Octavia and I finally went out on a date.

To say things went wrong is a bit of an understatement, and now we have no choice but to work together on a new song for a charity concert that only exists to get ourselves out of trouble.

Damn, though, do we have something special planned for Equestria and the Princesses.

We're going down in the history books tonight, baby!

Vinyl talks to some of her friends about what happened with Octavia, and how it all happened. Holding herself together without the support she once had from Octavia is now even harder.

Vinyl's music career is on the down slide. Her fame is dropping. Her sales are falling. All in all, things are not looking good for the DJ in face of new, more hip musicians. That is, until Octavia develops a plan crazy enough it might just work. Is Vinyl, and more importantly, her waistline up for the challenge, or will she be swept away in a sea of self pity and left over food?!

Octavia is faced with a lot of challenges. Will she be able to save her best friend? Or will the wub loving pony be lost forever?

Spanning from one hundred to one thousand words, with unexpected words leading them on their journey of writing, it's a lot of (unconnected) mini stories about the shipping of whatever jazzy fillyfooling pairs that this crazy group can think up! (Although, it's pretty much gonna be OctaScratch, because they're a sexy pairing.)
