Twilight has discovered a new spell to use in tandem with the Elements of Harmony. Its intent is to reveal more of the mysteries behind the artifacts. Yet once the spell is cast will the mane six be able to deal with the consequences? What will they learn when they come face to face with the very virtues they claim to embody? Eridium is a strange element. The Planet of Pandora is seemingly rife with the stuff, and it's strange properties are exploited on a constant basis by vault hunters and savages alike.

Few expect, however, for there to be another world possessing this element. And what's more, few would expect that world to be inhabited by the kind of sugar-coated sickly sweet environment and inhabitants that would make a stoic and solid combatant lose his lunch.

Eridium does strange things when used by those with access to technology. But how would it react to magic?

While trying to take the other team's intel in the chasms of 2Fort, a cataclysmic event that is able to make members of both RED and BLU disappear, occurs. They wake up in a land unknown to them which appears to be completely inhabited by ponies, dogs, and other weird creatures. Will they continue to kill each other or will they learn to be temporary allies? Will they destroy Equestria or will they save it? Most importantly of all, will Rarity have enough hats?

Note: This is not a note, this is a warning of the spine-breaking and skull-melting hat collections and ridiculous moments in this story. You better pack some 50 year old popcorn, because you'll be eating jumper cables.

Hundreds of years in the future, Equestria has become a literal power bar, supplying safe energy to all neigh-bouring countries and to its' own citizens. Of course, like any deal, there are two parts to it. The normal pony simply received bright nights and some extra energy on the side. And then you can become a Wired. Being Wired has some great bonuses; you never have to pay for energy and you get as much as you want, as well as moving up into the Skyline Sector in Canterlot. Your ID is in your coding, and you're granted instant access to any place you're old enough to enter.

But being a Wired has one simple, drastic drawback. At any given time, you can lose control.

The Wireds are named that because they are Wired into the defenses of Equestria. If there is a threat, the electric nodes in any Wired's neck teleport them into the throes of conflict. A Wired is, in essence, a tool for Equestria's survival.

Equestria's going to need them pretty soon.
