Many years after her dethronement, Chrysalis has returned to her kingdom, but not in the way her people had secretly feared. Chrysalis appears to have changed the same way the others have, although some believe she is using her shapeshifting powers to do so, something that is believed impossible. While Thorax is willing to give her a chance to prove she's changed, Pharynx is not convinced of her reform. The King of Changelings calls his closest friend Spike in order to aid him, but will that be enough? And has Chrysalis truly reformed?

Cadence is killed in an attack by Queen Chrysalis as an act of revenge for the failed invasion, Shining kills her in retaliation but the lonely life soon gets to him. Shining has become distant from everypony & pays attention to only his work ruling as king of the Crystal Empire. After 3 years of separating himself from Equestria a hero of the Crystal Empire returns to save him from himself & just maybe show him how to love again.

Cheating. It never leads to anything good. Hearts get broken, trust is lost, and lives are ruined. Unfortunately, even the best of relationships are not immune to it.

When it comes to light that Shining Armour has been in a secret affair with Rarity, it leaves Princess Cadence and Spike stunned and badly hurt. Leaning on each other for comfort, the two devise a plan to not only get revenge on the ponies that hurt them, but maybe even heal their broken hearts along the way.

Note: This fic was written during season 4 originally, so that's why Flurry Heart isn't mentioned.

The Gala is always boring but it's far worse when none of her friends are able to come since they all have responsibilities with even Spike saying he's too busy. Despite this, the Gala will change how she sees one of her oldest friends and give her the happy ending she had been looking for for years.

After something of a secret revealed, Big Mac takes his sister to Canterlot to meet Orchard Blossom.
Applejack might not have a mother in her life to talk to, but maybe a big sister will be close enough.
