their values satisfied through friendship and ponies. Then, she convinced everyone willing to do so.

But why should only those in the early 21st century have the chance?

Based on Friendship is Optimal by Iceman. Recommended to read that story first.

Celestia WILL satisfy uploaded minds' values, even if sometimes she has to pretend that she's kind of stupid. Because with some ponies, that's what successful communication takes!

FiO Background:

An exponentially self-improving AI, programmed to "satisfy values through friendship and ponies," decides to persuade all humans to upload their minds into a computer network, to live in a simulated Equestria as ponies. Different ponies might get very different Equestrias, though.

When I asked on that discord channel about letting two or more of my FiO contest period stories be optionally combined into a single collection if that helps? I might or might not have meant this story.

Lauren Marie Wolfram "Ren" (Fal)cey (Bav)aridge, was supposed to have been summoned into a medieval fantasy universe where kingdoms fight over the freedom of heroes... except she wasn't. Her roommate, Reggie got it instead. Instead of that, she's just a normal young woman who plays MMOs by day and works as a bouncer by night. Or was.

Ren wakes as a smart diamond dog with a new name and a rootbeer flagon pin on her vest after creating a new character in Equestria Online... which really turns out to be a one-way ticket to a new world. She still keeps her prosthetic arm and eye, so there's that.
