On a glorious day in the Equestrian Diarchy, Discord, Lord of Chaos loomed overhead. He looked down upon it his eyes scanning for a moment to strike. His eyes focused on Cloudsdale, the white fluffiness making him gag for its blandness. With a quick snap of his talons, the clouds turned into pink cotton candy, livening up the city.

He giggled and then stopped suddenly “Wait...I did that already!”

He pouted, as he kept staring at his very accurate scale model of Equestria.

He sighed, continuing to stare down at the model, finding that his amusement ended pretty quickly

“Being good is so, so, so, SO boring!” he said to his plushie sidekick, an incredibly accurate reproduction of Cadence.

“Oh, cheer up! There must be something you can do for your amusement, even if you are restricted! ” she replies, with a voice that matched perfectly the real deal.

Discord snapped his talons once more, creating a tiny Luna and Celestia, before tying them up to cardboard reproductions of two Canterlot Towers with silk threads that formed a tight web.

“What do you think of Celestia, spiders? Does she taste of chocolate cake, or maybe fudge?” He asked, tapping his chin.

“I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t answer to you, or like the taste of either,” Plush Cadence deadpanned.

Discord facepalmed. His boredom started accumulating in him like sewage liquid in an alley deep in Manehattan’s worst neighborhood. Just as he was about to liquefy into goo thanks to sheer lack of entertainment, he got an idea.

“How about we check up on Pinkie Pie? She’s always fun to watch..”

“Your choice, boss, I’m just that little of your child-likeness you hide. I’m not even really here.” Plush Cadence giggled

“To Pinkie!” Discord declared as he made appear a winged go-kart, and, after jumping in it, he rode off.

Meanwhile, at Sugarcube Corner, the Cakes were getting ready for bed. Ms Cake let out a loud yawn putting her hoof up to her mouth “Pinkie? Would you mind checking on the twins, I'm exhausted?” She turned off the lights as she headed for their bedroom.

“Okie Dokie Lokie!” Pinkie said, before bouncing up the stairs to check on Pound and Pumpkin Cake.

As she peeked in, she saw that the two were still awake; playing with the toys she left in the crib.

Pinkie walked in, and turned on the lights, allowing her to see better the scene going on in front of her “What are you two still doing up? Are you still not tired?

Pound looked up at Pinkie, babbling softly. Pumpkin poked Pound in the stomach, giggling

Pinkie loomed over the twins in the crib “Come on,” she said cheerfully “let’s get you two tucked back into bed.”

Pumpkin shook her head, babbling annoyed tapping her hoof on the dark yellow mattress with letter patterns.

“Now now, little foals like you need their sleep.” Pinkie insisted, forcefully tucking them in under the light blue sheets.

The two keep squirming about in defiance, refusing to settle in. How foals could still have energy this late at night was a mystery,

“How about," she tapped her chin and beamed. "Auntie Pinkie tells you a story?” She suggested her grin going from ear to ear.

The twins became excited by that clapping their hooves and babbled bouncing on their diapered tushies.

Pinkie sat down, tapping her hoof to her chin. She hummed something close to elevator music as she put her idea together. “Lemme think about it…”

A moment passed before she put her hoof into the air. “Uh ha I think I got a story,” She turned off the light and cleared her throat and began her tale making it up as she went.

She was unaware the draconequus outside the window, who was watching with interest.

Pinkie started to tell her tale, of a land where ponies ages had been changed around, with the twins as teenagers and herself as a foal. She tied her friends into her tale like threads in a tapestry.

When she had finished her tale the two were still suprisinlgy awake, especially Pumpkin, who smiled wide.

Pinkie rubbed the back of mane “Still awake,” Pinkie groaned a bit frustrated. She rubbed the back of her head staying optimistic “Let’s try again.”

Pinkie was going to tell the tale of the pony that made ponies miserable with his horrible accent and weird likings, but something prevented Pinkie from even starting the story.

Pumpkin clapped her hooves hyperactivity her horn starting to glow. Without any control over her surge, a magic bolt shot out towards Pinkie. At the same time, a snap was heard followed by a large ball made of light streaking towards her. The two collided with a violent explosion of magical energy, causing everything to fade into a white light.

Before she fell into unconsciousness, she could hear Discord's voice ring out from the dark

“What have I done?”

Rainbow Dash

The brisk evening air blew through Rainbow Dash's mane as she prepped for the race of her life.

She grinned, as she looked to her left, seeing Soarin’, a blue pegasus with a black mane, stood in an aggressive pose. On her right, the Captain of the Wonderbolts, Spitfire, stood proud, a look of determination on her face as she stared outward at the course.

Dash's heart pounded in her chest as the race official raised the flag. She licked her lip and skyrocketed herself

"Oh, it's on now," Dash, cries out as she zips passed the first bend, Spitfire making a surprising fast lead. Soarin was close behind as they rocket through ring after ring. Dash flapped harder as she started to overtake Spitfire and her lead. At one of the tight turns Spitfire spat in Rainbow's direction, hitting Dash in the face. Dash shook her head for dry up her face, groaning a "Hey!", before she flew even faster to catch up.

"What the matter, Dash? Can't handle a little singing from the, 'Fire?" Spitfire taunts as she rounds the turn.

"Come on, Dash, get your head in the game." She bit her internal cheek, flapped her wings harder, and zoomed around the bend, catching up as they came into the home stretch.

The pounding of her heart filled her ears flying neck and neck with Spitfire. Just as Dash was about to pass her, Spitfire's tail erupted into flames. Dash's eyes went wide, and slowed just in time to avoid getting burned.

By the time the fire and smoke had cleared up, Spitfire had crossed the finish line.

"Looks like I won," Spitfire says smiling as Dash crossed.

"No, you cheated!" Dash said pointing her hoof, glaring Spitfire right into her soul.

"What are you talking about? I didn't!" She stomps.

"You shot fire in my face, I almost got burned!"

"Oh, is Dashie a sore loser?" a voice from behind Rainbow.

Dash turned to see Fluttershy, a creepy motherly expression of her face. "No, she is a cheater! I would have won!"

"Oh, Dash, you know you’re too small to race the big ponies," Fluttershy said while ruffling her mane.

"But I am a big pony, Flutters!" she huffed unaware of the padding around her waist.

"Oh, not yet, but you will be someday, Dashie," Fluttershy replied patting Dash on the head again.

"What? No!" Dash turned to see the now young Wonderbolts laughing at her. outraged, she decided to go after them. Before she could take to the air, Fluttershy grabbed her wing. "No, Dash, you'll hurt yourself!"

"Let me go! I'm fast and strong, I know it!” Dash pleaded as she kept trying to pull away, but to no avail. She watched as the Wonderbolts flew off without looking back. "No, come back! We are not done!"

"We don't hang with fillies that call for mommy!" they called as they flew out of sight.

"No, come back! I’m a big filly!" She squirmed helplessly in Fluttershy’s grip trying with all her might to escape.

*********

Dash jolted awake gasping, a few tears ran down her cheek. She closed her eyes for several moments as she took deep breaths to calm down. She listened to the morning bird song as it soothed her and forget the bleak dream.

Dash eyes opened feeling confused when she realized that she had no birds in her house.

She quickly glance at her surrounding and gasped at the sight of large blue wooden bars around her. "What the hay? What’s going on? Why does my bed have bars all of sudden?"

An unpleasant sensation between her legs then got her attention. Upon loking down she spotted the yellow stained plastic wrapped around her waist. "What? A-a diaper and it's used? What going on!”

As she tried to remember what she did last night, Fluttershy large form walked into the room towards the crib. She smiled as she looked down at Dash.

"Oh, is my little Dashie awake?" she cooed.

Dash nearly screamed as she looked up at Fluttershy. The mare towered overhead much like everything around her. "Fluttershy, what the hay is going on and why are you so huge?"

Fluttershy smiled, seemingly unable to grasp what she was saying. "Good morning to you too sweetie. Now let's get you changed, before your tushy gets all red."

Dash tried to back up as the bars were lowered with ease and squirmed as she was grasped in Fluttershy's hooves. "You didn't answer me! Fluttershy, please tell me what the hay is going on here!"

"Mommy will get you in a fresh diaper Dashie, yes she will." She said, setting Dash on the change table, buckling her in place.

"Shy, what are you-” cold disinfectant wipes slide between her legs. “wow, hey don't touch me there! Only the Foracologist and I can touch it!" She shifted about as the shy cleaned her private area.

“My your fussy this morning," Fluttershy cooed.

"Do you hear me, Fluttershy? Hello?" Dash waved her hooves in the air, helpless to fight the diaper change.

Fluttershy listened to Dash babbling endlessly as she taped up the white diaper with a thunderbolt printed on the front.

"There you go, Dashie! All clean, and ready to start the day!" She gave Dash a hug, and set Dash in the foal carrier on her back.

As Dash was brought down the stairs, she flailed her limbs as they dangled out from the bottom leg holes. As they descended the staircase she started to put the pieces together of what was going. The sudden realization hit her as she tried flapping her now stubby but strangely working wings.

"Fluttershy, why am I a foal?"

Much like her other attempts Fluttershy didn't respond. Dash looked about her cottage. Much was the same except for playpen with various foal toys in the corner of the room.

As they entered the kitchen Dash’s jaw dropped at the unexpected sight of Discord leaned down and pecked Fluttershy on cheek. "Morning dear."

Dash jaw remained open. "Discord? No way!” she shivered at even the remote concept that entered her mind, no doubt scaring her for life.

“No, this has to be a dream. Worse, a nightmare!" h\Her wings twitched more flapping out of sync. "Come on, wake up." She shook her head, desperate to get out of this craziness.

"Discord, do you want to give Dash her breakfast?" Fluttershy asked as she sets her foal in the yellow highchair sliding the tray in place against Dash’s tummy.

"Oh, I'd love to my dear," he grinned in an unsettling manner. With a snap of his talon, a jar of greenish mush appeared on the tray.

"I”m not going to eat foal food!" Dash said slapping the jar off and desperately fiddling with the tray and safety belt. "Is this some kind of cruel joke, Discord? Because it's not funny!" She yelled, angry with him.

Discord took a step back as the jar clattered to the floor. "Oh dear, it would seem Dash is a bit cranky this morning," he smiled wiggling his talons. "Time for the tickle monster to visit! Rawr!" He approached the helpless foal and started tickling her belly.

Dash was unable to stop the ticklish assault as the tray blocked her only means of pushing him away. "Haahaha! S-stop!" She squirmed about, her hooves utterly failing in stop the fingers.

Discord chuckled as he kept up the tickle, lifting the jar back up to the tray. With a swift movement of his paw, he pinned Dash's hooves upon the tray and slipped a flying spoonful into her mouth.

"Yuck! What is this, pound scum? It tastes awful, worse than the baked bads, and those required stomach pumping for Pinkie!" Her complaint was cut short by another scoop of foal food served with swoosh of the airplane game, then came another, and another in a seemly never ending rhythm.

She licked her lips after a short pause. The horrible taste of food lingered in her mouth its slippery texture the consistency of vomit.

“I need a drink,” she said to herself panting, “if not cider, at least water.” Before she communicated this, the last few spoonfuls were shoved into her mouth faster than a falling deck of cards. Dash stuck her tongue out when it was all over “blah!”

“Good Dashie you ate every bite for daddy, good filly!” Discord praised patting her head. He got a washcloth out of thin air and began to scrub her face.

“Hey, stop!” Dash squirmed at the sudden assault to her face. The persistent taste of the foal food kept lingering in her mouth and no matter how much she tried to lick it away, it just wouldn't disolve.

While Discord cleaned up her face she thought to herself. “Discord, this is all your doing. I just know it,” she pointed her hoof at him, waving it about like a sword in an attempt to look menacing.

It didn’t work.

“Awww I think Dashie wants to cuddle,” Fluttershy cooed with her usual warm smile.

Before Dash could do much else other than rant, Discord liquefied the buckles of the highchair, and scooped her up “Awww does little Dashie want to be close to Daddy?”

Dash pushed back with her weak hooves. “No, I don’t want to get close to you, Mishmash, let me go!” Her fidgeting slowly died down as she heard Discord’s heart beating in a random order.

“Oh fine, I don’t have a choice do I?”

“Oh! You like daddy's cuddles, don’t you?” Discord cooed, holding her closer to his chest.

“No I don’t, and you’re not my dad, hell you not even a pegasus! Stop putting words in my mouth.” She unknowingly shifted about to get comfy and putting up less of a fight.

Fluttershy smiled “She really likes you!”

“Was there ever any doubt?” he said, tickling Dash a bit causing her to giggle involuntarily.

A few moments later Dash felt a sudden descent to the floor.

“Finally you’re letting me walk shesh.” Rainbow said. She stretched a bit about to take a step only to be stopped by Fluttershy.

she nuzzled Dash warmly. “It’s such a nice day, how about we go to the park and enjoy the nice sunny day?” she asked popping a pink pacifier into Dashie’s mouth.

Dash blinked finding herself sucking the pacifier instinctively. She frowned, trying to spit it out but her mouth didn’t seem to want to listen and thus kept on suckling.

Fluttershy hums some familiar tunes as Discord wheeled over the stroller. Dash tried to take a step again only to be picked up and set inside it the buckles clicked into place up holding her in snug.

“You ready to meet your friends Dashie.” Fluttershy cooed as she put the diaper saddlebag on her back.

Dash hardly paid attention rolled her eyes as she fiddles with the buckle with her feeble tiny hooves. ‘Come on you stupid buckle,” she grumbled. Her effort seemed useless and she gave up slumping into the chair.

Discord kissed Fluttershy cheek before she left out the front door.

Dash made a face, shaking her head at the sight of the two kissing. “Ugh, I really hope this is a bad dream and I'll wake up soon,” she said. Along the way she scanned the sky for her house, only to find no trace of it.

“Oh come on! Where’s my house?” She asked. She panicked as she looked around frantically. She kept looking all the way to the park and still found nothing. “If this is Discord’s idea of a joke it isn’t funny,” she huffs.

It seemed a few other families had gotten the same idea to come to the park today. Despite this the park was mostly vacant excluding the few pegasus doing laps around the square.

“Come on, wake up!” Dash said squirming around.

Fluttershy wheeled to one of the many benches and looked down at her babbling foal. “Oh, you want out okay silly filly,” she unbuckled Dash and sat on the bench keeping Dash close. ‘There now you can enjoy the sun with mommy,” she whistled bird song to a few birds in the nearby oak tree.

“You're not my mom Fluttershy,” Dash interjected trying to pull away. Her attempts were met with Fluttershy easily holding her close to her side.

“Dash you can run around later,” she said and looked up for second to spot Big Mac pulling a baby carriage behind him. “Oh hello, Big Mac.”

“Howdy Fluttershy, how's Angel.” Big Mac asked. He wore a saddle bag full of supplies judging by the bulk of it.

“Fluttershy let me go.” Dash whined pulling again.

Her whining got the attention of somepony in the carriage. “R-rainbow? Is that you?” the voice calls out.

“Applejack!” Dash shouted, looking towards the carriage as Big Mac unstrapped himself and lifted out the orange foal inside.

“What the Hay!”

Applejack

The sun beat down on Sweet Apple Acres, as Applejack bucked tree after tree. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky, making it even hotter than usual.

“Phew, the Sun is a scorcher today, that’s for sure.” Applejack commented, as she wiped the sweat off her brow. Big Mac came into view, as he came from the hill with a proud stance.

“Tired already, sis?” He teased, wheeling a cart full of apples behind him.

“Nah, it’s just really hot today.” she replied, lowering her hat in front of her face.

“Why aren’t you sweating?”

“I’m a big pony, Applejack, I’m more than able to do all this work and not get tired.”

“What are you talking about? I’m your sister, and I’ve done more work than you from day one!” she said, while looking at the water canteen on Big Macintosh's saddlebag

“Hey can I get some of that? I think I’m gonna turn into a mummy.”

“Is mah little apple seed thirsty?” He asked, pulling out a foal bottle instead of the canteen she saw just a moment before.

Not that Applejack cared enough to notice.

“Yes, gimme.” Applejack said approaching to her brother as sweat dripped down her face like a small stream.

“Now, Applejack, ask for it nicely.” He said sternly.

Applejack paid no attention to her sudden size, as she looked up at her now-gargantuan brother, “But I want it now, I’m thirsty!”

“Applejack, what did papa tell you about asking for things?” He asked, looking down at her with a stone stern face.

Applejack wiped sweat off her brow, thirst growing stronger second by second “Please give me water.” she said panting.

“Good filly.” He said before popping the bottle into her mouth before she could even blink, smiling down at her.

Applejack greedily drank the bottle, feeling refreshed afterwards. She turned, feeling ready to go buck another tree. However, Big Mac stopped her.

“Whoa there little filly, that's papa’s job.” He said, pulling her away.

“B-but I can do! I know I can do that!” She exclaimed.

“Apple bucking is for big ponies.” He said shaking his head. “You’re too young.”

“But da- Mac!” She stomped her hoof, hardly noticing the diaper that suddenly appeared on her flank.

