Discord remembers the images won't go away...soon the images haunt him Day and Night....slowly he beings to give into the darkness....soon he begins to kill Ponies....scared and angry Twilight and her friend all want him dead....well not all of her friends.....FlutterShy knows once she faces the Monster inside of Discord she either has to kill him....or free him.....

A pegasus named Fluttershy wanders into a barn one night, seeking shelter from the storm. In the barn, the pegasus meets another refugee. The two can neither see nor smell each other, but nevertheless they huddel together, fending off the cold, and begin to talk. Eventually they have a establish friendship.

Discord could roam the castle of Canterlot to his heart(if he had one, of course)'s content, but instead he chose to stay secluded in his chambers whenever possible. Why? Because he was experimenting. Experimenting with possibilities that up until that moment had never even been considered. At first he had been desperate for revenge against the elements who had trapped him in stone, but when he was released he encountered a devious mind even more clever than his own. He introduced his plan to her, and she gladly accepted.

His experiments still had everything to do with revenge, but in an evil and twisted way that would enslave the elements to his will. All but the one who had assisted him. So he need a replacement, and chose a pegasus with powers beyond her own knowledge, powers that could rival even the great Princess Celestia. Discord had finally perfected his dark magic. Dark magic to create Dark Ponies.

Fluttershy wanted to see an extinct flower, so she makes a deal with Dr. Whooves to take her the past so she can see them. Once there she meets a young Discord and befriends him. Fluttershy altered the past and she changed the future into a dark one.
