When The Dazzlings are having a bad hair day, Adagio decides to use one of her potions; she has brought with her from Equestria. However things are not going as she has planned or at least for her.

Sonata is a freshmen at Canterlot University, and meets Adagio and Aria who aren't really excited to see her. And unexpecting things keep happening. Also, they get really annoyed of each other.

Everything has been calm and peaceful for Canterlot High in recent months with the Dazzlings reformation. OR was the Dazzlings reformation really a reformation? The answer is no it was an awaking from their nightmare of a spell casted on them when they were twelve. But, now the three Sirens who casted the spell are at Canterlot High and have attentions of ruining the upcoming Moonlight dance. But, with them around it has brought Adagio to start remembering her life before it was ruined by them. Can the Rainbooms and the Dazzlings stop these three before the carry out their plan?

The Dazzling's are now defeated, in shambles and now they have to live their life as normal teenage girls. So what can happen, well when your have a trio of people who everyone hates, what normally happens. Wacky shenanigans, over the top situations and various schemes to try and get back on top. When Sunset saw Sonata Dusk return to CHS and experience a very familiar treatment, she encouraged her friends to reach out to the Dazzlings just as they'd done with her after the Fall Formal.

Several months later, Aria and Sonata have come to discover some joy in their new life-after-magic. Adagio, however, has continued to refuse the offer—out of bitterness, spite and an unwillingness to give those 'rainbooms' the satisfaction of seeing her break.

What she has yet to realize is that clinging to this resentment is hurting no one but herself.
