TAKES PLACE 1 YEAR AFTER THE MOVIE BATTLE: LOS ANGELES TAKES PLACE

Celestia deems humans un-worthy of living. As always, humans put up a fight. Follow Pvt. Kyle as he tries to tackle this threat with his fellow Marines, along with the Air Force, the Navy, England, and Russia. Humans almost fell to an alien species, but will they fall to another?

It's June 6th, 1944, the 101st Airborne parachuted into France, beginning one of biggest invasions of human history. After the horrendous drops that took place on the night of the drops, Matthews finds himself alone with only his rifle and what ammo he has left. While lost, he meets up and befriends someone that no one would'v ever expected in a war zone. That certain someone is Twilight Sparkle.

Legends tell of a group of heroes, who fought the numerous forces of evil wherever they reared their ugly heads. It was foretold that, one day, they would return to finally rid the world of evil.

These legends were also completely made up, so instead we have these guys.

This is a collaboration between myself, RoyalUnicornJohn1994, Perception Filter, and Lord General Kelly.
Based very heavily on the Samsara Doom mod (demonstration here), which you can also pick up for yourself here (it's a mod, so of course it's free!).

A lone vampire bat sneaks through the mirror portal and ends up in the human world. Instead of apples, it now craves something far richer. And unfortunately for Sunset Shimmer, she's its next snack.

Sunset can't remember any of her activities past sundown. The light hurts not just her eyes, but burns her skin. And she's thirsty.

So very thirsty.

It's up to the Rainbooms to save Sunset from herself before she drinks the whole city dry. Too bad Twilight Sparkle is her primary target.

Here it is, since early 2014, it's finally been set free. Honestly, this story is... something important to me, something cathartic if you will, something I needed to get done, something that I should have gotten done years ago but let my own problems with self loathing and just general disregard for shit get in the way. Regardless... here it is, I hope you all enjoy.

Sunset Shimmer hasn't been sleeping well lately. She doesn't remember her dreams very well when she wakes, but what she does remember is always the same.
She's back in Equestria. Only Equestria is very different from how she left it. The Palace is deserted. The land is a bizarre, twisted, candy coated version of what she remembers. The night never seems to end. And there's something in the dark... Something that laughs and sings, but it's somehow more frightening than the bizarre landscape ever could be.
When Sunset is awake, it's the start of a new year at CHS. The Fall Formal is just around the corner, but she has other things on her mind. Will she discover the truth about her dreams? Or will Halloween bring with it tricks and treats that make her Nightmare Night memories seem pleasant by comparison?
