//------------------------------// // Chapter 4: A New Team // Story: College Roomates // by Penguin_Pop34 //------------------------------// Good morning Adagio! Adagio thought to herself as she sat up on her bed to stretch. Aria was sleeping with her earbuds on, so Adagio turned the music off. Sonata was sleeping in a weird position, and Adagio was uncomfortable about that. Today is the soccer game between the Canterlot High University Wondercolts and the Crystal Academy Shadowbolts. And it is supposed to be a big event, according to the announcers. Adagio took a long shower, which Aria hated and banged on the door, got dressed, and headed for the game. "Woo! Go Wondercolts!" Adagio yelled, as Rainbow Dash, a member of the Wondercolts, ran swiftly with the soccer ball. "Meh, rather prefer the Shadowbolts, they're much cooler," Aria smirked. "Go, Pinkie Pie!" Sonata yelled, as Rainbow Dash passed the ball to Pinkie Pie. "Yay! My ball!" Pinkie squealed with delight. In the last five seconds of the game, Pinkie kicked the ball into the goal. Sonata was screaming like crazy. "And the winner is, the Wondercolts!" The announcer yelled. "Yeah! Beat that Aria!" Adagio screamed. Aria rolled her eyes and looked away. A few minutes after the game, Adagio was in line to get an autograph from every member of the Wondercolts. "Hi! I'm Dagi... I mean, Adagio! Big fan!" Adagio said, jumping up and down. "Looks like someone lost it," Aria laughed, Sonata giggled a little. "Hi, I'm... Fluttershy," Fluttershy whispered as she backed away. "Sorry, I couldn't hear you," Adagio said. "It's Fluttershy!" "Oh. Okay," Adagio said. Soon, she met Rainbow, Pinkie, Applejack, Rarity, Spitfire, Soarin, etc. "Boy, what a game!" Sonata said as she fell onto her bed. "Tell me about it," Aria sighed. "Oh no! I'm going to be late for class!" Sonata screamed as she ran out of the dorm. "Me too, bye Adagio," Aria said as she clumsily gather her scattered homework and books and rushed out the door. Adagio was hugging all the autographs, squealing and jumping. As soon as she snapped out of it, she looked down and muttered, "I'm such a dork."
