Rainbow Dash attends this year's Sisterhooves Social with Scootaloo, and an impromptu bet with Applejack brings about an odd turn of events. During the aftermath, Rainbow learns something new about her best friend, and about herself.

Summer is in full swing and after the battle against Chrysalis things seem to be winding down for Sunset Shimmer. She has finally found peace with herself and is with the love of her life Twilight. However Sunset will soon learn the dangers and headache of dating her boss. Especially when that boss is a princess of Equestria and she's her advisor.

Rainbow Dash has feelings for Princess Twilight Sparkle, however, things don't go according to plan. After Twilight accidentally discovers Rainbow's feelings for her, things get very bumpy... not at all affected by the sudden return of and old... "friend?"

Hidden feelings can peak out from the smallest moments. Those small moments can lead to a series of events where those feelings blossom overtime. Sometimes, they were already there, and sometimes, all it needs is just that one push.

For Fluttershy, it starts off with a simple contact with her hooves. Now an uncomforting tingle spreads through her hooves anytime one of her animals come in contact with them. Rainbow Dash helps her through this problem. But it is Rainbow Dash who helps her understand and accept what it really is.

But these trials don't end when one accepts these feelings. It only begins, for the both of them.

It was a normal Sunday afternoon in Ponyville, Dash had off of work today and was practicing to become a wonderbolt. She was about to finish an Awesome trick when all of a sudden she crashes in to Applejack. When she opens her eyes to see exactly what happened she notices a very shocked Applejack and a very strange predicament.

After the events of Rainbow Rocks, Sonata Dusk find herself in a sticky situation, she doesn't have money so she gets a job at Sugarcube Corner and finds herself entangled in the life of the one girl who helped stop the Dazzling's plans.

Sunset Shimmer and the Rainbooms show the two sirens friendship and help them redeem themselves, as well as helping them start new lives as normal humans without powers.
