Kicked out of her own home by Night Light, her husband, Velvet has joined Pinkie Pie, one of her "little foals," in Ponyville. Together, they decided to do something... peculiar, with their combined monetary and mind forces: create an Adult Daycare for Adult Foals, thus cashing off their obsession.

At the same time, Silver Spoon and Sweetie Belle, after one Foal Play session, have decided to mend the schism existing between the Cutie Mark Crusaders and Tiara's crowd.

Late one night, Mrs. Cake found Pinkie Pie staring intently at her two babies, a look on her face that she could not recognize. She watches her charge over time, trying to understand what is causing her to do this. And Mrs. Cake realizes that it might be Pinkie being Pinkie, but Pinkie is something more important and precious than she first realized, and that herself, Mrs. Cake, is a bit more, too.

Pinkie loves just about everything, big or small. It’s not a matter of whether she loves something, but rather how much she does.

Today, Pinkie isn’t in a very loving mood.

The pep has fled the pink pony, leaving her as sweet as a raw lemon and a mane less poofy than a deflated souffle. She’s grumpy, grouchy, her posture all slouchy, and the Cakes want nothing more than to help their newest ‘daughter’ back to her usual boumcy self. It’s no easy task, figuring out the nuanced and indescribable thoughts of Ponyville’s partier, but Mrs. Cake has plenty of experience in figuring out what her foals need. With lots of love, more than a few snuggles, and a small fleet of balloons, she might just be able to help her Pinkie Dinkie Pie back to her old self.

To celebrate Tirek's defeat, Pinkie has a huge party at the Friendship Castle. During this party, Fluttershy says how she wishes she had a foal, but doesn't think she'd be a good mother.Twilight tells her she'd be a great mother and that, if Fluttershy had been her mother, she'd have been a great one to her. Pumpkin, hearing this, casts a spell, just as Discord, for a joke, is about to turn Twilight into a foal for the night. When Twilight wakes up the next morning, she finds she's become an alicorn foal and fluttershy is her mother.

They both remember that that isn't how it use to be, but other than Discord and Pinkie nopony else seems to remember it and, for some reason, Discord can't reverse the spell. What will they do now?

It was all just a silly little suggestion from Twilight. She couldn't have known how "uncomfortable" the idea was. But Cadence just couldn't bring herself to say no to her favorite filly.

Even in her worst nightmares, she never envisioned getting caught by her crush. Not in a diaper anyway. And yet, it happened.

But Shining Armor is a reasonable stallion, and a nice guy. He won't think Cadence is some sort of freak, right? He won't find it weird that Cadence might be interested in having someone foalsit her for a change. Will he?