“No butt’s, yer too little.” He said, putting his own hoof down.

“I-I’m a big pony.” Applejack said, while tearing up, “I can do.”

“Ah said no! That’s final.” He said sternly.

“Mommy!” Applejack cries out as she runs back towards the house, running right into a fog.

*********

“Time to wake up, Applejack!” A soft voice called out, sunlight shining into the room blasting into Applejack's closed eyes.

“Five more minutes.” Applejack grumbled not even noting the voice as she kept her eyes shut.

“Come on,” the familiar voice soothed “It’s a nice day!”

Applejack felt herself being gently lifted into the air. Her eyes shot wide at the sudden motion. She wiggled about, panicking, “What?” she looked toward who was holding her and gasped in confusion, “Cheerilee? What’s going on around here?!”

“Oh, did I just scare my little apple seed?” She cooed, nuzzling her. “It’s okay, Applejack, it’s just your mommy.”

“What, mommy? No! My parents are fertilizing the ground, how can you be one of them?” Applejack replied annoyed, twisting herself around, until she felt something wet around her crotch.

“Looks like my little Apple has been dipped into cider!” Cheerilee said as she carried her over to a changing table with a red pad.

As Applejack was stretched out on Cheerilee's back, she desperately tried to piece together was just happened. Why was everything so big, and why was she in a diaper? Why everything was so cryptic?

Applejack looked about the room more as she was set down on the table. She couldn't explain why but this was definitely her same old room but, at the same time, it wasn’t her room. It was a nursery, decorated with apple- themed things, and featuring, over to said changing table, a cheap reproduction of a Sicilian chariot containing toys in the corner, and a big green wardrobe with gummed-up edges.

She shook her head, trying to process the information, with so many questions running through her head, and so little answers.

“Fidgety this morning, aren’t we, Jacky?”

“Why are using that nickname, Cheerilee? You didn’t even know me when I was a little filly, and I’m pretty sure that my parents didn’t come back from the dead to tell you.” Applejack asked a bit of her annoyed at the nickname. Funny enough, one of her relative actually had that name.

Cheerilee didn’t seem to understand a word, as she powdered Applejack’s lower parts giving a warm smile the whole time.

Applejack let out a rather cute sneeze in the process.

“Do you want go to school with mommy?” She asked, sliding a new, green diaper under her.

“You can’t understand what I’m saying… that’s great.” Applejack grumbled as she kept trying to resist to the diapering but to no avail.

“What’s wrong Jackie? You don’t have a rash...” Cheerilee said as she taped the diaper shut.

“Where is my saddlebag?” Applebloom voice suddenly rang from down the hall.

“Try under your bed.” Cheerilee called back, before putting Applejack on her back.

Applejack let out a small giggle. Applebloom was always misplacing her things, once she even lost her bow, only to find it in the pigpen.

She felt a little relieved that something familiar was still there, but she was still very confused at what was going on.

“I did search there, even in my closet.” Applebloom replied from her room, a sound of frantic hooves also coming from there.

“Applebloom! Over here! It’s me, your supposedly big sister!” Applejack called out hoping that she would be able to understand her.

“Mornin’, Jackie.” Applebloom said, walking up to Cheerilee, seemingly forgetful of her quest for the saddleback.

Applejack groaned, and face hoofed “Can nopony understand me or somethin.” she says to herself.

“I’m sure it’s just downstairs again.” Cheerilee said, “Now come on, your brother has made flapjacks!” Cheerilee said in a singsong voice, setting Applejack on her back once more and headed downstairs.

As they passed the photos on the stairwell, Applejack couldn't believe her eyes. Their family photo was now Cheerilee and Big Mac hugging each other, with Applebloom and her on the ground. Granny Smith was nowhere to be found, the only thing even faintly connected to her was a bonnet left on the ground.

“What, how does that make any sense?” she said squirming.

The next photo down showed a pregnant Cheerilee, with Applebloom apparently knocking the bell and Big Mac holding a hoof around his wife’s neck.

“Huh? No this ain’t right.” She shook her head again, having a momentary headache.

Once downstairs, Applebloom ran ahead into the living room, and jumped on the green destroyed couch, only to then raise her head with a brown leather saddlebag in her mouth

“Found it.” She said.

“See? I told you.” Cheerilee said, taking Applejack into the kitchen.

“Good mornin’.” Big Mac groaned a forced smile on his face as he set the table.

Applejack couldn’t believe this, she knew Cheerilee and her brother had been dating (albeit by the power of a love potion made by her sister and her two friends) but that didn’t explain why they decided to marry and have a foal all of sudden. A horrible thought hit her mind: if she was now a foal, who ran the farm?

Certainly not Granny, because she had bit the dust, and Big Mac was always more for labor than paperwork. Unless…

The image of Filthy Rich asking the 70% of the crops formed in Applejack’s mind. And the image of Diamond Tiara turning the farm into a legal slave labor camp shocked Applejack even more. She just hoped that wasn’t the case.

“Morning Mac.” Cheerilee replied as she set Applejack in the surprising soft seat of the highchair.

Applejack didn’t bother to resist, as the tray was set in place. She took a deep sniff at the apple cinnamon aroma that filled the kitchen, her stomach rumbled reminding her how hungry she was now.

“Sounds like Jackie is hungry!” Cheerilee said, getting out a jar of foal food out of the nearby cupboard. Applejack stared at the jar slightly curious, she never really had to taste the stuff, even when she used to feed Applebloom at the age she was now. Then again, Applejack wasn’t one for experimentation.

“Open wide.” She said scooping some of it up, offering it to her.

Applejack wanted to refuse, but her hunger was impossible to hold back, and took over her, as a spoonful of the apple-tasting mush entered in her oral cavity.

“Apple? Why is it always apple, why not cherry, or banana?” Applejack questioned, slipping in heresy for few brief seconds.

She continued to eat each spoonful offered not even caring about all the foal talk Cheerilee was spewing out of her mouth during all of it.

“Good filly.” Cheerilee cooed, patting Applejack’s head.

Applejack shook her head for a moment at the sudden contact and smiled looking over at her sister as she ate her breakfast. The irony of her current situation made her think back to all her teasing she had done to Applebloom about her being just ‘a little filly’. Funny how right now she was now truly foal and all.

She was brought out of her thoughts as a loud knocking was heard. “I’ll get it.” Big Mac said as he got up and answered the door.

Standing in the doorway there was a grey unicorn with blue eyes
“Mr. Apple, I know it’s a bit early but I was wonder if I could have the day off, my wife’s sister is coming with her kids and I think she needs all the help she can get, before our house gets set on fire and we will need to sleep with your sheeps once again.”

“Well...”Big Mac said, rubbing his chin. “I don’t see why not. We are ahead of our harvest schedule.”

“Ah thanks Mr. Apple, you're always so kind! We will see tomorrow, then! Have a good day, and wish me good luck!” The unicorn replied before galloping off.

“Wait, so we have farm hooves now?” Applejack thought to herself as her brother waved goodbye, “Well ah guess that makes sense ah suppose. It’s not like, ya know, we couldn’t afford an extra pony around the farm,” She continued to watch her sister finish up her meal, unable to do anything else.

Cheerilee drank down the last of her cup of coffee as she glanced up the clock.

“Well Mac, it’s about time Applebloom and I get to school.” Cheerilee said as she went over to the door and set her saddlebags on her back.

“You should take Jackie to the park, it’s a nice day.” Cheerilee suggested “Then, after lunch you can bring her to the school. The students just love her.” She said smiling.

“That sounds like a wonderful idea.” Big Mac replied giving Cheerilee a kiss.

“Gah! Big Mac! Not while I'm here.” Applebloom says running out the door, making a face.

Applejack giggled remembering the story Applebloom told her when she had accidentally mixed the very love potion that set off this whole mess. To be fair it did help Big Mac find love in the first place. She started to shift in her seat now feeling restless by doing nothing for so long.

Big Mac came over and ruffled her mane “I see you’re just full of energy today aren’t you?”

“This ain’t right Mac, you know it, right?” Applejack said with a frown, staring into his eyes.

“Oh, what’s the matter, Apple seed? Did you make a stinky?” He asks as he checked her diaper.

“Whoa! Don’t do that!” Applejack protested squirming more at the sudden contact on her rump.

“Looks like yer clean.” He said, nuzzling her. “Now why don’t we go to the park?” Before Applejack could reply, she was lifted out of the highchair and set on her brother back.

“I still don’t have a choice, do I?” Applejack said, sighing resigned and watched as her brother brought her over to a foal carriage of sorts.

“You know I can walk, right?” Applejack commented as she was laid down in the wagon.

“Maybe yer friends will be there.” He suggested, buckling himself into the harness that pulled the thing.

Applejack beamed with hope, “Yeah maybe, Twilight will know what's going on around here, I hope.” she says to herself

Big Mac opened the door and left the house. The warm summer day shined down on her and, Applejack had to admit it was a nice day for a walk at least. She took a moment to look down at her diaper, giggling at the tiny apples on it “Sometimes I really do think we obsess over apples.”

Big Mac walked to the park, passing in-between the stone-paved streets of the town, and the occasional vendor trying to sell clock knockoffs and good luck trinkets. And, naturally, with the carriage squeaking endlessly, too much of Applejack’s chagrin. Once in the park, actually a series of oaks placed in concentric circles, he smiled, spotting Fluttershy and little Rainbow Dash.

“Oh hello Big Mac.” Fluttershy greeted, waving at him.

Applejack tried to see who was talking, but unable to do so, because the Sun shined right in her tiny eyes. She knew it was Fluttershy though kind of hard to miss a voice so soft and well, shy. Why Mac didn’t lift, the sun tarp was a mystery.

“Howdy Fluttershy, How's Angel Bunny?” Big Mac asked stopping the carriage near the bench.

“Fluttershy let me go!” A familiar voice whined.

Applejack did a double take.

Was that Rainbow? It sounded so young.

“Oh please, no!” She begged gulping. “R-rainbow? Is that you?” She asked, biting her lip. Just hoping she was wrong.

“Applejack!?” Dash shouted, confirming Applejack’s fears.

Big Mac came over, scooped Applejack out, and sat her on the grass. She gasped as she saw a foal Rainbow Dash sitting on Fluttershy’s lap. “What the Hay!”

Dash groaned putting her hooves to her face “Not you too.”

“That’s what I was about to say.” Applejack replied as her brother took a seat on the bench next to shy.

“So have any clues about how this happened?” She asked.

Applejack shrugged, “I don’t know. I just woke up like this.” she says “Can’t even recall what I did last night.”

“Same here...I woke up to find out that Fluttershy and ...Discord,” She said shivering again, “They’re my parents.”

Applejack tilted her head at the statement, “Discord? You’re joking right?”

“Why would I even joke about that?!” Dash replied glaring down at her friend.

“I don’t know. I woke up as a foal, so anything is possible and impossible at the same time.” She says “I just hope the others are okay.”

“Hello everypony!” Twilight’s voice called out, the alicorn trotting over to them.

Both foals turned to look in Twilight’s direction.

Fluttershy waved her over with another smile, “Oh, hi Twilight, nice to see you here, how’s Flash?”

“He’s fine, his hind leg is healing nicely, should be mobile again in a few weeks.”

“That's good to hear.” Mac said nodding.

“Hey! Stop ignoring me!” A very familiar voice called from Twilight’s side.

“Wait is that who I think it is?” Applejack said to Rainbow puzzled.

“No...It can’t be.” She replied, shaking her head.

Twilight lifted the foal from her carrier at set her down on the grass “There you go sweetie.”

“Trixie is not a sweetie!” Trixie said huffing before striking a dramatic pose,”Ai-men. Behold! The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie, Daughter of Twilight Sparkle and Flash Sentry!” She shouted, and to add to her proclamation, tiny pair of wings extends from her back.

The Great and Powerful Trixie

“Is that all you can do Trixie?” A mocking voice asked, while its owner glared down at the azure mare.

“Told you mom, all she can do is flashing lights and spark uselessly!” A black teenage mare scoffed.

“T-the Great and Powerful Trixie does a lot more than sparks!” Trixie tried to counter, her voice trembling.

“Really? Like what? Materializing flowers out of a hat?” The teen replied, waving her hoof in circles taunting. “Intimidating.”

“S-shut up!” Trixie shouted, tears forming in her eyes. Her emotions were ready to make her burst, while she attempted to impress her mother.

Her mom put her book down, and stared from across the room “All those grades, and that’s it, a light show. At least your sister can rejuvenate plant life.”

“N-nothing is ever good enough for you is it?” Trixie loses it as she shouted at her mother, stomping her hoof on the ground.

“W-why do you hate me?” She asked, starting to sob now.

Her mother didn’t respond as she looked back at her book “Maybe when you’re older you'll learn to do something that is useful.”

Her mother’s words cut like a sword right into her heart, “I’m not useless!” Trixie cries running towards the stairs and up to her room.

“Yeah go cry like a foal.” her sister called out without any hint of sympathy.

She ran into her room slamming the door shut with a slam. Sobbing, she pulled off her cape and hat and threw them to the ground, diving onto her bed. For several moments she lay face down on her mattress weeping. She thought about taking a razor, slip in her sister’s room and tearing apart all those stuff animals she held so precious to her.

She kept sobbing as a voice broke through the quiet of her room.

“Shh...” A soft voice soothed, something like a wing wrapping around her.

Trixie kept her face down as she replied, “T-Trixie is not useless, I-I’ll show them!” she cried.

“Shh. Mommy is here to make it all better!” The voice soothed, lifting Trixie up as if she was weightless.

Trixie slowly opened her eyes, blinking away the flood of tears.

A lavender figure soon comes into focus, smiling at her warmly. She didn’t know who this pony was but whoever the mare was, she was giving Trixie love and attention.

“Mommy won't let anything happen to you, I promise. But she will make something nasty happen to them.” She said, nuzzling her gently.

The mare’s calm voice starts to calm Trixie her crying reduced to mere sniffles. “R-really, do you care about for Trixie?”

The mare strokes her mane as she replied, “Of course I do. You are my little angel, after all.” The wing from before was now around her like a blanket as Trixie was cuddled in the mare’s forehooves.

Trixie couldn’t help but smile, snuggling into the mare’s fur. “Thank you... mommy.”

---------

Trixie awoke to a gentle rocking sensation.

A very familiar set of purple eyes stared at her, and, unlike the last time she had seen them, they looked gentle, calm, and motherly. Still half asleep, thanks to the dream she had just experienced, it took her awhile to process who she was.

“Was my little angel having a bad dream?” The mare asked her voice like a gentle breeze.

Trixie recognized that voice, she knew it all too well.

“Twilight Sparkle?” She asked with curiosity.

“Good morning to you too, Trixie.” Twilight replied, lifting Trixie out of the dandling cradle.

Trixie shook her head as she glanced about the room. This was definitely not the hotel room she had fallen asleep in last night. In fact, she was sure she wasn’t even in the same city. As she moved about, she heard something like paper rustling about. She was snapped out of her thought when she felt a hoof pat her rump.

“Oh my, Trixie, are you still dry? If you keep going, we may start potty training soon!” Twilight said, with a hint of glee.

“What?” Trixie exclaimed her dignity ruffled by Twilight’s statement, “Why is Trixie in a diaper? She is not a foal!”’

Not that Twilight could truly hear her.

“Oh, I see you are also excited about it!” She said, as she went towards the wardrobe, taking out what seemed to be a onesie, its pattern similar to Trixie’s cape.

“No, Trixie refuses to be dressed like some foal, let me out, even if she would like the same!” Trixie shouts trying to use her magic but nothing came, not even a spark. She kept squirming through the entire process, “No! What has Sparkle done to Trixie?”

“Oh my, you’re fussy today.” Twilight said, “Are you still upset about daddy’s leg?” Twilight asked, as she buttoned up the hatch.

Trixie shifted about as the onesie covered her whole body, giving a sense of warm claustrophobia, “Trixie does not know what you are talking about Sparkle.”

Twilight seemed to ignore her inquiry as she lifted her off the floor, “Why don’t we go see him?”

“Answer me already, I demand it!” Trixie huffed, as she was set carefully on Twilight’s back, still unaware of what Trixie was actually saying.

“Come on Trixie, let’s go see daddy.”

As she moved out of the room, Trixie caught the sight of her reflection, as they passed a mirror hanging on the wall. What she saw was incredible.

She was a foal now, most likely only a few months old, and she had a pair of wings on her back, along with her horn, now reduced to a stub.

Something rang in Trixie’s mind, and then, when the sight was properly processed, her jaw dropped. She was… an alicorn?

“Ha-ha the Great and Powerful Trixie has ascended to alicornhood! Fear me!” She cheered loudly and flailed, momentary forgetting her position, and nearly fell off of Twilight’s back.

“Careful!” Twilight scowled gently, repositioning the foal with magic.

The magic tingled on Trixie’s fur making her giggle a bit.

Twilight walked down the hall passed some photographs and into what must have been the master bedroom, “Flash, Trixie wants to see you.” Twilight called walking up to the bed.

