Two military brothers find themselves in Equestria after Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia try an experiment together. It ends up with the two finding themselves in the land that they have only been able to dream of being in. However, the world that they have stepped into is quite ascue from what they have come to know and love about the land. First off, the inhabitants of this land are not ponies, but humans. Second, the time they have come into is ten years before Nightmare Moon's return. Third, disharmony is a sad reality in this point of Equestrian history. The greed of the Canterlot elite and the new Griffin King's lust for power is slowly turning Equestria into a shadow of its former self. Mere chance had brought these two brothers here, and it will soon be apparent that it will be them that turn the tide, and restore the heavenly, peaceful land to it's former glory. To get to heaven though, these two brothers must go through hell. This will only be the beginning of their journey as they learn about their new strengths and abilities, while also taking a journey into themselves.

This is the first story in what will be named the Metal Series.

Making his way to the library for some advice from Twilight, Rumble must now come to terms with the talent that Fate has bestowed upon him.

Easier said than done when your cutie mark is an embarrassing one.

Submitted to the second Author Support Writing Prompt, with the theme "You are a foal, and you have just received your cutie mark."

The original got positive feedback, and very helpful comments. It actually won the prompt, which was quite a surprise considering the rush job. The comments have been heeded, hopefully this version is better content-wise. Some scenes are radically changed compared to the original, hopefully for the better. My thanks to BronyMaster; Peregrine Caged, SunnyDaze and Tricondon, this story would not be the same without your input.

The Xel'Naga Artifact's activation at the end of the battle on Char has a completely different result than Raynor expected. It sends the Queen of Blades to Equestria, and the Elements of Harmony. Given her reality bending power, and overall manipulative nature, the Elements restrict her power upon her arrival. So, what's a newly weakened Queen of Blades to do, inside the Elements' vault in the castle?

The Princesses with the help of the others manage to summon them back only to find... that the two are marefriends!? How the buck did that happen!?

Hello. If you're reading this, you somehow found my message. Hopefully you are a fellow Brony, and will not simply assume this is the insane ramblings of a crazy person.
Oh, I suppose I should introduce myself, this story is about me, I guess. The name's Cain. Nice to meet ya.
Now, getting to the point of why I sent this out. Ya see, a few months ago, I had a rather unsettling experience. My mind was ripped from my body on Earth and transported to wherever it is our beloved Equestria lies. Normally, this would be nothing to worry about, as it seems to happen all the time, but frankly, this time was different. Instead of being sent to Equestria as a human, or nay, a pony, my mind was placed inside the body of an Equestrian.

Unfortunately for me, it happened to be Diamond Tiara.

Yeah...not what I was expecting either. Now, quick, before the message fades, get me some help!!
