This story will be used as my fourth story for ScribblerProductions' Month of Macabre fanfics in October.

The first chapter is a comedy! :D However, the Gore tag is for the next, (and maybe final) chapter!

So, it appears the rumors are true...DJ Pon-3 and even Rarity have been bitten by bat-ponies...vampire ones! Vampire bat ponies are now common in Equestria, but who would have thought that two heroes would have been affected by them?! Sadly...it appears that the unicorns' friends have been affected by them and other creatures, though instead of making an alliance...they suck their friends dry!

Twilight and the others go to a tropical resort that Twilight used to go to as a filly, only to find things have changed...for the worse. Now their fun vacation plans are unraveling as they deal with a greedy, untrustworthy resort manager as well as Li'Ho Ani, a local priestess with a knack for putting guests into trances and who has an eye on a certain Rainbow colored Pegasus.

King Sombra has returned and has sentenced Celestia and Luna to the same fate they forced him to suffer for 1000 years underground. Once he took power he wanted to have some ponies to have some fun with that involves stripping them of their free will... When Sombra has his eyes on Mocha Jon, he decides to put him to a special test. Will Mocha Jon be able to pass the test or will he fail and suffer a horrible fate?

Rated T for mild gore and moderately suggestive dialogue and situations.

This is a Human in Equestria story with shounen elements. The twist is this: the main character, a bitter and troubled young man who doesn't believe in kindness or friendship, experiences the very same lessons that we have in the process of watching this incredible show. Can the ponies we all know and love help Seth become a better person?

Another thing that I must point out is that the show does not exist in the human world. Stay tuned, as character development is the goal of the whole story.

This story is a sequel to The Sombraverse: Prelude

Twilight Sparkle and Spike found themselves in a desolate, war-torn Equestria at the hooves of Starlight Glimmer. They saw the toll King Sombra's armies have taken on the world.

Now they're trapped there by the claws of something much, much worse. After a strange mare steals the spell, Twilight and Spike find themselves at the mercy of an otherworldly foe. They've been told they won't be free to return to their own time until they complete a certain task for him.

Not only that, this world seems to be changing them as well. Twilight can't seem to get a handle on her anger, and Spike's body is undergoing changes he can't understand. As the wear of a world at war drives them apart, the only thing keeping them together is this world's Applejack. Cold, driven, and intuitive, she may be part of what Equestria needs to topple the Shadow King for good.

After all, there's more than one monster lurking in the shadows, and the only way for Spike and Twilight to set things right in their own timeline is to save the world in this one.

EDITED: Vampires in Ponyville. It seems that everypony likes long chapters for unknown reasons, so I'm going to split these chapters into several bigger ones. I'm also going to call them episodes, and make each separate story into a season. Ex: The next story would be season two of this.

The vampires that dwell in this place have lived secretively for a long time. But when trouble happens, and ponies show up drained of blood, what is our little town to do? Retaliate of course. Fight of course. Plot of course. Corrupt of course. And above all, stick with your friends, even if you do unwittingly or unheedingly...

This is the story of Rainbow Dash, out for revenge with a vendetta against Twilight Sparkle. And the best way to get through to an old pal, is through her stomach. Because Twilight is gonna be sick once she's done with her...

However, this is also the story of Twilight's frantic balance between dark and light, and blood and water...

As this is an alternate universe, the characters have different roles and professions.

The setting will take first place at Wonderbolt Headquarters. All of the Wonderbolts were about to have a vacation until, Spitfire changed some plans. King Sombra comes back and some pony brought him back! Princess Celestia gets a letter from him and is really unhappy to see him. The Mane 6 have to stop King Sombra but, in order to do so, they need Rainbow Dash. The element of loyalty is gone and also, the Wonderbolts. King Sombra is making a plan to take over the Crystal Empire. With Shadowbolts helping him, will the plan work? Who let out King Sombra? Will Princess Celestia beat him? Where could Rainbow Dash be? Where are the rest of the Wonderbolts? Will there be a war? Is any pony going to be safe again?
