A couple of friends take a stroll through town, when a slight wind picks up, usually meaning a storm is about to roll in. Well for our (not so) brave group of friends, it gets... strange to say the least... especially after that portal... oops I've said too much... don't want to spoil it.

Twilight Sparkle knew her potential, but she could never perform a basic spell. When she doesn't get into magic school after Starlight Glimmer successfully stops the Sonic Rainboom, she sees no reason to go on, and decides she wants revenge on all the other fillies and colts, who had no problem making friends or achieving the level of education they deserve.

A tragedy ensues.

But what happens after a tragedy? What about her parents?

Follow Twilight Velvet on her journey, dealing with trauma, guilt, and other emotions that stem from a tragedy. Meanwhile, Starlight Glimmer tries to deal with the consequences of her actions, feeling a similar guilt.

Twilight Velvet's story is heavily inspired by We Need To Talk About Kevin.
Starlight Glimmer's story is heavily inspired by the episode Turn Left of Doctor Who.
Other influences include Elephant by Gus Van Sant, Bowling for Columbine, and research of school shootings.

Fluttershy, a normally calm and reserved pegasus, wakes up one morning to find herself with terrible anxiety, leading to events that causes her to push herself to the extent of her mental and physical willpower.

It's been just a little over two hundred years after the death of Princess Twilight's closest friends. Not only were they the other Elements of Harmony who saved Equestria, but they were some of the closest groups of friends a pony could find. For some, coping with a loved one's death can be an easy and manageable feat; For Twilight however, it is impossible to cope with. Now grudges have grown, festering against certain ponies because of it. No one, not even Spike has been capable of cheering her up. Getting her to her senses, getting her to even smile has proved to be an insurmountable task. Now the only question on most ponies’ minds is: Will Princess Twilight be capable of getting over their deaths or will she sink into a pit of despair and forever be lost in a maze of depressed, and if so, what possible harm could this cause herself and others...?

In the forests near Ponyville live two zebras. Everyone knows Zecora as the resident herbalist and curer of magical maladies and her connections with the Princess. But a second zebra also lives in the area, one who keeps to himself and is a bit of a recluse. Almost no one knows who he is and what he does, and he seems to prefer to keep it that way.

Night Shield is a new unicorn guard taking up the post at Princess Twilight's castle. The strange habits of this second zebra soon become known to him, and a chance situation allows him to find and meet with this zebra to know what makes him tick.

Night Shield may not like what he finds.

Rainbow knows that she is in love with Quibble Pants, but she doesn't know that she has to face the consequences of being saddled into an arranged marriage.

Soarin, on the other hoof, simply hasn't been ready for that kind of commitment. He never went out with mares, never kissed one-heck, he couldn't even talk to them!

Once they realize the compromise they have foisted on them, they decide to just deal with the challenges.

After leaving Tina at the docks of New York, Magizoologist Newton Artemist Fido Scamander decides to take a sabbatical before going to submit the manuscript for his book. During an excursion to Africa, Newt finds a strange port key that sends him to a strange land where not only do ponies rule, but where he is a pony himself. Now he must learn to adapt to his new environment, and learn as much as he can about the new and fascinating creatures of the realm he now finds himself in.

Spike has had a lot of extra time since Twilight and Starlight have become busy with their various duties. It's understandable, but he feels rather useless at times.

After taking a trip to the local hospital, Spike starts volunteering to entertain the fillies and colts in the children's wing. Spreading laughs and smiles to children and families who need encouragement is more fulfilling then he could have ever wished.

But, when a certain blonde-maned pegasus with much less fortunate circumstances takes notice of Spike and just how caring he truly is, how will Spike react?

Princess Diana of the Amazons, Diana of Themyscira, had indeed seen quite a bit in her life time. Of course she hadn't really seen insanity under after getting to know Bruce Wayne. But nothing compares to the Pink Paradox Pony.

The Silliness has been doubled, or perhaps that would be too much of an understatement. Nothing could really prepare Diana, or Zatanna, for seeing a living cartoon character who just appeared in their world. Granted, both are used to seeing strange things, and Diana has seen more insanity than she believed possible after spending time in Gotham with Bruce, but this is something that just takes the cake.