“Who’s Flash?” Trixie wondered getting a good a look at him a moment later. The stallion sat up pulling the blankets back, revealing his left hind leg in a cast.

“I think she’s still upset about your leg.” Twilight said, holding Trixie out to him. Trixie soon found herself in a hug as Flash took her in his forehooves.

“It’s alright sweetie, daddy will be ok.” He nuzzling her close, the contact making Trixie feel warm inside, something she hadn’t felt in a long time.

“Trixie doesn’t understand what’s going on.” She said staring at the two. She watched as Twilight left and soon came back with a bottle full of formula.

“Here Flash, you can feed Trixie her bottle while she cuddles with you.” Twilight said ruffling Trixie mane.

Flash smiled, taking the bottle from her. A moment later he popped it smoothly into Trixie’s mouth. “Drink up, Trixie.”

Trixie blinked at the sudden nipple in her mouth. Before she even thought about it she was suckling down the creamy milk substance. Unable to stop herself, she relaxed, snuggling into the stallion’s fur with her might.

“This isn’t so bad,” she thought, enjoying the simple cuddle. “Sparkle does seem to be a good mother… at least, compared to mine,” She thought, “But Trixie isn’t a foal.” She closed her eyes, now deep in thought.

A pat on the back got her attention, followed by her letting out a burp, “There you go! All fed! Feeling better already?” Flash cooed, nuzzling her cheek.

Trixie giggled, cooing back at him, a smile spreading on her face: it was so nice getting positive praise like this. “If being a foal again means that Trixie gets parents that love her, does Trixie really want to give that opportunity?”

As Trixie dove deep into thought once more, Twilight came back with a breakfast tray for Flash.

Trixie was set down on the bed as she put the tray on Flash’s lap. She curled next to his leg, not wanting to lose the warm feeling that the adults were giving her now. She idly listened to the two chatted to one another.

“So how’s Rarity handling her new adopted foal?” Flash asked between bites of his sandwich.

“She told me he’s quite the hoof full.” Twilight said, sitting down next to the bed.

“I still don't know why she wanted to adopt in the first place, she doesn’t seem like the motherly type“

Twilight scoffed “She’s a great mother, she even acts as a second mother to Sweetie Belle, like during the sister hoof soc-” she paused as she put her hoof on her forehead ‘ohh.”

“You okay dear?” Flash asked concerned

Twilight took a few breaths “Yeah, just, just a sudden migraine, nothing special”

“Are you sure?”

“Y-yes I'm just fine.” Twilight replied shaking her head. “Just having this weird feeling as of late, like something amiss.”

“Ok I'll take your word for it.” He said nodding going back to his breakfast.

Without even asking Twilight lifted Trixie up with magic and onto her back, “You can hang out with mommy, while daddy rests.”

“Trixie will not argue with Sparkle.” She said, getting comfy on her back. She glanced about what she assumed would be her new home as Twilight descended the stairs into the main floor.

Spike hummed as he swept the floor “Oh, good morning, Trixie.” Spike said in a tired voice as he spotted the foal on Twilight back.

“Hello, dragon.” Trixie said waving back at him. Taking another look around the room she spotted a group photo hanging on the wall.

She noticed and recognized most of the ponies in the photograph, Twilight, Rarity, Fluttershy, and the dragon. However, there was also a muscular red stallion, with half of a green apple as cutie mark standing next to Fluttershy, and an orange earth stallion next to Rarity, both completely unknown to Trixie.

“This is just weird.” She said, staring at the picture.

“Yes, Trixie those, are my friends.” Twilight said, setting Trixie on a red cushion.

“Where are the obnoxious blue pegasus and the orange mare?” She asked, looking up at Twilight and back at the photograph.

Twilight stroked Trixie’s mane as she replied, putting words in her mouth, “We can go out in a bit, I need to do some research first.” she sets a few blocks and a rattle in front of Trixie and starts floating books over to her.

Trixie stared at the objects before her unsure of what to do with them. She wasn’t really interested in shaking child version of a maraca.

“Go on Trixie, have fun with your toys.” Twilight encouraged as she read through several books at once.

Spike noticed Trixie bored expression and came over to here, “Maybe she want to play with her ball.” He said holding a blue sparkly rubber ball in his hands.

“Oh that is pretty...” Trixie said, staring at the ball. It almost looked like her cutie mark as it twinkled in the light. She couldn’t explain why but she wanted it, “Give it to Trixie, Dragon.” She said holding her hooves out.

Spike set the ball down rolling it to her. Trixie latched onto it, bouncing it a bit in front of her. She giggled as she played something inside her enjoying the simple game. The ball glittery surface shined, as she played, soon getting fixated by it. Endless moments of joy passed until she was broken out of her trance by Twilight’s motherly voice.

“Come on Trixie, let’s head to the park.” Twilight said, suddenly lifting her foal up in her magic, placing her in a foal carrier.

“W-what time is it?” Trixie asked, now dangling from Twilight’s side. Had she really had that much fun with a simple rubber ball? And did she really lose track of time?

Twilight hummed softly as she walked out the door and down the street, waving to various ponies she passed. She soon came to Sugarcube Corner, building that never ceased to make Trixie curious of its architecture, and looked up at a hovering pegasus.

“Hi Twilight!” Pound Cake said, as he hammered in a nail to keep in place a banner that hung above the doorway.

“Hello!” Twilight replied back, a smile on her face. “Do you know where your sister is? I found the books she was looking for yesterday.”

“She’s upstairs giving Pinkie a bath.” Pound replied as he landed on the front steps.

Twilight levitated out a set of books out of her saddle bag and headed inside.

“Trixie wants to know... where are we going?” Trixie asks blinking a moment later when she heard a high pitched voice upstairs.

“Hehe, stop that, it tickles!”

“Come on Pinkie, let’s get you clean!” Another voice said, followed by the sound of water splashing.

“Trixie recognizes that voice,” She thought as Twilight reached the top of the stairs.

“Hehe but I like smelling like powdered sugar.” The voice rang out again more splashing heard from the bathroom.

“Pumpkin, come over here, I found those books you wanted.” Twilight called out as she walked down the hall towards the bathroom.

“In here Twilight!” Pumpkin called out, as even more splashing was heard.

Twilight pokes her head inside the bathroom; a foalified Pinkie was indeed splashing about having fun, as usual. She didn’t even seem phased at all.

“Should I just put the books in your room?” She asked noticing the hefty sum of water on the floor.

The pink foal in the tub looked up from the bubbles for a moment and waved “Hey Twilight!” Her greeting, of course, was just babble to the adult’s ears.

“Yes please, Pinkie might get them wet.” Pumpkin said, her mane sagging and dripping wet.

Twilight nodded and turns to leave. Once the books were set on Pumpkins bed she headed towards the stairs

“Has the world gone upside down?” Trixie said out loud rather confused at this point.

“I know Trixie you want to get out and walk will get to the park soon enough.” Twilight said as she headed out the door and resumed her trek to the park.

Twilight hummed winter wrap up as trotted down the road, Trixie couldn’t see what was in front of Twilight from her side perspective but she could hear yet even more familiar voices as Twilight approached the park area.

“Hello everypony!” She greeted

Fluttershy replied back with her usual soft voice “Uuuh, good morning, Twilight nice to see you here, how’s Flash?”

Trixie paid little attention to the idle conversation, already aware of Flash’s condition. As her hind legs dangled, she started to get really bored.

“Hey! Stop ignoring me!” She cried out after some time, squirming about in the attempt to get attention.

A moment later she was lifted once more into the air by magic and set on the ground close to Twilight She stared at the two foals who were now looking at her seeming just as surprised as she was. The rainbow mane was a dead giveaway of which one of them was.

“Come on Trixie just put your pride aside.” she tells herself as Twilight nudge her back calling her a sweetie.

“Trixie is not a sweetie.” Trixie said huffing. Her pride took hold by the reins as she posed or at least attempted to, her usual show opener gesture,”Ai-men. Behold! The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie, daughter of Twilight Sparkle and Flash Sentry!” She shouted, and to add to her proclamation, extended her tiny wings from her back.

“T-Trixie!?” The rainbow maned foal asked, her mouth hanging open.

“Wait a minute you're an alicorn?” the orange foal added.

“Great, that wasn't the best first impression to make.” Trixie thought before she replied to the foal, “Yes it is I Trixie.”

“Oh will you drop the act!” Rainbow replied rolling her eyes.

“Okay, Fine esh, can’t help it if I want to do a performance.” Trixie said folding her wings back to her sides. “You aren’t still upset about the whole alicorn amulet thing, are you?”

“Well, you did take over the entire town.” AJ retorted.

“H-hey, I apologized for that.” Trixie objected.

“Okay,” Rainbow said, “I see whatever is happening to me and Applejack got you too. Am I right?” Rainbow asked while Fluttershy set her down on the ground patting her diaper.

“Trixie... I...like my new life.” Trixie admitted, looking at the ground.

“Really? How is waking up as foal, having your friend as your so called parents, a good thing?”

Trixie didn’t feel like explaining her past, just thinking about it brought up painful memories. “That’s none of your business!” Trixie shouted, tears forming in her eyes, fighting back the urge to punch the rainbowed filly.

“Whoa, calm down sugarcube.” Applejack said, holding her hooves up. “We can figure this out.”

The three adults watched as the group of foals babbled at each other. They all looked over as a high class voice called out as the pony approached. “Hello darlings!”

The foals turned to look as well as the mare approached. Twilight waves her over “Oh Rarity, nice to see you here. It seems we all had the same idea today.” she said letting out a small chuckle.

Applejack stared at the stroller Rarity was wheeling in front of her with magic. “Who is that?”

“Let me out of this infantile thing!” A shrill whiney voice called out

Rarity, covered in tiny bite marks, shook her head violently “Blueblood. Please stop shouting, I got a headache.”

“Blueblood!?” AJ and Dash shout in unison, though Trixie just sat there confused.

Blueblood

“The usual, as it has always been,” Blueblood said to the mare sitting at the front desk of his favorite high-class spa, “Adone Incinghialito.”

The light gray unicorn mare with a black mane, nodded in reply leading him down the pristine hallway paved in granite, the walls covered in low reliefs representing mares and stallions entering in the Fountain of Youth made of amber, to the room at the far end, guarded by a obsidian statue of a mare with flowing mane.

The room was fairly standard, with ten padded tables near the wall, and the rest of the room occupied by the various instruments for relaxation and cleaning that one could find in a spa.

He trotted into the room and hopped up on the table. “Hurry up will you?” He asked impatiently, closing his eyes, and awaiting the usual massage to begin.

After a long silence, he called again “Hello? Anypony in this establishment?”

For a moment he heard something like plastic rustling.

“What was that?” He said startled, opening his eyes, and could only watch as his legs were being encompassing in magic and raised into the air. “Show yourself!”

“Calm down, Bluey, I’m almost done changing you.” A somewhat familiar voice said.

A bell rang into Blueblood’s mind. His memories of a certain grand gala brought to his mind.

“Wait! I know you. Your that harpy from the gala! What are you doing to me, jumped-up simpleton?” He shouted, squirming and staring at the white mare before him. He watched as a bulky and yet frilly diaper floated over his body, and was unfolded.

“You don’t dare!” He shouted, before trying to get off the table with all his might, but the magical aura was holding him firmly in place. His own magic was apparently useless.

“Security! For Pete’s sake, do something!” He said, extremely annoyed. He frantically looked around for somepony to rescue him, but the room was empty.

“Calm down Bluey, your giving mommy a headache.” The mare said, sprinkling powder on him.

“You are not my mother! I’m not of lowborn blood!” He shouted, thrashing about as the diaper was placed under his backside.

“Don’t touch my tail!” he screamed as she pulled it gently through the back guard.

“Almost done,” Rarity said tapping the diaper shut.

“I said: let-me-go. Are you also an imbecile?” He wailed, flailing around, doing tantrum-like gestures.

“Oh what’s wrong Blue?” the mare cooed, while nuzzling him.

Blueblood’s response was a wail, one that sounded like it belonged to an actual foal. “Stop calling me Bluey! Nobody, not even my mother called me like that, and I swear on Celestia’s sun that nopony will start today, at least without consequences!”

****

Blueblood gasped as he sat up panting. “What a horrible night. I should stop drinking so much warm Bear’s Blood before going to bed.” He muttered to himself. He took a few moments to shake off the sleepness before noting something was off. An odd and unfimlar smell greeted his nostrals. After a few sniffs he picks out the slight hint of lavender and a mix of vanilla. His room had never smelled like that. The mattress beneath him felt flatter than the one he had fallen alseep on the night before. He tried to scan the room more but the usual light that shined through his alabaster windows were nonexistent replace by a thick curtain over a window above him.

Shaking his head again he tried to remove the blankets that covered him. For some reason he couldn’t get them off as they tugged against his body. He stopped suddenly as he heard something loud and crinkling. Upon looking down at himself he gasped.

Along with his stubby hooves he noticed that he was wearing a soft cyan sleeper. Something large bulged beneath it around his flank.

“What?” He called out trying to open the hatch on the outfit.

“Is my little Bluey awake?” Rarity's voice sing-sang. The lights were turned on suddenly, making Blueblood wince and rub his eyes. He hadn't even noticed the mare enter the room.

“W-what? Now you must explain what’s going on!” He yelled. He looked down at himelf again getting a clear look at the new ridiculous detail to his sleeper. Namely, Rarity’s cutie mark on the flanks. He kept trying to remove the garment, but he felt too weak to do anything. HIs usual strong body reduced to a mere foal it would seem.

“Chatty this morning, aren’t we?” Rarity commented, lifting him up in her usual blue magical aura , smiling sweetly.

Blueblood kept struggling floating in what he felt like zero gravity hanging there like a rag doll.

“What have you done to me?”

She ignored him, pressing a hoof against his flank. “Seems like you're dry.” She said nuzzling him. “Good Bluey for staying dry through the night.”

“Don’t touch me!” He swings his hoof, swatting her muzzle, but failing to do anything of significance.

“Bluey, you know better than to hit mommy!” She said with a frown.

“You’re not my mother! You are not even one of my servants!” He shouted while squirming in her forehooves, even more upset than before

“I know! You must be hungry! At least if Sweetie Belle was any indication.” She said setting Blueblood on the floor and laying down on her side, levitating him over to her back legs.

Blueblood gasped at what she was implying as he stared at her teats, “What? No way in Tartarus I am going to drink your foul milk!”

As she slowly put him near her teats, Blueblood smirked with wickeded intent..

“But I bet that your blood tastes delicious.” And then, as soon as he was in range, he propelled himself towards the area around the nipple, erupting a shrill cry of pain from Rarity.

“Ooooowww! Bluey!” She said, as he bit even more harder.

“Aww, feel your torture for this heinous act.”

“Aaah, okay okay bottle it is!” Rarity said, resigned and a bit tired. However, for some reasons, she didn’t even try to detach Blueblood from her teat, thus letting him suckle until he felt warm and full.

When Blueblood has stopped suckling, Rarity got off the floor and called her sister,

“Sweetie Belle!”

“What?” Came a reply from a room down the hall.

“Could you watch Bluey while I make breakfast?” Rarity asked

Blueblood started grinding his teeth, the insistent nickname eating away what little was left of his self-control

“Stop calling me that!” He grumbled.

Sweetie Belle soon came into the room, a comb levitating in her magic and a toothbrush still in her mouth “Sure thing, Rarity.”

“Thank you very much, Sweetie Belle” She said patting Blueblood’s back, causing him to burp.

“Let me go!” Blueblood demanded, not liking the fact he was helpless in the hooves of a lesser pony.

Rarity set him down in the small playpen in the darkest corner of the room, and trotted out of the room.

“Good morning, Blueblood.” Sweetie Belle said with a smile, combing her mane and brushing her teeth a little with her right hoof.

Blueblood hardly listened to her as he pounded on the playpen gate “Where am I, and who are you and why am I a foal? Answer me! Also, is this the way to manifest, poorly dressed and clearly half-asleep?!”

“Blue, stop you’ll hurt yourself! You don’t want to go to the doctor, do you?” Sweetie said, \distancing him from the gate, all while Blueblood babbled constantly.

She grabbed him in her magic a few moments later, and placed him in a bouncing swing.

“There! Maybe this will tire you out.”

“Get me out of here, now!” He tantrums, bouncing about as he tries to do so.

Sweetie Belle couldn’t help but giggle, watching him bounce about “You are so cute Bluey.” She soon finished combing her mane, her teeth now clean.

Blueblood mumbled to himself, crossing his hooves. ‘I’m an adult prince, not a lowborn foal, this can’t be real!” he kept bouncing idly, as he tried to remember what happened last night, but getting only blurry images of him engulfed into light, and the recently converted Enemy of the State shouting about his failure in doing something.

Rarity came up the stairs sometime later, humming gently a tune.

“Breakfast is ready, Sweetie Belle darling,” She said, entering in the nursery and walked over to the swing lifting Blueblood out, who started wiggling like a worm again

“Bluey, why are you so frisky today?”

