A colossal mass of alien matter ends up on the surface of Equestria as a result of a cosmic disaster, and it is poisoning all it touches. Twilight Sparkle and her friends are caught up in the events as Equestria becomes increasingly hostile to ponies, and the ponies become increasingly hostile to each other. But is it the fault of the alien matter, or is something more going wrong?

It is up to Twilight to find the answer and a solution, preferrably one that also preserves the very fragile life of what may be the last representant of an entire species.

Weak, desperate and with only a dozen changelings to her name, Queen Chrysalis resorts to summoning one of the most obscure creatures in mythology; a human.

When her team is revealed to be a rather famous set of siblings, it looks like poor Spike will be her slave for a week! However, due to a team of masseurs, a minor invasion, unfortunate addictions, and dubious barrel components, victory might not be as near as she thinks...

Anonymous is the Chosen Undead; the so-called hero of Lordran. After the final confrontation with Gwyn, Lord of Cinder, Anonymous is ripped from his world and thrown into Equestria. A stranger in an even stranger land, Anonymous must make due with the fact he's stuck there while searching for a way to return home. But when forces conspire against Equestria and Anonymous, will the so-called hero be able to save both the land and himself?

After discovering that Cadence is not who she appears to be, Twilight is sent to another world entirely by the disguised Changeling Queen to avoid her plan being disrupted.
When Twilight lands, she discovers that not only have Spike, Owlowiscious and Peewee followed her, but that they've arrived in a world where the main sentient species is human.
There's still a place where they teach magic, though.
Crossover with Harry Potter. Twilight will be effectively taking the role of Hermione.

In an unfortunate and impossible turn of events, Quantum physicist Sam Beckett leaps into Lero, a young human who lives with his herd in Equestria... wait... herd? Sam's mission... stop the herd from falling apart. If you haven't read Xenophilia or seen Quantum leap I suggest you do it before you read this. For those who haven't seen the show, Sam Beckett is the one on the left and Al Calavicci is the one on the right. And there will be no clop in this story.

The Canterlot Caverns are a strange and enigmatic place, untouched and forgotten by pony-kind for centuries. So when a strange metal object is unearthed in their depths, it's up to Twilight Sparkle and Lyra Heartstrings to discover the many secrets it holds.

Together, the two of them will have to do their best to understand the remnants of an ancient civilization, and decipher what remains of Those Who Came Before.
