1705139 Thanks. Finding a specific crossover is tough in my opinion. Like I wanted an Assassin's creed 3 crossover. Couldn't find one so I had to write it myself. And I wanted a three stooges crossover, couldn't find one so I settled for this good but underrated story. Oh, and I wanted a bioshock 2 crossover with subject delta, and when I finally found it, it turns out the frickin' author is practically dead. So that story is never gonna get completed. Unless he comes back and puts out a dozen new chapters in a day.

Okay... yeah wow. I remember the show (yes I'm old, so very old) and I liked the show a lot, watched every episode of it in fact. Now as for what you have here, its... interesting. Normally I'd say that the pacing is off for a fanfic, but this kind of pacing was canon to the way the show worked. Sam is dropped in the body, gets into comedic or dramatic awkward situation, says "oh boy" and the intro credits roll. So save for the credits themselves, yeah you are off to a very canon Quantum Leap start.
Now as for using Xenophilia as your cross-over... I'm not so sure. I enjoyed what I've read so far, but I'll have to see more to convince me it deserves a +1. Also, I wasn't aware Lero was from Boston, but cool whatever, I might have just missed that detail somewhere.
Your biggest hurdle is going to be keeping the fanbase for this story happy, since this is so far out of left field. I'd bet money no one was expecting to see this of all things. That's not a bad thing per se, but it'll definitely be a strike against you considering the majority of the fan base for this story was still in kindergarten or younger when this show was running. Heck, I had an idea of using Northern Exposure for a pony crossover story a while back, but I know that most just wouldn't know or care what that show is.
So best of luck to you sir, I like what you have so far and I hope to keep liking it.
1712275 That's how I'm trying to tell the story, like pretty much every normal episode. Yeah, I know, not a lot of people don't know about this show. Hell, I didn't even know who Marilyn Manson was until they put him in that one episode of family guy. Oh well, only time will tell how this story turns out.

Question here; How does Ziggy know anything at all about Equestria? Ziggy's knowledge of the situations Sam ends up in is due to Ziggy's access to earth's records of the past- it has no way of knowing anything about the Leroverse; unless you're positing that Quantum Leap takes place sometime post-contact with Equestria- in which case, Al wouldn't be surprised at all by the ponies- He might not know much about them from lack of personal contact, but he'd know *of* them and Equestria. Of course, Sam being completely clueless would be par for the course thanks to the "Swiss Cheese" effect.