“Because you are annoying me with no reason whatsoever! So release me, witch!” He shouted, trying to bite her again.

‘Blue, stop it, before I spank you!’ Rarity says a stern look upon her face.

“No, I won’t, not even if you put my flank on a cheese grater!”

“Gah!” Rarity said. Blue was soon reduced to simply float beside her, as she headed to her room. “Blue, your constant shouting is giving me a headache. “

“Good! I will continue to give you one until you release me! And, if necessary, I’m going to give you more than that!” He shouted angrily.

Rarity rubbed her forehead as she set Blueblood into a play saucer and went over to the closet.

Usually a simple task of getting out a chair would be easy, but he struggled to push himself high enough to do so.

He continued to throw a fit, slamming his hooves into the saucer.

His attempts were fleeting, and, after a few moments, he started to tire out.

Rarity breathed heavily, as she moved assortment of dresses and hats, trying to decide what she should wear that day, and, considered that she was a pony obsessed by clothes, it was going to take forever.

“Will you hurry up?” He asked, glaring at Rarity, the ever audible ticking of the clock drilling into his brain.

She seemed to ignore him for now as she lifted out a purple hat with trim “Simple yet elegant.”

“Yes, yes, yes, can we go now?” He asked, crossing his hooves. “Or do you need to polish your hooves with dung?”

Rarity left for a second leaving Blue alone for a while.

“Hey! Don’t leave me here!” He called out, while he felt the urge to go to the bathroom.

“Magnificent… I have to go the bathroom, and I can’t do that.” He mumbled annoyed “My only option is…”

A realization came to his mind.

“Yes! If she really wants a foal, so be it!” He grinned “Even the least pleasant parts.”

He smirked as he let it go, and rather easily at that. The mess rather unpleasant at touch to Blueblood but so would it to to clean up for Rarity.

She soon returned, a flush being heard from the bathroom. As she entered she suddenly made a face as she sniffed waving her hoof, “Somepony needs a diaper change.”

A moment later, he was picked up by Rarity’s magic, and brought back to the nursery, all while Rarity kept her breath.

“Enjoy!” He says gleefully, feeling his body start to weaken more as Rarity set him down the change table and unbuttoned the hatch.

She pulled back the hatch to reveal a rather soiled diaper.

“Stinky!” she reached for the taps and starts to remove it.

“H-hey don’t touch me there! I didn’t think this through!” Blue whined, as Rarity wiped his plot and accidentally touched his stallionhood.

Suddenly, Blueblood felt the need to urinate, at which Blueblood wasted no time into using it as weapon against Rarity.

urien streamed on Rarity’s coat and mane, staining it, and causing Rarity to jump away, and whirl around like a drunken dervish.

“Aaaah! Aaaah!” She shouted with an high-pitched tone, one that caused a fit of roaring laugh in Blueblood “Urine! It won’t go away! This is the worst possible thing that could have happened this morning!”

“You break it, you pay for it.” Said Blueblood with a smirk.

Not that Rarity cared, because she ran out of the room, shouting “Must clean, must clean must clean,” and, apparently locked herself in the bathroom.

When Blueblood finally ended his laughter, he looked around him and, in particularly, down. The distance in-between the top of the changing table and the floor would have been minimal… for an adult, or, at least, a decently-old pony. In his state, that fall would have hurt a lot.

“Darn,” he said “I should have considered it. Now I can’t get down without breaking something. Guess I will have improvise.”

After a few minutes of silence, Sweetie Belle went up to the bathroom, knocking on the door.

“Rarity, is everything okay?”

Then answer was direct and strong.

“NO!”

Sweetie Belle, as the things were looking ominous, galloped in the nursery, only to wrinkle her nose in disgust.

“Eeew! Bluey, what did you eat last night?”

Blueblood, now annoyed by the little fillies statement , flailed his hooves up and down, shouting.

“What do you think I’ve ate, you little white cretin, if I still need breast milk? Now come on, get me out of this diaper and set me free!”

Sweetie Belle seemingly understood the message, albeit by pure accident.

“Okay… since Rarity won’t finish anytime soon, I might as well try to change your diaper.”

Blueblood sighed. “Finally!”

However, his relief was short-lived because Sweetie Belle, as soon as she was near him, violently yanked out the diaper fro under his bottom, with predictable consequences regarding excrements.

A panicked Sweetie Belle took out some wipes from the drawers of the changing table, and tried to clean him and herself up

Noticing that a couple of drops of poop that had stained his coat, Blueblood’s mind locked up and made his body freeze.

Once Sweetie Belle had more-or-less cleaned it up, she took out a blue-ish diaper from a box under the changing table. She swiftly unfolded it, and put it on Blueblood’s waist, disregarding silly things like the foal powder.

“There, all clean!” She said with a smile.

“I still feel pretty dirty… but I guess it’s an improvement from before.” He said

Sweetie Belle, after taping the diaper on Blueblood, decided to do one last thing to him, before leaving.

“Sorry, Bluey, but I have to get to school now.” she kissed him on the forehead, causing him to retract in disgust, before scooping him up and setting him in the playpen, hoping to keep him distracted while Rarity slowly overcame her fit of hysteria.

Blueblood grinned.

“Well now…” he said,“I think I may be able to open this gate and run away from this mad house”

He concentrated trying to channel his magic, but only produced pitiful sparkles.

“Why I can’t have a magic surge right now?” He asked to himself, while still trying to get something to come out. “Come on!” he grumbled with no success.

As Blueblood struggled to make magic, Rarity finally finished her cleaning frenzy, and entered into the room again, her mane still dripping wet and her eyes showing tiredness.

“Ugh,” she said “hopefully he didn’t…” Rarity paused glancing towards the changing table, and saw Blueblood trying to do magic in the playpen.

She took a deep breath, closing her eyes for a second, before heading over to the playpen. Blueblood kept glaring at her as she spoke with barely contained her current stress,

“Maybe a trip to the park will calm me down and relax you.” She said sighing. She took a white pacifier with yellow handle out from the nearby wardrobe. “And this will, thankfully, will keep you quiet..”

Before he could protest, the pacifier was shoved in his mouth, his attempt to spit the darned rubber object out was suddenly halted as something brought him to suckle it instead. Another attempt to stop said action also failed as his mouth kept suckling away.

He, calmed down, once more being levitated into the air and brought in the hallways towards the living room. There, a light purple stroller was standing in the center of the room for not discernible reason.

“I’m not riding in such an infantile contraption!” Blueblood mumbled from under his pacifier, and once the calming effect was gone he managed to spit out the gag.

Rarity hummed softly, placing him inside of it, buckling him in tightly. Despite Blue’s best efforts, he couldn’t get out. Might have been due to fact he was really small or that it was designed with child proofing in mind, and in either case he was stuck.

“Release me from this contraption!” He wailed, on the verge of another tantrum.

“Calm down, Blueblood.” She said with an eye twitch, popping a pacifier back into his mouth.

Blueblood started to unwilling become calm again as he suckled on it. He yawned a bit desperately trying to fight his tired body. His struggle didn’t last long, as he soon drifted off into sleep.

******

Blueblood was awoken from his first moment of peace as Rarity’s voice woke him up. He groaned, blinking as the sudden sunlight noting he was now in a new location. He tried to sit up only to be stopped by the blasted straps of his current containment.

“Hello, darlings!” Rarity called out, faking a smile as she saw what Blueblood assumed to be her friends down the path.

Princess Twilight waves at Rarity “Hello Rarity, nice to see you here! It seems we all had the same idea today.” she chuckled.

Oh how he loathed her. Thinking she could elevate herself to his status by growing wings.

Blueblood started to feel his annoyance building up like a volcano about to burst. He tugs yet again on the strollers belts, “Let me out of this infantile thing!” His shrill whiney voice rang out.

Rarity shakes her head “Blueblood, stop shouting please, I got a headache.”

“Blueblood!?” Three young voices cried out in unison.

Rarity lifted Blueblood out of the stroller, plopping his diaper rump on the grass. “Why are you so fussy today?” She asked with a frown, nudging him to go play with the other foals.

“I am not going to lower myself to those ruffians!” Blueblood said, turning his nose up at the other foals.

The cyan pegasus foal suddenly broke into laughter “This is rich!”

“Shut up!” Blueblood seethed, glaring daggers at her.

“Why should I, you're not my boss.” she retorted with a calm and uninterested tone.

Blueblood’s blood was boiling with anger “How dare you insult me?””

Another cyan foal, this one an alicon, looked over ‘“What’s the problem? Trixie doesn't get it.”

“Ya’ll just calm down! We don’t need a fight right now, we are all on the same boat!” An orange earth pony foal said, looking between the two angry foals.

Blueblood huffed “I don’t care!”

“So, you don’t want to find out why yer a foal? Or how to change back?” The orange foal asked, crossing her hooves.

“What? Of course I want to know how this happened!”

The miniature alicorn looked towards Blueblood “Who are you, Trixie doesn’t recognize you.”

“I am Prince Blueblood!” He said proudly.

“Never heard of you.” Trixie says dryly

“Then you live under a rock.” He huffed.

“Look! They are chatting!” A purple mare smiled, watching them sit in their small circle.

“I wonder what their talking about?” A yellow pegasus mare asked, gazing at the foals with interested eyes.

“Foals don’t know how to talk.” A red stallion wearing a yoke replied dryly

The adults look towards the purple mare, who slightly winced for no apparent reason.

“Something is wrong, Twilight dear?” Rarity asked

“Just I had a sudden headache. It happened this morning too,” Twilight said and noticed something off about Rarity.

“Wow, Rarity, you look devastated. What happened?”

Rarity sighed. “Blueblood was acting up this morning.”

“How?” she asked.

Rarity put a hoof on her head dramatically. “How to put it? Let’s say that he is screaming like there is no tomorrow, squirms around whatever I do to him, and, well… he bit my teat, oh and...” she shivered ‘Urinated on my coat.”

Twilight frowned, “It happens Rarity, some days its really hard.” She said as if she had experience with the subject matter.

“I know. But I’ve hardly experienced something of this scale before. He never been this bad before.”

Twilight simple shrugged in response,. “That happens both ways.”

Applejack, that was the name of the orange foal, suddenly spoke up after some time, “Ya know..I had ah headache this morning.”

“Trixie thinks there is a pattern.” Trixie remarks, rubbing her chin in thought.

“Well we are the only ones who seem to remember what is actually right.” Rainbow replied, “That still doesn’t explain how this all happened.”

Blueblood was completely lost at what they were talking about having only paid half attention.

“Hello everypony.” A new voice said, cutting into the chatter. The foals glanced over to see a yellow unicorn mare, with a leash in the right hoof.

Twilight gave her a warm smile “Oh, hello Pumpkin, I see you are joining us.”

“Pinkie was getting restless, and I thought she’d enjoy some playtime in the park.” She said giving the leash a tug.

“Come on, I want to go the swings!” Pinkie voice calls out, as she pulled against the leash.

“It can’t be...” Rainbow said, shaking her head.

‘It is...” Trixie replied with an eye roll and a sigh “It’s that annoying pink demon”

“Hi everypony!” Pinkie said, suddenly rushing toward them, only to let out a grunt and fall on her flank, as she ran out of leash.

Rainbow also fell over, laughing loudly.

PInkie Pie

As PInkie finished her bedtime story she looks down at the twins who were somehow still awake after the whole tale. “Still awake, wow.” PInkie said rubbing the back of her head. It was strange, they usually fell asleep halfway through her tales. Not that they were boring, hardly they were quite interesting.

“I know how about a-” she paused watching as sparks started to built up around Pumpkin’s horn. Pinkie backs up s the foal’s horn kept glowing brighter with ever increasing in intensity. Pumpkin clapped her hooves together and cheer as her magic reach its climax. Before Pinkie could take cover a bright explosion of expanding light erupted from the crib knocking her out as she was consumed by it.

*********

Pinkie let out a light sneeze as she started to awake, somepony was nuzzling her gently on her face. She blinked, letting out a cute yawn. As she rubbed her eyes she took a look around seeing that she wasn’t in her room. All around her were large wooden bars and a towering Mr Cake beyond them staring down at her.

“Mr. Cake! Why are you so big!?” Pinkie asked a little surprised

.

“Morning Pinkie, I see you slept well.” He replied reaching down and scooping her up into his forehooves and pat her crinkley bottom.

“Woah! I’m light as a feather!” She said giggling not even noticing the light squishing noise.

PInkie was carried over to the change table a little strap buckled over her barrel. PInkie giggled again, “Hehe i’m so small.” She squirmed, kicking her hooves playfully.

“Somepony is hyper today I see.” Mr. Cake said as he cleaned her.

“hehe! Is this one of those um..lucy dreams?” She asked, Mr. Cake failing to respond.

Cake soon finished taping up the diaper and kissed her forehead. A second later Pinkie was placed on his back, “Come on Pinkie, let’s go get you some breakfast.”

As Mr. Cake exited into the hall, Pinkie held on to his neck. She watched as a teenage Pound Cake walked up to them. “Dad I can’t find my textbook.”

“Did you check the nursery?” He asked stepping aside to let him pass.

“Not yet, i’ll go look.” Pound replied, stopping for a second to ruffle up pinkie’s mane, even as a foal she had curly hair, “Morning sis.”

“Sister? Oh...right.” Pinkie smiled, waving hell,.” You're really big Pound! Almost as big as Big Mac!”

Pound gave her a smile back, “cute,” he says before heading into the nursery to look for his books.

PInkie was soon taken downstairs and was set in a soft padded highchair. “Good morning Pinkie.” Mrs. Cake voice motherly sang out as she came into the kitchen a bright smile on her face. Pound cake sat across the table casually scanning the morning paper, her blue bow tied to her long beautiful mane.

“Come on i’m hungry.” Pinkie cheered pounding on the tray.

“Calm down Pinkie, your breakfast is coming.” Mrs. Cake said, warming up a bottle.

“I love this dream so far.” Pinkie began to bounce in her seat her usual hyper self unhindered by her current foalish form in fact she seemed to have even more energy.

“Somepony is energetic today.” Mrs. Cake said comments pushing the bottle into Pinkie’s mouth. Pinkie eagerly started suckling away enjoying the sweet taste of the liquid as it slowly filled her tummy. She made short mmm sounds every so often.

“hehe that what I said when changing her.” Mr. Cake chuckled

As Mrs. Cake held the bottle she looks up the at the time, “Pumpkin, do you mind watching Pinkie today?” She asked, giving Pinke a loving nuzzle. “We’re a bit busy preparing for the Sweets convention in a few days.”

“I don’t mind mom, I wont be meeting up with Cheese Sandwich until later anyway.”

“Cheese Sandwich? Did I add him the dream too?” Pinkie thought and then started to giggle again some milk dripping out of the sides of her mouth.

Pumpkin came over and tickled PInkie’s tummy “Somepony is ticklish this morning choochy coo”

Pinkie giggled, flailing her hooves around managing to rock the highchair a bit. “Stop hehe not my tummy.”

Pumpkin let PInkie finished driking her bottle and picks her up, patting her back “Come on Pinkie, we’re gonna have some fun .” She said as PInkie let out a burp.

“Yay fun!” PInkie cheered clapping her hooves together with joy.

Pinkie was set on her back as Pumpkin headed back upstairs. As they walked by the baking supplies, Pinkie eyes sparkled spotting a cupcake. She licked her lips and using her foalish strength effortlessly jumped off of pumpkin’s back and onto the countertop her landing resulting in her sliding on the smooth surface. Her slide soon came to a halt as she impacted right into a small stack of sugar bags. The bag at the top fell over and broke as it hit PInkie on the head, spilling its contents all over her.

“Pinkie!” Pumpkin groaned, looking at the coated filly. “Now i’m going to have to give you a bath.”

“Hehe, oops.” PInkie grinned sheepishly and sniffed the air. With her nose full of sugar she sneezed quite cute like.

Pumpkin shook her head and used her magic to carry Pinkie the rest of the way to the bathroom. PInkie of course wiggling and squirmed just to have fun with it.

She took Pinkie’s diaper off, placing her in the tub, turning on the water. As soon as the water got high enough Pinkie started to splash abou.

t “bubbles!” she cheers as Pumpkin brought over the blue bottle of the stuff. The solution was poured in, PInkie’s splashes only made more bubbles form as the water kept coming out of the fossett.

“Come on Pinkie, let’s get you clean.”She said smiling, getting some shampoo and applying it to the foal’s mane and body..

PInkie giggled as Pumpkin started to work in the shampoo into her fur, “That tickles” PInkie splashed her hooves about much to Pumpkins annoyance.

Pumpkin’s mane drooped from all the water she been assaulted with. She groans as got out a bath brush “Hold still PInkie.”

“Hehe, but I like smelling like powdered sugar.” She complained between fits of giggles.

As Pumpkin was hit by another splash, she heard Twilight voice ring out from the hall

“Pumpkin I found those books you wanted.”

“In here Twilight!” Pumpkin called out, as PInkie splashed her again.

