In this retelling of the Friendship is Magic series, there will be many things different from the usual. Chief among them are the existence of three additional Elements of Harmony (which will be introduced later) and Spike getting more respect from the start.

As his friends prepare to go to Manehatten for a ballet, Spike comes across a frail swan in the Everfree Forest. Determined to help, he takes care of the swan while his friends are away.

The night after his friends depart, however, the swan makes its way to a pond and transforms into a filly when touched by moonlight.

Now, Spike must discover how to break Pirouette's curse before the wicked mare who cursed her finds her. While at the same time, developing feelings for her?

Steven Universe has gotten into his share of misadventures before. Life's like that when you're a crystal gem. He knows this and couldn't be happier with the fact. He loves his adventures and he gets to save people while having them; he's a hero. However, even he can't deny he causes most of the problems he ends up having to fix. With that said he swears his newest debacle isn't his fault in any possible way.

You see, Steven has been torn through space and time to some colorful world with talking horses and magic everywhere. It's honestly not that bad in his opinion, and his newest friend is a dragon, but he needs to get home. Thankfully a strange, fury man tells him he can do just that- Steven just has to slay an ancient dragon first; one that has eaten over five-hundred crystal gems in the past...he's got this.

The First Steven Universe/MLP:FiM Crossover I am aware of.

A pair of Ferengi merchants and part-time slave traders (any time they think they can get away with it) decide to pick up some people from the newly discovered world of Equestria - a world without local space travel. For variety, they decide to pick out one of each of the major groupings - a pegasus, and earth pony, a unicorn. For ease of control, they pick out juveniles.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders fit the bill perfectly.

Once upon a time, the Federation paid a visit to Equestria. The story of that visit - and some of its consequences - is detailed over here.

Partway through the tale (in chapter 15, to be exact) a Ferengi ship passing through space meets another ship. There were meta-narrative reasons for this, reasons why the author thought it would be necessary.

These reasons were promptly proven incorrect.

This, therefore, is the story of what would have happened, had the Ferengi ship not met anyone else on their way through space. It follows on directly from chapter 14 (Further Communication) of Equestria's First Warp Drive; I strongly recommend that you read the first fourteen chapters of that story first, and then return here.

Scootaloo's parents have never liked one another, not since Scoots can remember anyway. Constant fights with the orange pegasus filly as a scapegoat don't help the crusader's self-esteem, though she fights to hide it from the ponies that matter to her. Can she find it in herself to face her fears and become her own pony, separate from her family problems?

Spike has been battling the eldritch horrors of timeless Ginungagap for over two millennia, yet even to this day, his shame remains gnawing at his very heart and mind. Until the day comes when he is told of the danger that threatens what is most precious to him.

To save what he loves, Spike shall face his shame once more, his will, determination and sanity stretched to their limits, as he will step into the Abyss of his own, personal hell.

As always Spike moves forward, ever forward, towards battle, death and hopefully redemption.

In life, shame.
In death, absolution.

Rarity knows Sweetie is a sweet filly, everyone in Ponyville did. She was like a flower, a kind and gentle foal. So imagine their surprise when she returned to Ponyville from a Manehattan trip with her parents with a whole new image, an image sure to be shunned by her older sister. But will the rest of the town accept the new her, or will they cast her out for the little rebel she appears?

A story about acceptance. Consider this the after school special with a better taste in music and smokes cigarettes behind the school with your brother.

Ever notice how all these death fics look exactly the same? I should know, I wrote some. This is basically how each character's death usually plays out, only completely and utterly exaggerated.

Spinel was just getting used to living in Equestria, after a month in the world she'd gotten the hang of Apple bucking, gotten paid twice, and was really starting to make the Barn feel like home, then Discord comes in with something she wasn't ready for, three somethings to be precise. Now Spinel has to deal with three new Gems who are all crazy, yelling something about humans.
