When Vinyl Scratch splits up with her long time partner, Green Star, can anything or anypony make her happy again? She is told by her friend to return to ponyville to get some rest, so she does, but somepony has their heart set on her. (rated teen for older content in later chapters)

Vinyl Scratch lives the hard life. She doesn't make many bits a day, and her job is slowly growing old. No-one wants a DJ anymore, specially when Vinyl lives in Canterlot. Everypony is too upperclass for her music, and she slowly finds herself drifting into the shadows of the unknown.
She's desperate, and it falls to the hooves of one pony to truely understand her.

Octavia Philharmonica is an Earth Pony who overcame the handicap of not being born with magic, and has become one of the greatest cellists Equestria has ever seen. When she is invited to the Gala, everything seems to lead to her dreams coming true, but by a cruel twist of fate, her perfect day is ruined. Distraught, Octavia can not stop thinking about the incident, bordering on obsession, but could the worst moment of her entire life be the catalyst that eventually culminates into being her best?

OctaVinyl Shipping. This is my very first fanfic, and I have no doubt It will not be very good, but I want to get into writing and I think this will help me get better at it.

I know I've only done two chapters, but Ive been having a hard time finding time to actually continue. This isn't dead. Just sleeping.

Vinyl Scratch lives to feel free! She feels trapped in society and the bland routine of every day life. She discovers that graffiti art gives her the same sense of freedom and danger that her music does. With a troubled past she longs for this feeling, doing almost anything in her power to grasp it. Even tough the activity is considered illegal she still finds herself in the streets every night after dark, tagging long abandoned buildings, feeling like she's leaving her mark for everypony to see. After deciding to try and tag one of the biggest buildings in Canterlot she gets caught again, this time facing severe punishment.

But when she discovers who the pony that lives in the building she painted is, she concocts a devious plan to get herself out of the trouble shes in.

She's willing to try anything to get back out on the streets!

Authors notes: Light comedy, nothing to cause any ROFLing. This is my first official fic and I really hope you enjoy! I am looking for someone to edit for me and would be very grateful to whoever wants to help! That being said if you have any tips for me and my story please comment or message me with them! After an unexpected tragedy at Sweet Apple Acres, Applebloom is left without those that she calls family. Vinyl Scratch a long time friend to the Apple Family steps in to help raise the filly and hopefully help her recover. Pairings for this AB/Scootaloo and VS/OM.