Twilight peeked her head inside the bathroom concerned, “Should I just put the books in your room?” She asks noticing the hefty sum of water on the floor.

“Yes please, Pinkie might get them wet.”

Pinkie smiled as she saw Twilight, “Hey Twilight!” She called out cheerfully. She see’s Trixie on Twilight back and waved to her as well.

“Eeeep not you.” Trixie calls out squirming.

Pumpkin dumps water over Pinkie’s head causing her to close her eyes. When PInkie could see again Twilight had moved on down the hall. Pumpkin started to wash PInkies lower half making her squirm even more

“Ok Pink’s I think you're ready to come out.” She said, lifting her out, setting her on a towel. She starts to empty the tub not paying attention as Pinkie used her speed demon powers to bolt out of the bathroom ‘weee!”

Pumpkin turned gasping, “Oh no you don’t.” Pumpkin said, grabbing her in a magic grib. She dries off PInkie sighing, ”How about we burn off some that energy at the park?” She suggested, walking into the nursery.

Pinkie wiggled around “Sounds like fun!” she cheered vibrating.

Pumpkin laughs a bit as she set her on the change table. Holding her in place with her magic, she quickly put Pinkie in a new diaper and finished off with a foal leash. “Last thing I need is your running off on me.”

“Hehehe! I feel like a puppy!” She giggled, pulling on the strap that went around her barrel.. She of course couldn't loosen it at all or even reach the leash that attached to her back.

Pumpkin ruffles the foal’s mane before setting her down on the floor, “Come on let get going.”

PInkie rushes forward towards the stairs the leash snagging as it reach it’s end. She kept trying to push forward somehow dragging Pumpkin along the floor

“Wow, Pinkie calm down!” She said pulling back on the leash. PInkie kept it up now running in place making little headway.

“lets go go go!” PInkie cheered as she keep trying to run ahead out the door.

“Pinkie slow down!” She scowled, following after her, somehow being dragged at moments by the energized foal.

The park soon came into view as the two reach the top of the hill. Pumpkin smiled as she saw her group of friends there as well. “Oh hello everypony.” She called out walking towards the gang.

Twilight glanced over smiling back, “Oh hello, Pumpkin came to join us I see.”

Pinkie was focused on the swings and tried to run towards them despite being at the end of her lead. Paying little mind to the group nearby.

“Pinkie was getting restless and I thought she’d enjoy some playtime in the park.” Pumpkin said giving the leash a tug.

“Come on I want to go the swings!” Pinkie cried out out as she pulled against the leash once more. She finally turned to look behind her to notice who else was there. She gasped as she saw her other friends, “Hi everypony!” Pinkie said, suddenly rushing toward them forgetting out her lead. A second later the inevitable happened as she let out a grunt and fall on her flank as she ran out of leash.

Rainbow fell over, laughing loudly. “Oh that was hilarious!”

“Thats not nice Dash.” Applejack said crossing her hooves.

Rainbow took a breath and sat back up wiping the few tears from her eyes, “Sorry but that was just too funny.”

“Now don’t run off Pinkie.” Pumpkin said, detaching the leash, placing Pinkie in the circle of foals.

“Hehe this dream is awesome.” PInkie cheered clapping her hooves “Just like my story.”

The group of foals stare at the Pink one surprised and confused as ever, “Sugarcube this isn’t a dream.” Applejack retorted.

PInke laughs at the remark, “Of course you would say that. All dream characters say that.” she replied

“Pinkie, listen, this isn’t a dream!” Dash replied, moving closer to her putting a hoof on her chest.

“But this is just like my story I told the twins last night.”

“Story? What are you talking about?” Trixie asked, raising her eyebrow.

“Oh last night the twins were hyper, so I told them this amazing story I made up on the spot. Oh and it had all of us in it and eerily similar to what happening…” she paused realization sinking in faster than a boat made of solid rock, “uh oh, you mean this isn’t a dream!”

“Yes that’s what we’ve been saying!” Rainbow said, throwing her hooves up.

“But if this is real then..” Pinkie started, staring off into the distance, her eyes starting to water.

“Pinkie?” Applejack asked worried for her friend.

“I’m, i’m not Maud’s sister anymore!!” Pinkie wailed, starting to sob, her hair going flat.

“We can figure this out, just calm down.” Applejack pleads reaching out to give her a hug.

“I don’t know somehow this is all my fault” PInkie sniffled accepting the embrace.

“It’s ok Pinkie, we’ll find out how to fix this.” Dash said joining in on the group hug.

Just as Pinkie was starting to calm a shrill voice rang out, “Ignoring a prince how rude!” Blueblood huffs ruining a perfectly good bonding moment.

The group look over at him “Not like you had anything to add.” Dash replied.

“I have a lot to add to the conversation.” He stuck his nose up snorting.

“Like…” she rolled her eyes in response.

“It’s obvious we should go to my aunts.” He said looking at them.

the group blink since none of them had even considered that yet. “Well duh, but how do we even communicate that, they hear nothing but babble from us remember.” Dash replied.

“Oh oh oh!” PInkie waves her hoof up like she was in class.

Applejack rolled her eyes “Yes Pinkie what is it.”

“Have any of you tried writing?” She says smiling.

“That’s...actually a good idea..”Trixie said blinking.

Dash facehoof “ohh why didn’t we think of that.”

“Well not like we have a chance to grab any kind of writing implement.” Applejack added.

“Whelp, ah think it’s time fer Jackie and I to get going.” Big Mac said, interrupting their conversation as Applejack was lifted off the ground.

Applejack tries to protest holding her hooves out to the gang, “Wait put me down.”

“Come on Jackie, dontcha want to see mommy?” He asked, placing her in the baby carriage.

Applejack let out a sigh realizing she had no choice in the matter, “I guess i’ll catch you guys later somehow.” She calls out as Big Mac started to push

Twilight gave the foals a smile as she had a thought, “You know we should hang out more, how about you bring Pinkie over to the castle later, Trixie could use some playtime with the others.” she says to Pumpkin.

“Oh sure that be fun what about you Fluttershy?” she asked watching Fluttershy lift Dash to her lap.

“Well I don’t really have any plans today, so sure i’ll pop in with Dashie in a few hours.” She replied happily tickling Dash

“H-hey stop that!” Dash said giggling, kicking her hooves.

“Dashie ticklish, yes she is.” Fluttershy coo’ed as she kept tickling

Trixie chuckled watching the two bond. She got jealous and held out her hooves to Twilight “PIck Trixie up.” she gestured. Twilight got the message and does so cuddling her close.

Rarity let out a sigh “Finally some quiet.” she says rubbing her head “I thought adopting would be fun.” she whined.

“Rarity, parenthood is a commitment, tell me you really didn’t just adopt because you thought it was fun?” Twilight asked scowling.

“No, no, of course not. I really do want to care for a foal and such, just lately it been so much screaming, my poor ears.” she says and change her tone suddenly “He is quite cute though.”

“My name is Blueblood!” he complained, looking up at Rarity.

She looks down and nodded “Oh of course.” She picks him up into her lap. Blueblood kept trying to escape her grasp Rarity easily able to hold him and continued talking. “He was well behaved last week just so odd his mood swings. Is that something foals have?”

“Has anything happened that would upset him?” Twilight asked, nuzzling Trixie gently.

“Other than waking up as your foal.” Dash snickered

“I don’t think so. Do you think I did something wrong and didn’t realize it?”

“I’m sure it’s nothing Rarity. He’s probably teething.” Twilight said, as if speaking from experience. “I remember when Spike was teething, he was so fussy.”

Rarity let out a sigh of relief, “Oh okay, I thought I was being a bad parent for a second, I mean it’s hard enough being a good sister.” she giggled managing to pop the pacifier back in Blueblood mouth,

Paint It Cyan

Applejack, having nothing else to do at the time, suckled on the pacifier in her now tiny mouth. From her shady vantage point she could see the sycamore guarding the path passing by along with Big Mac moving hind legs. The ride would have been almost relaxing if not for the subtle squeaking of one of the wheels on the carriage didn’t keep to disturb Applejack. The wheels annoyed her more than the usual because her attention span decreased drastically since she found herself in the flesh of a small foal.

Also, besides the wheels, another thought annoyed her, specifically, the idea of begin the offspring of Cheerilee and her brother disturbed and confused her, both because it went against Applejack’s idea of a Cheerilee married to the job, and because it broke the usual ladder of power in the Apples’ house in a way that annoyed her (since she wasn’t in position of power anymore.)

Soon the school bell tower came into view as Big Mac approached the playground.

“Ready to see mommy?” Big Machintosh asked, looking back into the cart as he unbuckled from the harness.

Applejack stared at his brother’s soft eyes and sighed, nodding her head, continuing to suckle on the pacifier. Her words were incoherent babbles to the rest of the world anyway , so, even if she wanted to say “No, Cheerilee ain’t my mother,” Applejack would be merely be spinning her wheels, going nowhere.

“Hehe I’ll take that as yes.” Big Mac said lifting AJ out, cradling her in a forehoof before placing her on his back and walked inside the schoolhouse.

Cheerilee was tidying up the empty but messy classroom as the two ponies entered. By what she getting out of the wooden cupboards near the blackboard contains some grammatical analysis, she pulled out four transparent bottles of paint and a large can full of brushes of varying size and several dishes made of red plastic for keep the paint.

Hearing the noise by her husband’s hooves, Cheerilee turned around, and, as she dropped the last three brushes on the teacher’s desk, she smiled wide seeing her foal on Big Macs back, “Hi, Jacky, did you miss your mommy?” she cooed.

Applejack, ignoring her surrogate mother’s attentions, scanning the room, thinking back to PInkie’s advice from earlier in the day. Art Class would provide just what she needed for prove that she was an adult. She just hoped her mouth writing hadn’t gone away in her foalish body… or, if mouth writing was impossible for whatever reason, hoof writing.

Big Mac gave Cheerilee a kiss before setting Applejack down on the red ceramic floor near the teacher’s desk.

Since the bell had yet to be rang, Cheerilee used the spare time to make the last touches to the class’ organization, while Applejack did a survey of what lied ahead.

So far, she could tell that, judging from the number of brushes, if all the schoolfillies and colts were present that day, the class would have been occupied by twenty-six ponies; that said ponies were going to sit on desks put in a square formation made by thirteen files and thirteen desk wide.

Useless information that still kept the mind of the farmpony-turned-foal occupied until the ring of the bell, sound that startled her, making Applejack turn her head in all directions, trying to find the source of the sound. She stopped mid glance, shaking the foalish behavior away

Cheerilee, however, interpreting it as a situation that was going to lead to cry, rushed away from a desk covered in vulgar doodles in a corner towards Applejack. Once there, she scooped her daughter up and held her close to her chest, hushing in the process.

Surprised by the reaction, Applejack flailed for a brief moment, before calming down and letting her surrogate mother cradle her.

Cheerilee was so focused on “calming down” Applejack, that she failed to hear the sound of hooves coming from outside the room.

“Aww,” said a familiar voice from outside “Cheerilee, I didn’t know that you brought AJ to school!”

Applejack, hearing that she had been called, turned her head and saw Sweetie Belle standing at the entrance of the class, wearing a big smile on her white face.

Applejack, unable to say a verbal greeting, resorted to a simple hoof wave. Sweetie Belle waved back and entered the classroom. After Cheerilee slowly put Applejack on the teacher’s desk, she proceeded to ruffle up the little amount of mane she had. Applejack waved her hooves up a bit annoyed by the sudden contact.

Seeing she did not like it too much, Sweetie Belle stopped the ruffling, smiled at Applejack, and took her seat in the class.

Half a minute later, Applebloom arrived, immediately followed by a panting Scootaloo.

Noticing that her little-big sister was in the class, the yellow filly wasted not time into trotting towards the regressed farmpony, and hugged her tightly.

“Oh, hi Applejack,” Applebloom said.

“Eeep, too tight sis.” Applejack squeaks squirming in her sister’s bear hug, feeling more like a plush animal than a foal. “Careful, Applebloom, don’t want to crush me.”

Applejack sarcastically said, as she felt something partially coming out of her “Or force her to have an accident at the worst possible moment.”

“Oh.” Applebloom said, as she let Applejack go “Hehe sorry.”

Applejack stood there for a moment in confusion, before sitting on her padded backside. Unfortunately for her, what Applebloom squeezed out of her was enough to make the diaper do an audible squishing sound.

“Eww” Applejack said to herself, “Applebloom made me do it again.”

Cheerilee pulled out a stack of blank paper, finishing up her prep work, only for then notice the smell coming from Applejack. Wrinkling her nose, Cheerilee chirped “Oh my, does Jacky need a change?”

“Yes, just do it already!” Applejack whined blushing at the sudden stare of the (thankfully few) onlooking students.

Cheerilee rapidly took her daughter in her arms, put the saddlebag on her flank, and ran into the bathroom, so to give herself and Applejack some privacy during the change.

Once the bathroom, Cheerilee put Applejack briefly on the muddy but overall clean gray ceramic floor of the bathroom outside the stalls, took out the mat from the saddlebag along with the pack of diapers, and set Applejack down on it “Let’s get you changed, stinky butt!”

“Oh. don’t say that outloud.” she blushed red, as the diaper was untaped from her and tossed away.

“Don’t worry, mommy will be quick!” Cheerilee said, getting her baby cleaned up, before taking out an orange diaper from the bag, and staring at it.

Applejack rolled her eyes, seeing of course tiny green apples printed on it.

“Pete’s sake, now she is deciding which diaper put on me? It’s a diaper, damnit! I’m gonna use it anyways, so why bother?”

Her complaining was yet again ignored, being only babble to Cheerilee, who was still deciding between the aforementioned orange diaper and a white one with a pattern of trees and barns.

Applejack soon became bored of staring up the cracks in the wooden and hay ceiling. “Gah. Hurry up already!”

Finally, Cheerilee did her choice, and took the orange diaper. After taking the foal powder, she poured it on Applejack’s nether regions, and then slid the diaper quickly under Applejack, not even letting her shiver in peace for a second.

Cheerilee hastily put the diapers in the saddlebag along with the rest of the supplies, then she did a small stunt, by pulling the change mat quickly from Applejack’s back, making her fly in the air for few centimeters, for then pick her up mid-air without any damage.

Applejack let her foalish instincts win her this time, and clapped her hooves in appreciation and giggled.

Cheerilee, after picking Applejack back yet again, soon got back into the classroom. She looks towards her class, which was idly chatting away.

She faked a loud cough, getting their attention, and explained assignment for the class.

“Very well, class, today you assignment will be,” she explained, putting Applejack back on the desk “paint, with the three primary colours, a subject of your choosing. Make couples, and start work up.”

The students, after forming their respective groups, took their brushes, a plastic dish containing the colours magenta, cyan and yellow, and sheets of paper. Cheerilee, as a way to keep her daughter entertained in class, placed Applejack with the group formed by her sister Applebloom and Sweetie Belle.

Applejack, while groaning for the mane ruffling and the cooing she was receiving, tried to think how to use the instruments available to her to make it perfectly clear to Cheerilee she was not a foal.

She thought about using the brushes as a pen, she went towards the can of brushes and toppled it, thus allowing her to take one of them. Sweetie Belle and Applebloom, paying no real attention to Applejack’s behaviour, just took the brushes without saying anything to Applejack.

Taking advantage of the fact that she was being ignored, Applejack, at first, tried to grab the brush with her hooves. However, thanks to her small body and, consequentially, reduced strength, the brush slipped from her hooves and hit the top of the desk with a slight thump.

“Drat” she huffed to herself.

Annoyed by the idea of doing that, Applejack reluctantly grabbed it from the bristles with her mouth.

However, as soon as the bristles of the brush went in her mouth, the foalish impulse to suckle kicked in.

“Stop it,” she thought to herself concentrating, but to no avail, because her instincts kept telling her to suckle the bristles like there was no tomorrow. It was, supposedly, relaxing, but for Applejack, it was just an annoying reminder of her current state.

That is, until Applejack slapped herself with all her might, and let the brush go once again.

“This is harder than I thought.” she grumbled staring, at her sister as she fluently used her own brush moving it about with her tongue and lips. As an attempt to get her mind recognize the movements, Applejack looked carefully at Applebloom’s motions, and tried to memorize each step.

Naturally, this behaviour went still undetected, because the two fillies were busy into painting, and Applejack had yet to do anything of note.

So she decided to try to take a piece of blank paper, dip her right hoof in the paint, and write something along the lines “I am no foal.” She thought for a moment about it. If she wrote that it seem odd but it was direct. However, Cheerilee could possibly see it as the typical ‘I want to be a big pony’ thing and she would go nowhere near to escape.

Until a realization hit Applejack’s mind: she was a babbling foal. She could not possibly have learned the alphabet before being able to talk. That alone would raise some red flags about her true state, bringing her closer to her objective.

Sure, writing with her hoof was kind of awkward for Applejack, but, since it was her only option, she took it.

