Ever since you were young, you've always preferred the rainy days over the sunny ones. The key word is days at any other time, it's just annoying, especially in the evening. It gets too cold, too damp, and too obnoxious. To combat the cold, you grab your favorite blanket, a bowl of soup, and your favorite film, you were gonna ride out this night like you did every night.

That's until a bright orange blur catches your eye. It takes shelter under the bus stop across from your house. Everything in your being is telling you it's just another homeless person. But, this one wasn't like any hobo you've seen. Her clothes were somewhat clean and she didn't seem very unkempt. You can't help but investigate.

With the upcoming Friendship Games, Sunset Shimmer has been understandably distracted. That is until she spots Aria pass her by in the street. Curious to know what happened to her and the other sirens after the Battle of the Bands, Sunset follows Aria to an unusual destination, and has an equally strange conversation.

When Twilight Sparkle was just a kid, her best friend was a girl named Sunset Shimmer. Though their friendship had a bit of a rocky start, they quickly became inseparable, no matter how much everyone thought of them as ‘weird’. They were there for each other.

Years after the tragic accident that tore them apart, Twilight is determined to move on from her loss, and she sets off on an independent research project to investigate the strange happenings at Canterlot High. Little does she know that she will soon come face to face with what appears to be a literal ghost from her past.

After the battle of the bands, The Dazzlings run into a lot of trouble. They try their hardest to make things work, but they just can't. While they are at their lowest, they receive help from someone unexpected. Whether they like it or not.

After their defeat, the Dazzlings have disappeared. When they hide from Canterlot High and other people, they blame each other for their loss. Saddened, Sonata Dusk flees from the others. Aria Blaze stomps off after a fight, and Adagio looks for guidance.

Author's Note: There will NOT be a sequel. I am touching up on the ending of the story to make up for this.

This story is a sequel to To House Sirens

Flash Sentry believed that housing the sirens would have been enough to help them turn their lives around. It was only after having a talk with Adagio that he realized how wrong he was. The weeks that he let them live in his home can't have been for nothing though. There must be a solution that leaves everybody, including Flash himself, happy.

Can one be truly happy, however, with their past mistakes seemingly always on their mind?

The Dazzlings have been defeated in the battle of the bands. Without their magic, they're working out how to get by in this foreign land and figuring out their next move. When a new kid with a need for speed transfers to CHS from out of town, the Dazzlings take notice and attempt to take advantage of his ignorance. By cozying up to the new boy, Honest Applejack risks ruining the Dazzlings' plans.

The Dazzlings head to Donut Joe's to lick their wounds after the Battle of the Bands. Unfortunately, they run into the ones who defeated them and strike up a conversation that brings up old memories.

Sonata says she’s having issues with maths. Adagio, having nothing better to do and not wanting to take more of Sonata’s complaining, decides to help her. But Sonata can’t simply pay attention to what Adagio says. Adagio is confused. What was happening to that stupid idiot?
