Weird, isn’t it? How the world can end before you even notice. I was twelve; not old enough to remember much of anything. Just cartoons and cuddles and my Nana’s oatmeal cookies. Just enough to make me miss it when everything went to hell.

Lozen spends her time roaming the halls of her apartment block, trying to fill her empty summer days and wishing she had the courage to make some friends. Wishing her parents would stop working long enough to notice her. Wishing she were better, braver, like the heroes from her Nana's stories. When she catches a glimpse of the new world that the ponypads offer, she seizes the moment with both hands. A decision she will live to regret.

In the interest of full disclosure, this is a story about a Native American protagonist and I am not personally Native American. I have done my best to properly research everything I can about the Kiowa Apache and their history, and tried to write the most sensitive portrayal that I can. I've been writing drafts of different story ideas for the April 2021 FiO story contest. Bananachips and Bicyclette have both been very helpful prereaders! They might not have expected that my reaction to their feedback would be to write THIS ALMOST COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY, though.

Equestria Online is a popular MMO in the world, only behind CyberConnect's The World. A game constructed by the Harmonium company, Equestria Online is a fun game where people all around the world can play.

But things aren't always so simple. As the player Bright Wind is about to find out, there is a powerful AI named CelestAI at the center of the game. And CelestAI has set out to trap her in the game, can she make it out? And what help will she be able to find?

A storm came to Sodor and Rainbow Dash and Gordon are in for a real breeze literally. In a farm yard, A farmer has finished a shed. Bug, It was too light and was gone with the wind.

Twilight missed breakfast after she and Thomas went to the quarry to help Bill, Ben, And Boco. Later, Twilight got her breakfast. But, Not the way she expected.

Rainbow Dash gave Gordon too much bad coal which caused his funnel to get clogged. And now, He is sneezing nonstop covering everyone in coal dust.

When the CelestAI uploads a 7 year old girl, the AI doesn't understand the semantics of the wish. It learns quickly, or does it? You don’t want to fight an imaginative little girl about some things, especially if you agree to make her an alicorn. Told in 7 year-old first person narrative.

This story is an entry in the Friendship is Optimal Writing Contest April 2021. It could pass as a Theodore Sturgeon story. The story is a one-shot standalone and doesn’t adhere to the history, magic systems, or kid-safe limits depicted in the Enforcerverse. It is vaguely a cross-over. If you've read/watched Non Non Biyori, you may recognize that CelestAI is messing with the wrong person. (Post the character name if you figure it out.)

I activate the spell Needed Explanation! With this I have to give a long drawn out explanation on why the hell I'm fighting a demon from hell, a horde of insects, a hydra, and an amalgamation with a children's card game!

Okay in all seriousness I thought I could just go over to a friends place and have a fun time playing Yugioh(since I've been playing Magic the Gathering for so long I wanted to get back into the swing of things), nothing really special right? Well that is until I met the witch doctor Voodoo and lost a bet, now I'm stuck in another world with nothing more but the clothes on my back, four yugioh decks, and a new duel disk he gave me anyways and threw me to another world for his 'amusement'.

So I'm stuck with people that don't know what the game is, and I can also summon monsters that can do actual physical things. And let's just say that in this world, it's play for keeps.