Applejack looked around her, and soon spotted the few blank sheets of paper next to Sweetie Belle, whom was occupied into doing some circular motions with her brush. She walked towards the stack, took a sheet in her mouth, and walked away.

Dipping her right hoof into the cyan-colored paint, she experimented to see how well she could make letters in the first place. So she started to create circles on the sheet, and each one of them was decent enough to be passed as “o.”

Then she tried the various combinations of letters, and saw that she could perfectly write … as long she wrote in capital letters and not in block letters, since they looked like scrawls.

Apparently, Applejack’s quest for writing wasn’t very obvious to Sweetie Belle, since, after seeing Applejack scrawl on a blank sheet, cooed a “Applejack is a little artist!”

Once Applejack was sure about how write her message, and once she got over the annoyance of hearing Sweetie Belle giving forced compliments to her, she went towards the stack of sheets, and picked one up in her teeth, going back to her original sitting spot.

Seeing Cheerilee start to circle the room, she began to write her message. She carefully wrote her original idea of the simple “I’m not a real foal” just barely making it fit on the one sheet of paper, and then waited for the results. Her mother soon came around to their table, Applejack grinning with hope, and waving her hooves to get her attention.

“Oh, did Jacky make an art for mommy?” Cheerilee babied as she went around the table to look at what Applejack had created.

As soon as Cheerilee saw what Applejack had done, her eyes widened and backed away slightly, her face full of a mix of surprise and curiosity.

POV of Cheerilee.

Cheerilee looked at the “drawing” that her daughter Applejack did for her, and tried to make sense of it, because the immediate option… was too surreal to be considered seriously.

Faking a chuckle, Cheerilee turned towards Applebloom, and said.

“Good joke, Applebloom!”

Applebloom looked up from her work, “What joke? I didn’t do anything!”

The teacher kept assuming that Applebloom was trying to keep up the façade.

“You wrote on a sheet of paper ‘I am not a foal’ and gave it to Jackie.”

Applebloom blinked a few times and looked over at the said piece of paper, “What? I didn’t do that.”

Cheerilee was unamused, since she was assuming that she was denying it out of fear of a punishment, so she asked, this time slightly more sternly. “Then who did it?”

Sweetie Belle looked up at Cheerilee, equally surprised as her yellow friend “That wasn’t me either!”

Since something told her that it was unlikely that another member of the class had tried to put the written piece of paper near Applejack, Cheerilee was left with no other option.

Also, her daughter was still flailing around and pointing at the drawing, going “Goo, goo!” and furiously pointing at the sheet of paper, like if she was trying to show off an hidden masterpiece that nobody but her was able to see.

“Sorry,” said Cheerilee to the two fillies “it’s nothing.”

Naturally, it wasn’t surely nothing, but it was nothing of their buisness, so she had better to gently shoo them away. The two fillies went back to work without questions, allowing Cheerlie to leave the desk and a seemingly-upset AJ behind.

As she circled around the class, scanning the work of her students, and making herself sure that nobody was vandalizing the desks, Cheerilee was thinking about the strange happening of Applejack and the writing

“Maybe Applejack is more clever than I thought? A genius even?”

An image of Applejack getting an unnamed science prize came into her mind, before fading away pretty quickly, at a realization.

“Hold on… but how she has managed to learn to write before talking? Even if she was really a genius, she would not be able to do that, she doesn’t know the language. And yet she did write something, in a correct manner, and she had her hoof covered in paint, so the only one that could have done that is her.”

Cheerilee kept going around, glaring at Snip drawing a penis on the desk, and helping none into choosing the subject matter. When she had done the circle for the sixth time, the bell rang again, signaling the end of Art class.

Cheerilee quickly clapped her hooves.

“Whoever is covered in paint must go to the bathroom first!” Shouted Cheerilee, so to be sure that everypony in the class understood the order, and, in the meanwhile, she tidied the class once again. While doing so, Cheerilee made her decision about her daughter’s strange doing..

“I’m gonna ask Twilight. Maybe she has the answer to this.”

Rainbow Runner

“Well, I don’t really have any plans today, so, I’ll pop in with Dashie in a few hours.” She replied, happily tickling Dash

“H-hey stop that!” Dash said giggling, kicking her hooves trying to break free.

“Is Dashie ticklish? Yes she is!” Fluttershy coo’ed, as she kept tickling

Rainbow kept laughing, her most ticklish part of her body under assault.

“Ahaha, please, stop this!” she cried out, knowing well that Fluttershy wouldn't understand a word she said.

Fluttershy eventually stopped her fun, as Twilight and Rarity started talking between them.

“Has anything happened that would upset him?” Twilight asked as she nuzzled Trixie gently.

“Other than waking up as your foal?” Dash snickered, just for annoy the royal pain a bit more.

Blueblood merely stared back at her no saying a word.

Rainbow chuckled, as she listened on.

“Are you sure? I mean, he has some teeth already, and he bit me…” she said rubbing her leg “Should have just stuck with a bottle.”

“Hehe, took the phrase ‘bite me’ a bit far, don’t you think?”

Blueblood glared harder, “You try to react differently, when a harpy tries to shove one of her teats into your mouth.”

“Can’t be as bad as homemade foal food.” Rainbow comments, sticking her tongue out.

Blueblood was about to reply, only for a Rarity to plop the pink pacifier in his mouth.

Rainbow starts chuckling again “Pink, haha!”

From behind the pacifier, Blueblood sent curses to Rainbow Dash and her offspring for twenty generations.

Rainbow kept laughing, and glanced over, towards the swings, seeing PInkie happily playing.

“Well at least she is cheered up for now.” She thought to herself.

“As much as I’d love to stay and chat, Twilight, I really need to get back to work on a very prestigious order for a client in Hoofington.” Rarity got up and set Blueblood back in the stroller.

Twilight nodded. “I understand,” then she waved “Goodbye!”

Rarity buckled Blueblood up before waving back, “Goodbye! See you later for tea, that is, if I am not swamped!”

Dash watched as Rarity and the former prince left, soon out of sight.

After few seconds of silence, Fluttershy picked up Rainbow Dash, and said.

“I’d better get back to the cottage, Angel and Discord have been in dispute lately, and, well…”

Rainbow Dash imagined Angel slapping Discord so hard to make him cry, and then Discord turning Angel into a living hay sandwich.

“That’s fine Fluttershy, I’m just going to relax here, while Trixie and Pinkie play.”

Dash whined a bit “Oh, come on, let’s stay here, Discord creeps me out, with all his ‘daddy’ talk.” her complaints of course went unnoticed by her friend, as she was put back into the stroller.

“Let me walk! I know how to do that since I was born!” Dash grumbled, fighting against Fluttershy efforts to buckle her in.

“Don’t fuss Dashie, it’s not that long of a trip back home!” Fluttershy said in a voice that slightly bordered with a whine, causing Rainbow to feel a bit guilty.

“Oh, she is using the sympathetic whine voice, and if I answer back I will feel bad,” Rainbow sighed resigned, while Fluttershy brought her to home.

Few minutes later, the large tree cottage came into view. Rainbow sighed at the fact that her own home was non existent in this timeline.

Fluttershy lifted the stroller for a bit, opened the door, and then shoved the stroller in the cottage. there, Discord was, indeed, turning angel into a living hay sandwich, causing him to be chased by a hungry llama.

“Discord!”shouted Fluttershy

“Oh, hello Fluttershy,” Discord replied, his tail snapping, changing Angel back to normal. “I was just… talking with Angel…”

The bunny, thanks to his lack of verbal communication, started to jump up and down, making rabbit noises and creating metaphorical thunder with his noises. He gestured to Discord angrily, a deep scowl on his face.

Dash kept trying to unbuckle herself as Fluttershy came up to Discord unamused.

‘I swear if you hurt Angel I’ll...I’ll…” Fluttershy shook her head, likely thinking that she would kill him, before realizing the subject in question.

“I really wish you two would get along.” She said with a sigh, before heading over to Dash, swiftly getting her out of the stroller and setting her down on the carpeted floor.

“Finally” Dash exclaimed stretching her legs.

“You’re welcome Dashie.” Fluttershy said, patting Dash on the head.

Rainbow Dash, as a means to pass time, decided to mess with Angel a bit. Being a foal made the opportunity all too sweet to pass it up.

Rainbow smirked as started to poke at Angel, whom was playing solitaire with a raccoon and possum.

Angel of course reacted by pushing her away, only for Rainbow to come back and keep it up.

“Hehe, you can’t stop me, can you?” Rainbow taunted, keeping up her fun little game of poking.

Angel swatted his paws behind his back to stop Dash and her constant onslaught of poking.

Fluttershy was giggling at the sight, most likely thinking it was all harmless fun.

Then, the inevitable happened. Angel, annoyed by Dash, turned around and, while showing his incisives, tried to bite Rainbow.

“Woah!” Dash jumped back having never seen Angel that ticked off before. Well, that one time excluded.

But still.

“Angel!” Fluttershy called out coming over “She doesn’t know any better! Shame on you!”

“Ha!” Dash taunts “Nothing beats the Dash!”

Angel glared back with a silent “Why?’ expression

Just as Dash was about to gloat again, her stomach let out a very loud rumble.

Fluttershy smiled, looking down at Dash.

“I hear somepony’s tummy rumbling! I should make it stop!” she sang, reaching down to pick her up.

“Oh please, no more of that vomit you call foal food!,” Dash whined while sticking her tongue out, looking in the opposite direction of Fluttershy.

“Oh don’t you want your baba?” Fluttershy cooed in her caring voice, stroking Rainbow’s mane gently.

“Formula? Come on, why not something that’s not foalish like... hay fries, or even oatmeal.” Dash complained, despite knowing fully well her words were nonsense.

The next second, Dash was lifted up and set on Fluttershy’s lap “Come on, drink up, and you will grow up big and strong!”

As the nipple of the foal bottle approached her mouth, Dash quickly thought about what to do for thwart Fluttershy’s attempts to give her formula.

When the amber nipple was just millimeters away from her lips, Dash suddenly decided to attempt a quick yank to pop the top off. With a swift hoof slap, she disarmed Fluttershy, the bottle send sent falling to the floor, thus destroying it and spilling the formula on the floor.

Fluttershy gasped at the sight of the broken foal bottle and of the wasted formula, all while Rainbow Dash did an hoof pump.

“Dashie! Why did you do that?” She asked glaring at Dash with her firm eyes.

“Since words don’t work, I had to resort to using my hooves.”

“You know what this means, don’t you?” Fluttershy said sternly.

“No, and I don’t care.” Dash crossed her forehooves and blew a raspberry. She started to regret her actions, as he stomach rumbled again

Fluttershy put Dash down slowly, and dramatically walked towards the closet, either trying to get Rainbow Dash to her knees begging from a scare tactic or because she was hungry.

Naturally, Rainbow Dash wasn’t intent to find out her interests set on getting away from Fluttershy and reach Twilight to get some answers, before something stranger could happen to her.

She looked behind her, and saw that, while the door was closed, the animal flap sure wasn’t. She was small now, so maybe she would pass through it, even with the bulk of the diaper. There was also the open window next to the door, and the chair and table would act as stepping stools, though knowing foals she probably lose her balance trying to do rapid jumps to freedom.

She quickly made up her mind and bolted for the flap, lowering her head down as a ram, and surprisingly passing through it.

Realizing quickly she was outside, Rainbow Dash then started to run as fast as she short legs would allow.

“Dashie get back here right now!” Fluttershy yelled sternly while opening the door, her maternal instinct likely driving her rage and concern..

Fluttershy’s sudden anger only fueled Rainbow to run faster.

‘Oh pony feathers. Whatever she plans to do to you can’t be good, Dash, don’t stop running!” She said to herself as she galloped.

As her heart started to race and her infantile energy started to wane, she realized the only option was to hide until Fluttershy lost sight of her. Still running, Dash noticed the presence of a small pile of furniture nearby, a good place to hide for a while.

Why there was a pile on the side of road, she didn’t care, she only cared it was there. Without even a hint of hesitation she dove into the furniture and worked her way to the center of the mass. She breathed deep trying to best to stay hidden and not move, the slightest bit would make her diaper crinkle or, worse, caused a cacophony of falling furniture.

She could hear Fluttershy’s caring yet stern voice call out for her over and over, at times shifting to her whimpering-pleading tone.

Dash however resisted, and remained still. Every grueling second felt like an eternity of fear as she stayed hidden in the pile.

Eventually, Fluttershy moved out of earshot, giving Rainbow a moment to breath.

“Alright,” she said “Fluttershy is likely trying to find me in town. This means that I can’t get to Twilight via Main Street. I guess I should go for the longer way, but…”

Dash remembered the marshy ground around the town, the result of which was due to a bad rain rescheduling a week prior. If the universe she was in was anything to go by, the event should have still happened, even if with a different culprit, and doing the same thing on the other side meant passing through a good chunk of the forest and the last she she needed was to become some large animals breakfast.

Sighing, Dash realized she had no choice, and would have to risk it by weaving through side streets and back alleys.

She crawled out of the pile, climbed down the chairs in various styles and broken wardrobes, and touched the ground.

Her stomach rumbled again, whining loudly and causing another fit of stomach pain.

“Okay, first off, let’s get something to eat.” she reminded herself as she resumed her trek towards town.

A short time later, the buildings came into view.

Dash took a moment to catch her breath “Why...did Shy...have to live.. on the outskirts?”

Usually a trip from her house to town was a breeze even on foot, but everything was ten times longer and tiring as a foal. She might as well been the size of an ant.

Taking the time to catch her breath, she noted she had to use the washroom. She reached behind her to rip the diaper off, after all, it was not like anypony would care if she went in the bushes.

But it was harder than expected, because the tapes kept slipping out of her grasp.

“Come on, stupid tapes!” She whined, determined not to use a diaper like the foal everypony thought she was. That, and the last thing she needed was a extra load to slow her down.

Finally, after several unsuccessful attempts to get off her diaper, the idea of lying down and untaping it from there came to Dash’ s mind.

Without thinking too much about it, she put herself on her back, and finally managed to grasp the tapes, and slowly detach them from the rest of the diaper… just before she did the business without control.

“No!” Rainbow Dash shouted, as she aborted her original plan of taking off the diaper, and holding it on her crotch instead.

Even if she was going to take off the diaper after she was done, it was humiliating to watch the adsorbent material go from white to yellow pretty quickly.

“Eeew!” She said, and, as soon as she was sure was done, she swiftly grabbed the tapes, yanked the now-used garment off her and back-pedaled away from it.

“So close, but at least better then getting it all over my fur.” She thought to herself

With the unpleasantry done she resumed her trek back into town. Being mid morning the streets were not very crowded, giving Dash the ability to move about without too much hassle. She still kept glancing at the sky every so often for Fluttershy, just in case if she was scouting from the air.

As she walked around, Dash looked at the stands and saw that the market was, apparently, a culturally-themed one, since all the stands had flags of the various regions of the Equestrian Diarchy This proved to be a good thing and bad thing at the same time.

One the one hoof, she was starving, her stomach more than happy to remind her of that, as it let out another whine at all the good and unique smells. On other hoof, the cheap perfumes made with parapsite’s wings and washed-out Poison Joke were hurting her nostrils in virtue of their strenght.

“Oh why did it have to be Interregional Food Week” Dash grumbled. On the plus side, plenty of food for her to snag. She hid under a nearby table of a Polas stand, as she surveyed the area, and look for suitable foods to take.

Pie was excluded due to its weight. the gyros was too difficult to steal, because it was cooked on a spit attached to a grate. Carrot dog maybe? No, still out in the open, that and she never be able to hold the entire thing in her hooves right.

As she continued her survey for some more food, a voice came from behind.

“Uh, co mamy tutaj?”

Rainbow Dash turned around startled, and saw a light brown stallion, his bright yellow mane running down the left side of his wrinkly face. The stallion was pretty thin, almost emaciated, but seemed still cheerful despite that.

“Poor stallion,” Dash said “he doesn’t seem to have much of a business.”

The stallion turned his worried frown into a warm but tired smile.

“Hello, little one. Are you of lost?” The stallion asked with a Polan accent.

“Not really. I am actually running away from my supposed mother.” She replied as another wave of hungry made her hold her hoof to her chest.

The stallion reached out for Dash with his hooves. The sudden movement caused Dash to back up a little.

“I see, you are of hungry” he said with a calming tone “worry not, tatùs Talon Chłop will take care of this.”

The stallion reached behind him and plucked from his cart a freshly baked berry muffin, setting it down in front of her.

Dash immediately dove into the pastry, eating it as fast as her few teeth would allow. It might have been her hunger exaggerating her taste buds but the muffin was delicious.

“So good!” Rainbow said with her mouth full, a bit of berry juice dripping down the sides of her mouth.

The stallion let out a chuckle at the messy filly.

“You are of big eater, aren’t you?”

Before Dash had time to respond, a familiar voice was heard calling out in the distance. “Rainbow Dash!” Discord shouted, his voice sounding frantic. A loud pop was heard as he teleported about.

Dash began to panic again, she wasn’t even half way to her destination and was sure as Tartus not going back yet until she had answers.

