The many stories known as "creepypastas" are much like campfire stories - stories spread around that are meant to scare. But what if those stories turned out to be true?

And worse still, what if you had to experience them?

The denizens of Equestria find themselves trapped in a dangerous game at the will of the Iridescents, color-shifting ponies who are the primary hosts in a hub of these stories turned fact. In order for the Equestrian residents to safely return home, they are forced to traverse and survive several levels of these urban legends, all the while attempting to seek out what are known as Slender Notes, attributed to the infamous legend of Slender Pony. But in a plethora of worlds such as those the legends bring, survival is never guaranteed.

Can the residents of Equestria make it through the various tales that await them as they play through the Iridescents' trials? Who will survive, who will perish, and who will meet a fate worse than death? And what purpose do the Iridescents and their assistants really serve in the Hubworld?

All creepypastas involved belong to their respective owners.

Rated Teen for the potential scare level of the creepypastas, and the gore tag added for stories like Abandoned by Disney and The Russian Sleep Experiment (will try to tone down RSE enough so that it won't go Mature though).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pony-based grimdark fics, as entertaining as they are, will NOT be included here as story worlds. They are not creepypastas, and I don't get at all why people tend to think they are. Since they take place in the universe of Friendship is Magic itself, I may give a mention to them, but they will not be worlds that the participants enter and are forced to go through, due to their setting and characters involved, and them not even being creepypastas anyway.

Vinyl Scratch has a couple of days to waste between gigs, so she decides to spend some time in Ponyville and get re-acquainted with the rather-odd ponies who live there.

This story is a sequel to Javelin

A war against the dragons that was prophesied to occur centuries in the future has just reached its devastating conclusion.

Twilight Sparkle finds herself in the blasted ruins of Equestria, trying to remember what went wrong, and desperately hoping that she is not the last pony left in the world.

Two days earlier, Vinyl Scratch wanders the streets of Canterlot as an agent of Celestia, witness to a world turned mad by war and falling prey to riots and conspiracies.

A prophesy once stated that Vinyl Scratch would save Celestia and all of Equestria...but the power of prophesies has been broken forever.

This is the conclusion of the Betwixt Silver and Gold series, which began with "Javelin" and most-recently included "Whopper of the Year".

The story is Alternate Universe-tagged because the idea for it originated before Season 2 began. Well that, and it doesn't look like the dragons are going to declare war on the ponies anytime soon. The Crossover tag is for the return of some pastiches of Invader Zim characters that I've used before.

Pinkie Pie challenges her friends to play a game in which they take turns being evil, with the rest of the players tasked to thwart the evil schemes. The stakes are high, and all of Ponyville is caught in the middle...

Twisted Spare, while studying a book of myths, comes across a terrible prophesy: the ancient evil of Queen Husk, once sealed inside Queen Chrysalis’s heart by the Elements of Unity, is predicted to emerge as a twin to an unloved Goddess—on the date of the coming Change Carnival! Despite her student's worries, the Queen sends Twisted and her assistant, Gaze the cockatrice, out to the hamlet of Fangville, where she is to oversee the preparations of the Carnival.

Where she will meet five certain Changelings that will change her life her forever…

The planet of Harmonis has been attacked by vampires. They are led by an evil god whose goal is to take over every planet to ensure the survival of the vampire race. Two planets have already been colonized by the ruthless god and he intends to take over a third. Now the Elements of Harmony and the Equestrian military must team up with a group of ponies who wield strange weapons called "Keyblades." Along the way they'll find new lessons and some unexpected friends.

Some important side notes
1: NO DISNEY OR FINAL FANTASY CHARACTERS OR WORLDS WILL APPEAR AT ALL IN THIS FANFIC. They MIGHT be mentioned, but they won't appear.
2: This story takes place after Kingdom Hearts 3 and Between Lesson Zero and Luna Eclipsed of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
3: Some knowledge of the Kingdom Hearts franchise is required to get certain things about this story. Cutscene movies are available on YouTube if you want to know the story.
4: Some characters from other works will appear in this series.
5: This story ,along with other stories I plan on making that take place in this same universe, will use elements of Hindu/Indian/Buddhist mythology.
6: This story takes place in an alternate, more futuristic Equestria.

Fluttershy's pleasant dream is transfigured into a horrible nightmare, and nopony sees her the next day. A book about dream magic is stolen from Twilight's house. One of the Mysterious Mare Do Well costumes Rarity kept goes missing. The hot-air balloon has been taken. All of this in a single night, and it all revolves around one mysterious pony who then breaks into the Canterlot Library. What is happening? Why is this pony doing all of it under the cover of darkness? Whatever the reason, Twilight Sparkle is determined to find out.

Author's Note: Story is written based on a format as if it is the script of an actual episode, which is why the story arc is two parts that take approximately 22 minutes to read. and an epilogue to set up for the soon-to-come sequel, Necessary Corruption.

Kingdoms come and go, civilizations wither and die, and time delivers us all to the same end. History has shown this is often the case, but there are always those who seek to prevent this by any means possible.

Equestria has existed for more than a thousand years having faced civil wars, secret invasions, alien threats and the wrath of gods. After several recent attacks on the country, faith in the monarchy has fallen to an all-time low. On top of that, an ancient enemy threatens to not only destroy Equestria, but the entire planet as well. It would normally be up to the elements of Harmony to prevent certain destruction. But what if the threat was something that threatened to undermine the monarchy if its existence was known, even by the elements?

There is only one option, a new team must be formed, a league if you will.

The powerful, the odd and the downright bizarre are called together to prevent a catastrophe that doesn't just threaten Equestria, but the entire world. At the same time, they must prevent a thousand year old lie from being uncovered that threatens to destroy Equestria from it's very core. Can a group of such volatile individuals coexist? Or will their inability to trust each other lead to the downfall of all?
