The last line you wrote makes it sound like she is mentally broken. I don't know of a way at the moment that would make it sound more like she is just temporarily without her mental facilities, but it seems a bit far of a stretch. Sorry if I misinterpreted the sentence.
This is present tense while the rest of the story is in past tense.
Throw thoughts in single quotes, or italicize them, it would make it easier on the reader to differentiate it from the narration.

It's nice, and I think it fits well with the sudden abruptness meant to accompany such. The little 'Twilight is too dazed to think' at the end is nice, implying if she's left perpetually milked she won't quite recover her faculties.
