Another great story my friend. 
Sounds good, can't wait for chapter 2.
I like the name, I've been bitten by a brown recluse before, so I have some history with necrosis. I like the basic premis, though Twilight seems way off character. If you had a little bit more depth into the transformation, it would be more believable, but I suspect you'll get into that in later chapters.
I also noticed a few grammar errors.
Trixie seemed to brighten at your statement and hold as you mentioned what killed her in the first place.
You suddenly jumped from first person to second.
Interesting note; I resurrected a moth exactly on month and three days ago.
Should be one not on.
Interesting story though, I look forward to reading more

I really like it and my favorite class in Diablo two is the necromancer. Let's just hope to christ she doesn't try to destroy all of equestria in the process keep up the good work

Here's hoping this doesnt go the same way Grimoire did. It was a good story, but really, really dark.