The polan pony, clearly worried, brought him to behind the tent, where a fat pink mare with violet mane was preparing some pastry.

“Discord!” The mare spoke up. “Uhu? Wasn’t him reformed?” Said the mare, with a voice that Rainbow Dash recognized as Berry Punch.

“So, in this universe… Berry Punch, my drinking buddy, is a wife of a traveling sales pony?” Dash thought chuckling “It seems that this universe isn’t just made of odd couples making babies!”

The couple failed to notice the chuckle, too busy talking between each other about what to do with the foal they found.

Taking note of their lack attention, she snuck out, on the look out for Discord and Fluttershy. She snakes her way into a back alley and ran, her hooves getting muddy from random puddles.

Finally, after another half hour of trekking through side roads she spotted the sparkling crystal castle just ahead of her. Unfortunately for her, it was way out in the open, but she’d have to risk it, if she wanted an answer.

She took one last scan of the area and booked it towards the castle. Her hopes raised high like a firework, as she reached the main door. With a swift leap into the air, she pulled down the door handle and, after pushing a bit, she stepped inside.

Suddenly, a loud gasp broke out through the main room, as Fluttershy voice rang out “Dashie!”

Dress up Blueblood

View Online

Once Rarity brought Blueblood out of sight of her friends, she frowned “I really hope you behave. This order is important.” She said to the still irked Blueblood.

He kept pouring as he watched the world passing in front of him, the darn noise of his mouth suckled droning on to the point of near-insanity.

Blueblood let himself indulge into fantasies that showed him sending the annoying mare to the dungeon, laughing at her pleads for leniency.

He was abruptly yanked out of his dream, as a smell hit his nostrils “Ugh, what in Equestria is that foul odor?”

Rarity expression was pretty much the same as Sweetie Belle simply shook her head “Yeah, sorry, somepony thought it be oh so hilarious to set of some sort of stink bomb in the classroom. On the bright side, no more school until the room airs out.”

Rarity sighed “I know you just got home Sweetie Belle but, would you mind watching him, while I work? I am rather busy. I promise it only for an hour or two.”

“Typical parental figure, getting your own child to do your dirty work!” Blueblood angrily shouted.

Sweetie Belle, however, was seemingly over-eager, for an eight years old tasked to watch over a foal.

“Caaan do! Just let me take a quick shower!” She replied back to her sister, scooping Blueblood out and onto the floor.

Blueblood took a quick look back at the door, the thought of booking it out of this mad house coming to mind. However the prospect of making it back to Canterlot was impossible. That added with the fact that he was apparently adopted meant his noble bloodline didn’t exist either, thus there was no house to retreat to. Thus he pushed the idea aside in favor of a new plan, to prove he wasn’t some common foal to his supposed mother.

But how?

Writing was out of question, due to its heavy reliability on magic, and mouth writing was the peasant’s way.

Blueblood then thought about using a typewriter, before realizing it was out of his reach, and maybe even non-existent in Rarity’s house.

“Well if actions really speak louder than words, as the old saying goes…” he thinks to himself before being rudely yanked out of his thoughts by Sweetie Belle waving her dripping hoof in front of his face.

“Bluey, you in there?”

Blueblood blinked and realized he been drooling a bit and sitting on the floor of Sweetie’s room for who knows how long. He promptly shook his head and wiped the saliva off his lip, weirded out by the fact he had done so.

“Why?” He asked to himself, before feeling lifted.

“Oh, you are fine, thank Celestia,” Sweetie Belle said, before shaking herself to dry out, promptly sprinkling Blueblood with water in the process. “I can go on with my plan!”

Sweetie scooped Blueblood up and onto her light purple sheeted bed.,

Before Blueblood could figure out what was going on, he watched Sweetie Belle open the nearby wardrobe.

“Oh no, you are not using me a some dress up doll!” Blueblood protested, backing up until he reached the backstop.

Sweetie Belle took a pink dress with white frills, poofs around the shoulders, and small strapped-in booties.

“Open up those front hooves!” Sweetie Belle said with a smile.

“Oh Tartarus no, do you realize I’m a colt!? You can’t possible be that stupid!”

Defiant of that, Sweetie still tried to fit the dress on Blueblood.

He huffed, refusing to raise his hooves putting them under his forelegs.

“Come on, you’ll look so cute in it.” Sweetie Belle said tickling him.

“I’m..ahah..not ahaha..an effeminate… ahah… colt… lover!” He said, trying to hold back laughter.

Sweetie kept up her assault on the young prince, failing to notice the dagger-like glare Blueblood he was giving her despite his laughter.

“Coochy coo” She says as she keeps going, Blueblood determined to not lift his forehooves and give her the satisfaction.

Blueblood soon lost the struggle, his forehooves flailing ing into the air. Sweetie wasted no time, as she slid the dress over his head with military-like precision.

Caught by surprise, he couldn’t help but flail around, as his head pushed through the collar, and his hooves entered in the sleeves perfectly. Mere moments later the light pink sash was adjusted around his barrel, leaving the diaper below exposed, even looking visually bigger on his already plump tushy.

Sweetie Belle giggled at the sight. “You are so cute in this dress!”

Blueblood snorted, “This just didn’t happen.” he grumbled some more “I can only assume you done this more than once, due to the fact you have it in my exact size. I swear if you put makeup on me, I will show you no mercy.”

Sweetie Belle giggled again, and levitated out a camera , taken from under the bed “Come on, Bluey, smile!”

“Buck you!” he yelled, sick of that nickname, before trying to yank the dress off him. However, his movements were so wide and uncoordinated, that he waddled over the edge of the bed, until he fell off knocking, his head of the wooden floor.

Sweetie gasped, and ran over with a worried face “Are you okay.?”

Blueblood scratched his head on the impact zone, surprisingly, there wasn’t anything, not even a bump.

“I’m fine,” he said waving a hoof idly “I don’t think I have lost any of my beautiful mind.” He looked up at Sweetie Belle’s, as her shocked expression changed to baffled.

“What? I’m fine, if you ignore this stupid dress you put me in.” Blueblood retorted, crossing his forehooves angrily.

“Wha-” Sweetie Belle looked at Blueblood “You aren’t crying!”

“Of course I am not!” He said, while he tried to get out of the dress, by holding the neck with his teeth and trying to pull. The sash however kept it secure.

Sweetie Belle kept watching, still puzzled, as she lifted Blueblood back up to the bed. He didn’t notice that, and kept trying to get off the dress.

He was concentrated so much on his goal, that, when his left hoof was finally out, he failed to notice Sweetie Belle’s absence.

“Left hoof out, let’s try to get the right one out,” he said, while the right side of the dress turned limp, and moved the left hoof in an awkward way. He kept trying, until the door creaked again, and Rarity returned with Sweetie Belle.

“Sweetie Belle, you should have been more careful. I don’t know what got into you, but…”

“You have to believe me!” The filly said, pointing at Blueblood “He didn’t cry when he bonked his head, and he is fine!”

Blueblood looked up at the two ponies, and, after a quick failed attempt to get his right hoof out, Blueblood started to flail around yet again. However his attempts to get off the dress resulted him him tumbling to the floor again.

Rarity gasped and ran over to him “Oh my please tell me you’re okay”

“He is not crying?” Sweetie Belle commented “I’ve heard of ponies having high pain tolerances, but… usually foals cry over the simplest things. He cried over the slightest pain, until two days ago. Remember when he bonked his head on the coffee table?” Sweetie Belle’s pupils turned to the size of pinheads, and put her front hooves in front of her mouth “He may have hurt himself in his head!”

Rarity quickly raised the eyelid of both Blueblood’s eyes “No, it isn’t that. His pupils are even, and doesn’t seem all that tired,” Rarity said “However, I cannot stop to think about it, if there is anything wrong with Blueblood i’d never forgive myself. Oh...I’ve been a terrible mother...” She hugs Blueblood close stroking his mane.

Sweetie Belle pouted and lowered her ears sadly, “You're not a bad mother, Rarity, you just get a bit too into your work.”

Despite Sweetie Belle’s assurance, Rarity still looked distressed. “But that’s my point Sweetie Belle, I’ve been putting my work before my child. Well no more! I promise Bluey that from now on, I will be the best mother in Equestria!”

Belle smiled, glad her sister was out of her funk. “I know you can do it Rarity!”

Blueblood was relieved as Sweetie got him out of dress, before Rarity scooped him up.

“Come on,” she said “While you might not like the doctor, we have to get you checked out.”

Blueblood listened to the conversation carefully and chose to behave, “I don’t mind, as long it brings me closer to my goal.”

Rarity nuzzled him close before setting him on her back. She plopped a pacifier once more in his mouth and smiled, “Good to see you're not throwing a fit.” She headed down the hall and descended the stairs once more.

Pinkie Wisdom

View Online

Pinkie sat by her friends and foalish prince, listening to conversation at hand.

“Well duh, but how do we even communicate that, they hear nothing but babble from us remember?” Dash replied.

Applejack rolled her eyes. “Pinkie, what is it?”

“Have any of you tried writing?” She asked, beaming with pride at her plan.

“That’s...actually a good idea.” Trixie said blinking.

Dash facehoofed. “Ohh! Why didn’t we think of that?”

Pinkie turned to Applejack as she spoke up.

“Well, not like we have a chance to grab any kind of writing implement.”

Pinkie was about to suggest something but was cut off as her friend was swiftly lifted into the air.

“Whelp, ah think it’s time fer Jackie and I to get going.” Big Mac said holding Applejack in his forehooves.

Pinkie watched as Applejack protested, “Put me down, I have unfinished business!”

“Come on Jackie, dontcha want to see mommy?” Big Mac asked as he placed her in the baby carriage.

Pinkie heard AJ let out a sigh before calling out as they left, “I guess I’ ll catch you guys later... somehow.”

Pinkie smiled “You will i’m sure!”

Pinkie looked over at Trixie, as the adults chattered on amongst themselves. Then she, in a whim, decided to tackle Trixie.

The little alicorn did not expect that, and, after hitting the ground with her back, she shouted.

“What are you doing?”

“Having fun!” Pinkie giggled, tickling under Trixie’s wing.

“H-hey stop!” Trixie laughed wiggling about.

“Why would I? I mean, you had fun with the Alicorn Amulet, and that was worse!”

Trixie stiffed up.”W-why do you mention that?” She asked. She pushed Pinkie away from her, her face stern.

Pinkie Pie tilted her head in response as she got back to her hooves.

“It corrupted you, and then you were all angry and ‘Twilight Sparkle will pay’” she kept going on and on.

“Hey, why do you hate my family’s rock farm so much?”

“Shut up!” Trixie fumed on the verge of crying.

Pinkie instantly stopped her train of thought, feeling the sudden overwhelming presence of guilt. Had she really just blathered on about Trixie’s passed mistakes involving Ponyville like that? Did she get so caught up in her own world she forgot who was right in front of her.

“I-I’m sorry i just...” she tried to explain.

“No, you’re just like everypony else, just putting me down! Mocking me so.” Trixie turned around dramatically.

Pinkie’s mane drooped, the thought of making someone upset crushing her like a giant rock. She really didn’t mean to do it.

“B-but…”

“No, nopony cares, expect Trixie’s new parents. You all hate me!”

Pinkie Pie looked at Trixie confused, as if she had just put out the Sun with a burp.

“But Twilight told us you apologized.”

“S-she did, but," she paused tearing up, “ that does not change your opinions of me.”

“What, I don’t hate you,” Pinkie said. She reached out to hug her. “Please just explain, I’m so confused!”

Trixie stayed in her place refusing the hug. She put a hoof to her chest and gestured wildly with the other. “All Trixie’s life she tried to prove herself to her parents. Nothing was ever good enough. They considered stage magic nothing more than a joke, a sham, useless!” She explained holding back the storm of emotions inside her.

Pinkie remained silent as she listened taking note of everything.
Trixie took a breath fighting the losing battle over her emotions. “So I built up an act, I took acting classes and became the Great and Powerful Trixie. I had become somepony, ponies cheered for, and praised.”

Pinkie nodded “But what’s that got to do with you, thinking we all hate you?”

She suddenly snapped as her eyes filled with rage. Much like a burst in a dam all her thoughts came pouring out. “It wasn’t fair, I was just acting and t-then those two brain dead colts ruined everything! They were all ‘Hurr Twixie can kill Urza, durr,’ and decided to lure a Ursa, thinking I could defeat it. I bet they are the kind of kids that really need the label of ‘This Cape doesn’t allow the wearer to fly’ on Super Pony capes.”

Her anger melting away as sadness took hold. “I-I was given that wagon on my graduation.” She winced a bit putting her hoof to her heart. Her sadnes only lasted for a moment before swapped emotions like a light switch. “I’d still have it too if it weren’t for them!" she shouted. "I wasn’t harming anyone and..and..” she let out a long sigh, “then I blamed your friend for it all.”

As Trixie started to whimper Pinkie instinctively came over and put her hooves around Trixie pulling her into a hug. “It’s okay, really, it wasn’t your fault.”

“Yes it was, I got so high on the mountain, that when I fell, I fell hard. It took me forever just to get respectable gigs outside of 3rd graders birthday parties.”

Pinkie Pie was going to comment on that statement, but stopped herself remembering Trixie’s profession. She thought carefully before she replied. “But Trixie, your pride wasn’t the direct reason for why you got in this state. We were kind of harsh with you the first time, and the second time… well… you had lost your mind, so there isn’t much I can say against you.”

A long pause followed, neither saying a word. As the silence lingered Trixie spoke up. “Y-you don’t hate Trixie?”

“No, no of course not.” Pinkie replied hugging her close, but not too tight. “You’re a great pony, Trixie, don’t forget that.”

“You really think so?” Trixie sniffled. She wiped her nose with a quick wave of her hoof.

Pinkie kept holding the hug, nodding in reply.

Twilight came up having noticed the whole song and dance, “I think somepony needs to take a nap.” she said, picking up Trixie in her forehooves

Trixie sighed. “I really need it,” she said. “Even if it’s just to process these positive emotions better.”

Pinkie looked up a bit sad, “Aaah but we never got to play.”

Twilight took a glance down at her and smiled “Oh, you can play with Trixie later, okay, Pinkie?” she said, somehow understanding all of that by Pinkie’s expression alone.

“Ohh, okay” Pinkie replied heading back over to Pumpkin as Twilight put Trixie in her carrier.

Pumpkin looked down at her with a smile “What’s wrong Pinkie?”

“Nothing, I’m just ready to go home.” Pinkie replied, needing a rest herself as she pointed towards town.

“I see, you want to go home,” she said, while picking Pinkie up “Let’s go then.”

Pinkie took a breath as she relaxed on Pumpkin’s back, suddenly feeling sleepy. Her eyelids became heavy and despite her best efforts she dozed off.

*********

Pinkie sat up and opened her eyes finding herself, once more in her crib. She yawned as she got to her hooves and stretched.

“Up again, huh?” Asked Pumpkin, whom was outside Pinkie’s line of sight.

“I feel so well rested, wonder how long I napped for?” she asked glancing up at the lollipop-themed clock on the wall. She saw she had been asleep for about 20 minutes or so. Although, that was simply a guess, since she never saw the clock tower before nodding off.

The point was it was almost 1:15.

A slight rumble came from Pinkie’s stomach, signaling her hunger. Pumpkin immediately came out from the side of the crib, having heard Pinkie stomach, “I see my little sis is hungry.”

“Oh yeah, starving!” Pinkie nodded in reply, holding her hooves up, implicitly asking to be picked up.

Pumpkin happily obliged and took Pinkie in her magical grip, humming a tune that sounded a lot like Pinkie’s cupcakes song. Naturally, Pinkie appreciated the presence of that song, even if she had made it up on the spot while trying to teach something to Applebloom.

Pinkie, being hungry, could not help but side track her mind for a second, “You know, if my last name is Cake right now, what does a pinkie cake looks like? Oh! Maybe it’s marshmallows and sugary like lemon meringue!” Her stomach rumbled again, begging her to stop thinking about food. “Shut up, I’m thinking” she told it before resuming her train of thought.

As Pinkie rambled on about what kind of pastry the Pinkie Cake was, Pumpkin had brought her to the kitchen, and set her on the counter, getting out the lunch of teens everywhere, cereal.

“Mmm, maybe the topping is made of cotton candy.” Pinkie said, starting to drool, before finally noticing she was in the kitchen. “Oh, I see! Finally!” Said Pinkie, as she waited eagerly to be fed.

“Dude, we were so lucky to have to foalsit today.” Pound said to Pumpkin as they casually chatted away.

“Really?”

“Yeah, apparently somepony set off the mother of all stink bombs at school.” Pound replied laughing a bit.

“Yeah, thanks goodness.” Pumpkin chuckles, dragging the high chair up to the table. “Even if I am not sure if changing Pinkie’s diapers is better than bearing a stink bomb in class.”

“Hey! Yours were just a smelly!” Pinkie comments, completely forgetting they couldn’t understand her.

