Even the place she's heading towards is unsettling. Could be the imbalanced amount of entropy. Who knows.
Of course, just when the chaos that is Faeron's life seems to be calming down, something else starts stirring it up again. That's great.

Anyone here think it's another generic Fallout Xover? You're wrong! It's my vision of Fallout 4!

Twilight Sparkle has done many things: defeated Nightmare Moon and Discord, even had a temper tantrum or two. One thing she hasn't done is survive in a post-apocalyptic nuclear winter without any of her friends, or any ponies for that matter. All that she has is her magic, a combat knife, a rifle, a 9mm pistol, and a strange creature called a "Hoo-Man" that she travels with for protection. All that she can really do is try to find her way home and to not die every five minutes.

This story is a sequel to Aftermath of the Games

Change happens, no matter what any creature wishes. Actions have consequences, no matter how badly you want to ignore them. And now, magic is starting to grow in the human world in a very big way, a way that can't be hidden in a single high school.

With the inevitable coming, inhabitants of two worlds have to scramble to get a grip on what's going on before it flows out of control. Hopefully they can figure out this new magic in time to ensure a peaceful relationship between the two worlds.

Twilight faces the thought of immortality with her usual aplomb: falling down into a ball of misery and confusion about her role, and what she will do in the eventual absence of her friends and family.

That is, until a much older Twilight Sparkle takes the time to talk to her.

But how does this effect the elements of harmony and Equestria?
First thing's first, Twilight will have to tell her parents about their sudden granddaughter. Then they're going to have to talk to both princesses about the new legal princess who happens to be an ex-villain. Hopefully her brother and sister in law will understand. Then there's Twilight's friends, the town Starlight controlled, and many problems only the elements of harmony can handle.

Sometimes she wishes she could go back to the days where she raised a young filly, Starlight...

While in the human world, on a date with Sunset, Twilight discovers a badly injured child that she recognizes a little too well with a newborn baby. Taking them to a hospital, they discovers more about the children and decide to take them to Equestria to help them out.
