Dash and his new human girlfriend Rainbow Dash have recieved a letter stating that Scootaloo has gone missing and that she needs them to return to Equestria, so as to draw her out. As Dash and company go to Equestria, they find out two shocking truths: An old foe has returned, and a new one arises.

The newest book in Rainbow Dash's favorite series (the Daring Do series) is coming out the same day as Gummy's birthday party. Will the light-blue pegasus be able to buy the book and go to the party?

Dash Johnson used to have it all; he had a girlfriend, the best grades, and he was QB for the varsity football team. He was living the American teenage boy dream. That is, until people find out he's a brony. Then he loses everything he had, but he found something new: five friends who could share his interests. Through Reingo, Dash begins a great and scary adventure in Equestria as Dash's adventures lead him to a place he knows now as...The Rainbow Factory.
