This story is a sequel to Right

It's been a year since the changeling invasion of Canterlot, where Twilight Sparkle discovered Fluttershy's true nature. Since then, the shy pegasus has been more isolated than usual, scared of what may happen if anypony else were to find out what she truly was: a changeling raised by ponies since she was a foal.

After much poking and prodding from Twilight, she decides that she'll tell the other element of harmony bearers all at once. When her friends all arrive, and Fluttershy reveals her true form, the two find themselves under attack by their friends. Fluttershy and Twilight escape at the last moment, not entirely sure what just happened, and find themselves in a forest that neither pony recognizes, with no way of getting home that they can see.

They are totally alone. And totally lost.

If you ever got the chance, would you speak to yourself, one on one? Most would. What about... your shadow? Would you be able to deal with the secrets of your life that it holds? Twilight is assigned to delve deep into the question an explore the answer, but revelations ends up telling her a truth about herself almost unbearable to accept; a truth regarding her past...

It is in very ancient times (around 5,000 years before the first Hearth's Warming Eve) and the ponies and draconequuses who once shared Equestria are now in a great war between Queen Faust with the Elements of Harmony and King Draconerus with the Elements of Chaos. The war just seems like endless bloodshed, but everything seems to change when two babies are born on the same day, Celestia and Discord. Are these two destined to be with each other or to be mortal enemies?

-The prologue is extremely rushed because it's not the actual story it's just trying to cram a whole bunch of background information in 4 paragraphs because to explain it all in great detail would take me about 20 paragraphs, but the ideas will be better explained throughout the story, so don't let the pace throw you off just read for the ideas.

Princess Luna, carrying out her normal duties of watching over the dreams of her subjects, comes across one of a more intimate variety. Normally unfazed by such dreams, this one embarrasses her into leaving quickly. Despite her decision to never think about the dream again—like always—she can't help but remember a single detail from it. A detail so strange she feels the need to talk to the dreamer about it. Unfortunately, she doesn't know who the dreamer was.

Awkwardness ensues.

Discord managed to free himself from his stone prison, but some difficulties occured and gave him a new perspective as a pony. How will he adapt to these changes? And will his plan work this time?

After a horrible accident, Luna is forced to resort to drastic measures in order to save Twilights life. While unconscious, Twilight meets a powerful stallion who claims to be responsible for death, sleep, and all other states of unconsciousness. He turns out to have quite a tale to spin for her, and what he reveals may well be the undoing of one thousand years of harmony.

And so, the rewrite has begun.

As Rainbow Dash attempts to break new barriers of speed, she finds herself transported to a mysterious world, inhabited by creatures with unbelievable powers. While her friends in Equestria search for a way to return her home, she is forced to search for her own way home with the aid of her new friends, a trio of humans named Ash, Cilan, and Iris.

The emotionless Twilight Tragedy has served Master Discord for a thousand years along with her fellow Elements of Chaos, handing out death to those who defy him. But, who was this one filly, who LAUGHED in the face of Master's chaos? Twilight Tragedy doesn't understand, she wants to know.

Meanwhile, Shining Armor wakes up on the day of his promotion to captain of the royal guard, the day that Twilight is to be sent to Ponyville to prepare for the Summer Sun Celebration. Everything is normal. Everything is fine. Nothing confusing or otherworldly going on at all, nope, none. *Liarjack face*. Why does it take a second for ponies who remember who he is?
