"Superb, my liege! Nothing in existence can destroy it?!"

"Aaaah, but there exists my genius! I purposely gave it a weakness against something so that it would be strong against everything else!"

"Huuuu, I don't think materials work like a person's five senses, my-"

"A sound that no human being in the world has ever made and no one will ever utter! Mwahahahahahah-" The glass panel suddenly shattered in a bajillion pieces. The two lab-coat wearing men stared.

"... Should we maybe go back to project phase, my liege?"

After the War of the Ring and the return of peace to Middle-earth, Gandalf the White departs for Equestria to visit two old friends of his; specifically, a certain pair of alicorn sisters.

Yet he does not foresee that Equestria, like ponykind, has changed with the years since his previous visit, and so he is quite unprepared for what lies ahead. Can the Wizard endure the trials that this new journey will bring? Surely, but only if he makes a few more friends along the way.

When Twilight and Rainbow speed to Canterlot, Dash is accidentally transported to a strange world – but in her race to escape the System, she faces an enemy she never expected.

Awoken in the middle of the night by a mythical creature sitting on his doorstep, a man's life is drastically re-arranged by the sudden entrance of Princess Celestia. Struggling to accept things he couldn't ever think possible, he'll have to make a decision about what's worth changing his entire life.
(Note: I added the "Alternate Universe" tag because I imagined this being a reversed-roles universe where Luna is the big sister and banishes Celestia, rather than the other way around.)

Hours of research has led me to the understanding that Cole is invincible… and when I say invincible, I mean, his consciousness will never cease to exist. What’s worse is if this happens, he will not be able to return to this universe… I do not want to go into detail as to how this is possible, but rather simply say that he could end up in a number of parallel universes that is undiscovered by us.
