Thera: an alternate Earth that suffered a hundred years fighting the Great War, survived two Xeno invasions, several incursions from other dimensions and terrorised by traitors who were responsible for most of their current woes. Due to shortage of manpower, The Inter-Universal Volunteer Army (IUVA) was formed by the League of Nations of Thera to defend Humanity's Homeworld from Galactic threats, inter-dimensional invaders and to avenge the Billions lost by the traitors and their Xeno benefactors.

After receiving a tip from their benefactors that oversee the multiverse of a possible Traitor cell and a reality breach, a Division of Volunteers were sent to a world full of magic, mythical creatures and...... talking equines.

A rewrite of The Soldier and his Rider, Thera Victoria! takes our heroes to distant lands as far as the Heartland of a war-torn world to the peaceful town of Ponyville. Forging cooperation, friendship and comradery between two worlds.

This will be an anthology series focusing on the various individuals who have been effected by the Conversion Wars. Actions can have far reaching consequences that effect even those you wouldn’t expect. (Critiques and ideas are more then welcome for this story.)

Being the Princess of Equestria is busy work. Luna would know. She raises the sun and moon everyday, looks over the dreams of her beloved subjects, and, well, runs Equestria. Now, in addition to all that, she must find herself a protégé, before her sister's banishment ends!

But, that isn't the problem. The problem, is that three particular fillies stand out for the role!

Who will she choose? Can these three fillies become friends? Who will become Equestria's future savior!?

Nopony has heard from Fluttershy for three months. Not Rainbow Dash, not Rarity, not even Pinkie Pie. Her friends have been tending to the cottage and her animals, keeping it clean and organized, but even with Twilight's constant magic scans and a semi-constant guard search Equestria-wide, no hint has been found of where she went, how she vanished, or why she didn't tell anyone. Some ponies even think, in their darkest nightmares, that she might be dead.

Then she shows up one day, very definitely not dead, but just as definitely not the same as she was.

And does she have a story to tell. Boy, does she ever...

Legendary swords, items of power and magic, great artifacts that can topple countries and raise kingdoms when wielded by those worthy of their supernatural might. They are the greatest of arms, wielded by heroes and villains alike as they battle fate itself.

As such, as the wisest of sages can easily attest, there are very good reasons why any sane being would do well in keeping such dangerous artifacts well contained and safely hidden away from prying eyes and unworthy hands until such times when their mighty powers may be needed once again.

So the fact that both Link and Ganondorf lost their legendary blades as they traveled through the void towards ancient Equestria may be something of a problem…

This is just a fun little, non-canon, Omake to my story The Power of Freedom, depicting one of the many possibilities that could’ve come to pass due to Link and Ganondorf losing their swords mid-travel as they reached ancient Equestria.

Reading the main story isn’t necessary to appreciate this, but it would make it far more enjoyable.

Ganondorf, King of Thieves, Lord of Darkness, Master of Evil and Wielder of the Triforce of Power, had long since grown thoroughly and completely bored with the path the gods had decreed for his destiny.

Time after time it was always the same, try and unite the Triforce, plunge the world into darkness for a time, search out and then kidnap Princess Zelda, watch his minions be defeated one after another and then finally battle Link for supremacy. Rinse and repeat.

All the while knowing that regardless of winning or losing, that no matter what he did or didn’t do, that in the end everything would end up repeating itself in another time and place afterwards, again, and again and again, in an utterly pointless never ending cycle.

Having decided that enough was finally enough, and refusing to continue to be a simple pawn at the hands of the gods, he vowed he would find a way to escape from his cumbersome destiny, a way to start anew far beyond the meddling grasp of the gods, a way to reach a realm upon which he could be the master of his own fate.

And after years of careful planning he had finally succeeded.

Sure, the fact he had to drag the know-it-all Princess and the green obsessed Hero along for the ride for his plan to work was a minor inconvenience, but he knew that sometimes sacrifices had to be made. And the fact that this new realm apparently decided to turn him and his two unwilling companions into miniature pastel colored ponies upon arrival also wasn’t exactly part of the plan, but he could cope.

After all, that was a negligible price to pay in achieving his deepest wish: freedom.

In this story Ganondorf, having grown sick of following through the motions his destiny placed before him as the eternal bad guy to be defeated time after time, seeks out to escape from his fate by breaking through the void between dimensions and running away from Hyrule to another realm entirely, Equestria, all the while dragging both Link and Zelda along for the ride.

Arriving long before the founding of the country, back before the events of Heart’s Warming Eve and at the highest point of the conflict between the Three Tribes, he and his two new companions will have to deal with a whole new world and it’s wonders and dangers. All the while this new magical world will have to learn to deal with its three new strange inhabitants in kind.

Just a warning: This is NOT a Displaced fic. All three main characters are the actual characters from the Zelda series that have been taken to Equestria due to Ganondorf’s master plan, and not humans turned into them.

This story is a sequel to If Chaos prevails...

Many titles are spoken before the name of Discord, King of Equestria. They are memories of the lands he conquered, of the enemies he slew, and of the many accomplishments of his thousand years of reign. He loves to hear them, one by one, as they manage to inflate his ego every single time. But there is one exception. Every time he hears the words "Saviour of Saddle Arabia", every time the royalty of that country thanks him for his deeds, he cringes. Because he knows very well that it is the only title he doesn't deserve.

This is a story that won't be found in the history books he wrote, or in the classes that are thaught in Equestria. This is a story that not even the resistance, who remembers the true history of Equestria, has ever managed to unravel. This is the story of one the many sins of the lord of Chaos, but also of one of his few regrets.

This story is a prequel to 'If Chaos prevails'. It is not necessary to read it to enjoy this one, and it is not necessary to read this to enjoy 'If Chaos prevails'. I just want to expand a bit the lore of 'If Chaos prevails', to give some more depth to the characters... And ultimately just tell an enjoyable story!

Twilight Sparkle accomplished something incredible, something not even the great Starswirl could manage. But ascension into the ranks of Equestria's princesses is not without its difficulties. Before she can take her place as princess of Friendship, Twilight must travel to the underworld and make a ceremonial offering to Death in exchange for her immortality. Twilight is more than a little surprised to discover the identity of the pony under the hood.

After years living in Ponyville and getting to know her friends, Twilight always assumed they were exactly what they seemed: a group of friendly and ambitious ponies. But as it turns out, the sort of pony who saves Equestria and decodes the ancient mysteries of Starswirl is likely to attract ponies a tad more interesting.

Updates on the 3rd or 4th Friday of every month, then daily until that section is complete.
