This story is a sequel to The Twilight Enigma

More of a mid-quel than a sequel, really. A Slice o' Life which takes place somewhere in the middle of Chapter 22 of The Twilight Enigma, and demonstrates that quiet enjoyment may be found in the middle of desperate adventures. Even pirates need to kick back and relax sometimes.

When I heard ponies had opened a car wash, I had to stop in and investigate. Under normal circumstances, nobody washes my Mustang but me. Considering these abnormal circumstances, is it time to make an exception?

Octavia, meanwhile, busies herself with running a successful nightclub, finding audiences for illicit screenings of Vinyl's films, and preparing for the day when they draw the wrong kind of attention.

Vinyl might be willing to die for her art, but Octavia refuses to let that happen.
