Applejack has found her farm, but it's hardly the way she remembers it. The Apple family is struggling to get by, managed by a version of Rarity who isn't afraid to get her hooves dirty.

Rarity finds herself in high society with a most unexpected host, a prim and proper version of Applejack. Together, they must track down the only pony that can save Equestria, if she's even still alive.

Twilight Sparkle has set sail to the Aurora to find Celestia, the memories of an ancient tapestry flittering in the back of her mind and a sense of desperate urgency driving her.

A pony will face the ultimate test, a test she is doomed to fail, at great cost.

After Shining Armor dies of old age, Twilight Sparkle must use her cunning to save Cadence from an unwanted marriage. Set in the same universe as Blasphemy.

Twilight prepared for her spell. Hopefully the next universe would be more pleasant and would not contain Timberwolves ruling Equestria. The spell was cast, and she found herself some where very dark. Where was she?

Naruko (Female Naruto) thought she knew a bit about these bonds the Hokage always talked about. However when she tries a mysterious Jutsu she is sent to a new land. In this new land, she will come to learn the truth about friendship and bonds, and at the same time realize she had no idea about such things before in her life.

She will learn a lot from this land and make friends while she and the others go on adventures and learn more about Equestria's past in the process. She and Twilight will also learn of a threat which puts all of Equestria in danger. Naruko will do all she can with the others to save their home, but what of Konoha? Will she return there? Will she even ever want to go back? This will have to be seen as the story unfolds.

Naruto and My Little Pony crossover.

To commemorate the imprisoning of Discord one year ago, the first annual Celebration of Harmony is starting off with a grand party in Canterlot, something Twilight Sparkle has been looking forward to after many sleepless nights plagued by nightmares. After a chance glance at the party, Twilight and Princess Luna rekindle their friendship sparked on Nightmare Night. Meanwhile, Princess Celestia grows worried over the state of her kingdom, her sister disappearing at odd times, and the seal placed on Discord. Are the princess's worries well founded or is her sister's oddly secretive behavior taking a toll on her nerves? Twilight gets caught between the sun and moon as both royal ponies reveal that there is much that history has forgotten about the nature of the alicorns and even the draconequus.

As Twilight and her friends faced off against Nightmare Moon inside the decrepit castle of the pony sisters deep within the Everfree Forest, The mare in the moon strikes first, defeating the element bearers. In an attempt to finish the job Nightmare freezes in action intent to discover the familiar energy hiding underneath the vale of her first victim. What lies underneath could change the lives of both Nightmare Moon and the pony forever.

In this Story, Nightmare Moon was not neccassery Evil. Also was Celestia here a thousand years ago not the Pony, as we know her.

I didn't hate Celestia. I really like her! This Story is only an attempt for a Story with a diffrent Past as we know it.

While trapped in another world waiting for Trixie to recover Carrot Top gets to know the version of herself who lives in that world and finds that her life has taken quite a different path. This worlds Carrot Top isn't even a farmer, can they really be the same pony?

As if that weren't stressful enough, now Trixie is unconscious in the hospital. Can Carrot Top over look their differences and work together with her double to brave the dangers of the Everfree forest in search of a remedy?

Right before the big Canterlot Wedding, Twilight Sparkle makes a 'false' accusation against 'Princess Cadence.' Abandoned by her friends, teacher, and brother, the heartbroken pony experiences conflicting feelings of guilt and anger. Seizing this opportunity, Chrysalis takes in the fragile unicorn as her protege for her plan to plunge Equestria in darkness and chaos. With the Elements useless and the world being torn apart, how can Princess Celestia and the Elements possibly undo the damage they could've so easily prevented? And will Twilight be able to push away the darkness, or lose herself to it?

Note: Alternate Universe because of a few....'secrets' certain characters have, as well as obvious other reasons.
