Captain Copernicus L. Qwark was captured by Doctor Nefarious at a Galaxy Burger drive-thru. It couldn't have been a better situation for Nefarious. Ratchet and Clank were nowhere close to save Qwark...and this time, HE WOULD ANNIHILATE HIM!
After Qwark was strapped to a Black Hole Generator of Nefarious's own design, Lawrence handed Nefarious the button that would activate it. He gleefully pushed it, happy that it would finally destroy his long-time squishy nemesis...but something went horribly wrong.
Now all three of them were whisked away into a land of magic and ponies. Will Nefarious see this as an opportunity to conquer a new world? Will Qwark be able to adapt to such a place where magic is nothing like the technology of the Solana galaxy?

Being a R&C fan myself, this story seems very amusing so far, and I can't wait to see how it continues :)

Dr. Nefarious... Get ready to be schooled by a powerful magical pony... Which, from my experience with R&C, magic was never truly delved and studied, thus they face a disadvantage.
Lawrence, take this chance to be a truly appreciated butler, or you'd end up back to the screaming.
Oh I can't wait and see where this goes, Qwark as a true hero here, with some return home help from ratchet and Clank of course. A very redeeming story for him.

As a longtime fan of Ratchet and Clank, I can firmly say this is fantastic! You nailed everything, the characters, the pacing, even the way you wrote the descriptions reminds me of the series. It's a rare event when I find a crossover fic that so perfectly captures the characters and feeling of it's source material. I can't wait to see how it all plays out with Nefarious and Lawrence, not to mention they have to deal with Quark as well. That isn't a position I would wish on anyone, let alone all of Equestria.
Lawrence deserves his own story.

Technically, the closest thing the R&C universe has had in terms of magic would be the Zoni...and probably that pirate curse that resurrected Darkwater's spirit. However, Nefarious wouldn't know of the latter.
Instead, he could assume he has an advantage based on the technological gap alone. And let's not forget the massive arsenal of weapons he has on him. The battle could be more even than you think.
And yet here I am, putting them in that exact situation.
I remember Rarity despising the color green. Qwark's suit is green. Seems simple to me how that's going to go down.
Although...Qwark's a very fashionable person who's worn many different outfits, most of which were feminine if I recall correctly. Maybe it won't be such a simple encounter after all, now that I think about it...
Welp, it's official: Nefarious + MLP = yes
And thus, Celestia learns the only reason why Lawrence sticks around with Nefarious.
Kinda surprised it took this long for the soap opera to come into play.

Okay, this story is brilliant, but my inner nitpicker just won't shut up about this. Ratchet is unwilling to repair/use the Dimensionator to find the Lombaxes, but is now about to do this for QWARK? I'm sorry, but I really think that's a massive stretch, even by R&C standards.
That said, your story is brilliant. I have liked, favourited and am eagerly awaiting more.

As for why Ratchet's willing to use the Dimensionator for Qwark, well...he's family.
At the end of Nexus, Ratchet refuses to use the Dimensionator to find the Lombaxes because he's already got a family where he is right now. The Lombaxes aren't his family anymore, or at least he doesn't consider them to be his family now.
After all, he has Talwyn, he has Clank, he has Qwa-
Er, he's stuck with Qwark, but that's his new family. Qwark's probably the uncle that was twice removed due to his ridiculous antics, but he's still family.
And people do crazy things for family these days...
