Tartarus. A burning plane of existence made to punish the damned and evil. And ruling over this pit of hellfire is Hades, Lord of the Dead and God of the Underworld. And while torturing souls and abusing his two minions Pain and Panic are always good fun, he's grown bored. With his plans to rule Olympus and destroy Hercules down the tube, he needs a new aspiration in his un-life. And since he needs to buy some groceries, Ponyville seems like the perfect place to go shopping. And maybe make an ally or two for his newest plan to take over Olympus. If he doesn't burn them all to a crisp and steal their souls first.

Princess Celestia has three bright fillies that she took in as her students. One will become a crazed unicorn bent on her views, one would transfer to another dimension, and the third would follow the destiny set out for her from the start. Over time, they become the best of friends. Can Twilight keep them close enough to eventually bring them back?

With no response from Princess Twilight during the Friendship Games, Sunset decides to go back to Equestria and talk to her face-to-face. Upon entering the portal, she is thrown into a alternate time-line that is in a constant loop. Nothing makes sense and with every second it makes even less sense. With only Twilight and another pony knowing what's going on, Sunset must help make it right again.

Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship, Princess Celestia's most faithful student, has a secret, a secret that could very well get her executed. She is the leader of a group of powerful unicorns- Trixie Lulamoon, Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, and herself. The four of them are bent on overthrowing the princesses and ruling Equestria together, and they sure don't care about taking the throne peacefully. The only thing that matters is power, and they will do what they have to get it. But for Twilight, leading the group isn't easy: She is watched closely by Princess Celestia herself, and has five close friends from who she must keep her secret. But nothing has ever stopped her from defeating her goal, no matter what. And nothing is about to change that now. But she must remember: Anyone can betray anyone.

Starlight Glimmer asks a question of Twilight: If Rainbow Dash had never done the sonic rainboom, would Equestria be better or worse than it is now, on the whole? Twilight, always interested in the hypothetical, agrees to find out.

This is essentially a write-up of the Season 5 finale, inspired by its animatic, as I was deeply inspired by it. Given that the season is on hiatus, I decided to do the unthinkable and actually write a serious pony fic. There will be spoilers from the animatic.

Princess Twilight Sparkle is the only daughter of the queen of the night, Nightmare Moon, and the lord of shadows, King Sombra. She is unlike any other normal equine foal, mainly because she was born as an alicorn. Just like her parents, she has the acute ability of harnessing the full power of dark magic to the fullest of its power. Her and her parents rule the Crystal Kingdom with an iron-hoof with a strong and loyal alliance with the Griffon Kingdom. They are planning one of the biggest attacks on Equestria in over a thousand years. The great thing about their plan is, their enemy has no idea about it.

Unfortunately, they are dealing with the princess of Equestria, Princess Celestia and her most loyal of guards, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie.

The gore rating is for death and torture in later chapters. The teen rating may change depending on how I write how the death's and torture occur.

When the Twilight's friends finally wear her down with begging and convince her to bring them along to the human world to experience a new world, Twilight can't say no. Her friends at Canterlot high even agree to help. But things go wrong when Twilight goes through the portal as her human self, but all her friends are still trapped in pony form, minus the wings and horns. The friends are at a loss for why Twilight was able to transform but not the others. Then the portal won't allow them back to Equestria either. Their human counterparts and Sunset Shimmer know they need to think up a plan for the five ponies and fast. Ponies aren't as easy to excuse as a dog like Spike. Human Fluttershy knows of a stable just outside of town which is gearing up to have Equestrian Games.

Soul mates?

I think they exist...Just not always as you expect them.

I think that there are certain people thet you'll meet in your life who just connect with you... more than anyone else, and you know that it isn't a typical thing, yet you understand each other perfectly.

I think that this person will always be your soul mate. They could be your neighbor, just about anyone. Anyone you've interacted with.

A person that you connect with.

Maybe even your best friend...

My first one shot.

Once Fluttershy realizes her cutie mark has to do with animals, she wishes to move to Ponyville. However with things stopping her, she starts to lose hope, happiness being sapped from her life. However, Rainbow Dash decides otherwise and does everything in her power to make her smile again.

Story takes place two months after Rainbow's first sonic rainboom in Cloudsdale, back when they were fillies.
