But not just any Bloom. I'm 4kidz Winx Club Bloom, but I have no idea from when in the show.
Not only that, I'm not even in Equestria proper. I'm in the Dragon Lands. And what's this about a Dragon Princess and what in the world does it have to do with me?
Daphne keeps showing up too, warning me against a horrible future I must prevent.
Whatever the case, life certainly won't be dull anytime soon, I can tell ya that.

Not sure if people realize how OP Bloom, from the Winx Club, is when her powers are not being used by an idiot with the intelligent level of a rock.
Also it does not matter from when in the show Bloom is since all the powers are part of her and just things she goes learning out of nowhere and forget after. Not to say by main setting she has the "Dragon Fire" which is a power so great that it created the whole universe and can destroy it, though in the show she has some focus on healing too.

Next are the other Winx girls going to show up? Are the Trix (Icy, Darcy, Stormy) going to show up? Is Valtor going to show up?

Thirdly if you include the other Winx can you please use me as the person who becomes Stella and ends up complaining about why i was forced to be her. (the reason i ask is as a fan of Winx club I always found her too materialistic, obsessed with beauty, quite the dumb blonde and obssessed with her Royal Statis. I know she grows and develops as a character and in the end i started liking her, but i think it would add some much needed humor to the story to have someone at the start ragging on her til we find out how far into the story we are, though based around the mention of Enchatix we are somewhere around season 3 where Stella was becoming a more nuanced and deep character)
If so I'd loved the first think "I" say is " What really, I'm Stella? *cries depressingly* Why couldn't i become Flora or Techna at least my personality would match them!? I know nothing of fashion, i'm not self-absorbed, and most of all i'm not a damsel in distress waiting for my Prince Brandon to save me and plus i'm not a big fan of Blonde hair"

as this is 4kids Bloom, it would be Baltor, nor Valtor and no, he will not be showing up.
and just because Enchantix is mentioned doesn't necessarily mean it's around season 3, it just means the MC is aware of season 3 and thought the Dragon Lands were the world from there due to the similarities.
I remember watching both the 4Kids version and Nick version.

2- It doesn't matter why he is in Bloom's body, ehat matter is that he is and has her powers as well as a responsability now because of his ill/wellfated situation.

Being Dragon Princess is a born right and not a title, she could appoint a Dragon Lord but that wouldn't means the scepter would change owner because it has a mind of itself and will likely choose to stay with the higher ranking one.

It was confirmed, yes. I think it was after Bloom lost the Dragon Fire to the Trix and ended up on the shores of the Lake where Daphne is trapped as a spirit. Daphne explains that she is her sister and that the Trix couldn't take all of the Dragon Fire from her, she was just subconsciously suppressing her magic, because she thought they took it all.