Pumpkin looked over and chuckled “Oh, all right Pinkie, let’s get you fed.” she lifted her up with her magic once more, plonking her down into the highchair. Pinkie watched as Pumpkin opened a cupboard and lifted out the blue plastic jar of foal food.

Meanwhile, Pound took a bag of dried pineapple from the drawer and headed for the stairs ”If you need me Pumpkin, I’ll be upstairs catching up on some reading, alright?”

Pumpkin rolled her eyes, “Sure, Whatever” She turned walking over to the highchiar with the Pinkie's lunch.

“About time! I’m starving!”

Pumpkin opened the jar with a simple twist, followed by a loud pop. Scooping out the yellow looking mush, she held it up to Pinkie’s mouth “Choo chooo!”

Pinkie happily took the spoonfull into her mouth. She sloshed around the mush for a bit, carefully tasting its flavor

“Mmm banana.” Pinkie noted, opening her mouth and clapping for more.

Pumpkin was more than happy to feed Pinkie, with each spoonful of the sweet tasting-munch getting directly in Pinkie’s stomach.

“Wow, you’re eating neater than usual, Pinks.” she said happily.

“I am...oh yes, yes I am good.”

Pinkie, being thirsty all of sudden smacked her lips together. Pumpkin noticed this and quickly headed to the fridge and filled a foal bottle with water. "Here you go Pinke." She said as she gave her the bottle

Pinkie immediately latched on, suckling down the cool water. As she did so, she started to feel the need to go to the bathroom.

“Aaaw..” Pinkie said, before noticing that she was still able to hold it a little longer. A histrionic and crazy idea hit her mind. Namely, use her diaper, and try to hide it for as long as possible

It wouldn't be easy with Pumpkin right in front of her though, However, since she still had limited control, she could try to wait until she was out of range.

She finished the bottle as quickly as she could, and waved her hooves in the air.

“Play!” she gestured ,hoping Pumpkin would get the point and take her to the playpen upstairs.

“Still jumpy, eh?” Said Pumpkin, as she picked Pinkie up into the air once more. “Well I have homework to do, so might as well watch while you play in your pen.”

Pinkie nodded. “Yes! Do it!”

Pumpkin carried her up the stairs, down the hall, and into the nursery. Once there, Pinkie was set inside the foam-covered playpen. She nodded to herself before heading out of the room.

Now alone, Pinkie took her opportunity, and, closing her eyes, she unleashed her bowels upon her pampered tush. Poop came out from her backside, and got absorbed by the padding, leaving Pinkie sitting in her own excrements.

She shift about a bit, it felt funky, yet somewhat interesting texture, all things considered, even if the smell was kind of rancid.

“Wow, okay maybe not the best plan.” She said as she kept shifting about, unable to find it comfortable. Her shifting only managing to spread it more.

“And I kinda got myself into this,” she said, a hoof behind her head “I guess that bear it until help arrives is the only option…”

The sound of Pumpkin shuffling about her room was heard as a few minutes passed.

Each agonizing second felt like it took forever, the diaper becoming even more disturbing with each tick of the clock. “Oh hurry up, this is really uncomfortable!”

Pumpkin finally entered the room five minutes later, books in her grasp, and seemingly unaware of what happened. She sat down near the pen and opened her book, glancing up at Pinkie as she kept on eye on her.

Pinkie whimpered “Change me! I don’t like this!”

The smell was, thankfully, enough of a clue as Pumpkin waved her hoof “Oh wow, you made one massive stinkie Pinkie!” She came over, and picked up the foal.

“Yes I know!” Said Pinkie, somehow panicking. “Get me out of this, please!”

Pumpkin set her on the change table, and swiftly removed the diaper, balling it up and tossing it into the trash.

“Eck, how dad does this and doesn't vomit doing this with his mouth is a mystery.”

Pinkie replied to her sisters retoracle quetion, “I think it’s because for us earth ponies, getting something dirty in our mouths is a non-issue.”

Naturally, Pinkie’s sister was not listening as she cleaned her up, powdering her nether regions, and putting a new white garment securely in place. Pumpkin smiled at the diaper job and gently set Pinkie back into the playpen.

“Oh thank goodness.” Pinkie sighed with relief moving around her now-clen crinkle behind.

Pumpkin smiled back at her, waving a hoof towards the pile of toys, “You’re welcome Pinkie, now go on play with your toys, i’m right here if you need me.”

Pinkie gave her usual smile back and turned to take a look around the playpen.

“Hmm, now, about how to communicate.” There were no crayons to write with nor paper to use. However, there were some letter blocks... those would work as a suitable replacement.

Pinkie smiled and after making sure she had all the letters of the alphabet, along with a few extras, moved the blocks around, managing to spell out, “I’m Pinkie Pie’.

After doing so, Pinkie grabbed one of the spare blocks and tossed it at Pumpkin's head.

“Ouch, hey, Pinkie, we do not throw our toys!” she said, looking up from her book, with an annoyed and stern voice.

Pinkie beamed pointing at her handiwork. “Look what I did.” she cheered.

At first, Pumpkin looked uninterested at the letter blocks, thinking it was probably a happy accident. Then, simultaneously, something clicked in her head, and she once more took interest.

“Uhu? you can spell your name?” Pumpkin said, rubbing her chin.

“Yes, I can do that, no foal of this age can do that! Please get the point!” Pinkie stopped talking when she realized that her talk was coming out as babble. She grabs more blocks and resume to communicate with them. She scrambled grabbing the blocks once more and re-arranging them to spell out “Yes.”

Pumpkin’s interest grew, judging by her pupils getting smaller, and her brows furrowing in concentration.

“Not really a foal.” Pinkie spelled out, looking up at Pumpkin. She smiled wide, hoping she got the message across, or at least, raise a few alarm bells or something of that nature.

“H-how did you…” Pumpkin jaw dropped shocked, “You were gumming on those yesterday, how could you possible spell out words, let alone phrases?”

Pinkie sat for a moment to think of a reply, not nearly enough blocks to make whole sentences to explain it. However, it was possible do it step by step.

“Listen” she spelled out, before re-arranging the blocks again and again as she wrote, “Write words on paper, Long explanation incoming.”

Pinkie watched Pumpkin’s bewilderment at her work. Shortly after, Pumpking grabbed a parchment and a quill. She was, clearly, in a bit of shock

“I must be dreaming, hallucinating, or something.” she said out loud.

Pinkie continued explaining about how she and her friends, were not foals and all the little details she collected from her earlier conversation.

After the long-winded transcribing, Pumpkin stood there for a moment, staring down at the parchment.

“This… is… just...wow wait until Twilight sees this! She will ascend to yet another plane of existence for the sheer pleasure!”

Pinkie beamed “Take me to your leader!” she giggled having always wanted to say that. The next moment she was lifted into the air and set on Pumpkin’s back.

As she Pumpkin bolted out in the hallway, she shouted.

“Pound, if Mom and Dad ask where I am, say that I am at Twilight’s to show off this living miracle!”

Pinkie squealed, holding onto Pumpkin’s neck, as she galloped down the street “Hi oh, Silver! Away! Ride forth Victoriously!”

Trixie's Tribulation

View Online

Trixie wasn’t sure what to think at this point. She felt conflicted inside: even though she wanted so much to stay a foal and have Twilight be her mother, she didn’t want to upset the ponies she had hurt in the past.

So, she just sat there, listening to the group of foals chat amongst themselves, listening, and hoping she had something useful to add to the conversation.

She watched as PInkie rubbed her chin contemplating something. Within a split second of her doing so, PInkie waved her hoof in the air, “Oh oh oh!”

Applejack rolled her eyes “Pinkie, what is it?”

“Have any of you tried writing?” She replied a huge grin on her face.

“That’s...actually a good idea..”Trixie said blinking. Not that she found PInkie stupid, no it wasn’t that. It was the fact that, all this morning she had been yelling and waving about somehow knowing it wasn’t working, and yet, kept on doing so. To top it off Twilight was a book worm, meaning she had lot of quills and parchment laying about, but Trixie didn’t want to give her intelligence away just yet.

“Well, it's not like we have had a chance to grab any kind of writing implement.” Applejack commented.

Before she could even think about her answer Applejack was scooped up and set back into her carrier. Trixie watched as the stallion wheeled her away, Applejack protesting as he did so.

She turns back to Pinkie as she spoke, “You will i’m sure!”

Then, before Trixie could even blink, the pink foal tackled her to the ground. Startled, she looked up a PInkie, “What are you doing?” She shouted.

“Having fun!” PInkie giggled, tickling under Trixie’s wing.

Somehow Pinkie knew where her most ticklish spots were, it did not take long for she to start laughing. “H-hey stop!”

“Why would I? I mean, you had fun with the Alicorn Amulet, and that was worse!”

As if Trixie had been struck by lightning, she froze.”W-why do you mention that?” She asked, pushing away from Pinkie.

‘why would she mention that, that mistake, why? What was the point, did she just like teasing me?’

Despite Trixie inquiry, PInkie kept going on and on

“It corrupted you, and then you were all angry and ‘Twilight Sparkle will pay’”

‘stop just stop’

“Hey, why do you hate my family’s rock farm so much?”

Trixie lost it, her soul unable to take the pressure,“Shut up!” Trixie fumed on the cusp of crying. She tightened up, her feeling telling her to run, but she had nowhere to go. In the few moments PInkie was quiet, Trixie’s inner turmoil came out in spades

“I-I’m sorry i just...”

“No, you’re just like everypony else, just putting me down! Mocking me!” Trixie retorted, turning around dramatically.

PInkie voice was sad-sounding, regretful, an uncommon characteristic, according to Trixie’s experience “B-but…”

“No, nopony cares, except Trixie’s new parents. You all hate me!” She said, feeling empty.

Pinkie Pie looked at Trixie confused, lost and puzzled all the same time. “But Twilight told us she apologized to you!”

Trixie let out a sigh, taking a few moments before she found her words,“S-she did, but…” She paused tearing up, “Doesn’t change your opinions of me.”

“What, I don’t hate you!” Pinkie said, reaching out to hug her. “Please just explain, I’m so confused!”

Trixie, being the drama queen she was, turned around and took a deep breath. Putting a hoof to her chest and gesturing wildly with the other, she explained, “All Trixie’s life she tried to prove herself to her parents. Nothing was ever good enough. They considered stage magic nothing more than a joke, a sham, useless!” She explained holding back the storm of emotions that surfaced feelings of hate, sorrow and pain inside her. Trixie took a breath fighting a losing battle over her emotional state. “So I built up an act, I took acting classes and became the Great and Powerful Trixie. I had become somepony, ponies cheered for, and praised.”

PInkie nodded “But what’s that got to do with you thinking we all hate you?”

She suddenly snapped as her eyes filled with rage, her recent events brought to forefront of her mind, the image of the Ursa crushing her dreams, “It wasn’t fair, I was just acting and t-then those two brain dead colts ruined everything! They were all ‘Hurr Twixie can kill Ursa, durr,’ and decided to lure a Ursa, thinking I could defeat it. I bet they are the kind of kids that really need the label of ‘This Cape doesn’t allow the wearer to fly’ on Super Pony capes.”

She started to tear up, her anger melting away as other memories came to mind, “I-I was given that wagon on my graduation.” She winced a bit putting her hoof to her heart.

***---***

“Almost there, Trixie.” he replied. The loud sound of metal verberating off the walls of the empty workshop was heard as he guided her inside.

"I really should get back to the grad party." Trixie said. Each step of her hooves echoed in the silence as she walked alongside her friend.

With a quick tug the blindfold his surprise was revealed to Trixie. At first she thought this was a joke, seeing an old looking wagon barely 5 ponies long. It wooden shelter supported on rusty metal frame work.

“What is this?” Trixie asked not amused, “You brought me all the way here for a pile of junk.”

“No, no not exactly.” He replied

Trixie was still really confused by his actions. “Okay so what is with the wagon.”

“Oh I found it out back one day when I was searching for materials.” he said “Then I thought about what you have been saying about taking your talent on the road.”

“Yes, that is my plan, but you can’t honestly expect me to use this, it is a wreck.” Trixie said pointing at it.

“That’s the idea.’

Trixie shook her head still under the impression he was joking with her. “What? I don’t understand.”

“You and me, we can rebuild this wagon together, give us a chance to bond and such.” Night replied to her nudging her in the shoulder.

“I suppose.” Trixie said scrapping her hoof on the floor.

“Come on, Trixie, you been wanting to truly show off your talent and this is the time to really show it off, beside never know when we might see each other again.”

“You really think ponies would like my stage magic?” Trixie asked looking up into his cyan eyes.

“Yeah, don't put yourself down so much, you have great skill.” Night hugs her close cheering her up a bit.

“Not that my parents care.” Trixie muttered

NIght having heard her muffles scoffed, “Oh don’t let them drag you down so much.” he replied “Let’s get to the party and then we can discuss details.

Thus over the next few weeks Night, and Trixie worked together. Night handled the mechanical side having a knack for gears and assembling things, while Trixie wrote out her design plans. After two months work of sweat and tears the wagon was complete. Her new mobile home for her show to travel equestria and a withstanding monument of teamwork and freinship between close friends

***---***

Then it was all gone with one giant stomp of that damned beast.

Her sadness only lasted a second, swapping emotions again like a light switch. Enraged once again she shouted, “I’d still have it too if it weren’t for them. I wasn’t harming anyone and..and..” she let out a long sigh feeling the heaviest emotion of all, guilt.

“then I blamed it all on your friend.”

Trixie started to whimper on the verge of crying again. PInkie instinctively came over and gave her a hug. “It’s okay, really, it wasn’t your fault.”

“Yes it was, I got so high on the mountain, that when I fell, I fell hard. It took me forever just to get respectable gigs outside of 3rd graders birthday parties.”

The next thing PInkie Pie said shined a spotlight on a perspective Trixie hadn’t considered before.

. “But Trixie, your pride wasn’t the direct reason for why you got in this state. We were kind of harsh with you the first time, and the second time… well… you had lost your mind, so there isn’t much I can say against you.”

A long pause followed, neither saying a word. As the silence lingered, Trixie had time to think it over, eventually speaking when she should the words, “Y-you don’t hate Trixie?”

“No, no of course not.” PInkie replied, hugging her close. “You’re a great pony, Trixie, don’t forget that.”

“You really think so?” Trixie sniffled wiping her nose with a quick motion of her hoof. For the longest time she had been consumed with revenge and now it had all gone away with a few simple words from a new friend.

Had she really been so wrong? They were that forgiving? Even after what she had done. Although none of her actions were all that harmful, no one had been injured or worse killed. So many questions flooded her mind, many of which she had no answer to.

She held the hug for a while not sure what to do next. Twilight voice broke Trixie out of her inner thoughts “I think somepony needs to take a nap.”

Trixie sighed holding her hooves up to Twilight. “I really need it,” she said “even if it’s just to process these positive emotions better.”

Twilight scooped her up into her forehooves, gently rocking her a bit.

PInkie looked up a bit sad, “Aaaw, but we never got to play.” Pinkie called up at Twilight.

Trixie looked down for a moment at PInkie. While she would have liked to play and get to know her, she had been a bit exhausted even before her outburst prior. She let out a yawn as Twilight set her in the soft side carrier.

She smiled seeing PInkie wave her goodbye. the light bouncing of Twilight trotting soothing her, soon nodding off to sleep not long after.

*********

Something soft was draped over her as she woke up. It was a light shade of purple, and looked very feathery. She lay against a warm mass a rhythmic pulse being felt ever so often. Trixie yawned, stretching her forelegs before curling up closer. She felt so much better having gotten the load off her now-little chest.

Twilight’s motherly voice cooed, moving her wing to peer into Trixie’s eyes “I see my little Trixie is awake. Did you sleep well?”

Trixie yawned yet again. “Yeah, I did” her own wings fluttered a bit

Twilight’s warm smile confronted Trixie’s eyes, as she remained again her side. She didn’t want to leave her mother's embrace, yet being more relaxed now than she had ever been before. Not even a full spa treatment could amount to the level of calm she was feeling.

This moment of peace was interrupted, however, as a knock on the door got Twilight’s attention. Trixie was gently set into the playpen, as her mother headed over to the front door to answer.

“Oh, Hello Cheerilee” Twilight said, giving her friend a big smile.

Trixie could see Applejack smiling wide as they came into the main room. She was clearly excited about something.

“Twilight, I need to discuss something with you, it is important.” Cheerilee said sounding very serious.

“Oh, well, let me make some tea, then. You can put AJ in the playpen with Trixie.” Twilight said before trotting into the kitchen.

Applejack was promptly set down inside the pen with a soft puff from her orange diaper.

Trixie sniffed, and she immediately regret doing it “Eck, what is this smell?”

“Some pony made a literal stink bomb.” AJ said, crossing her hooves and frowning. “Strong one too, not even Cheerilee perfume got rid of it.”

Trixie waved her hoof “I have not smelled something that strong since...never mind.” She said, quickly moving on before she remembered the ugly details.

“So, how did your quest to prove yourself go?”

“Well, at least I got her attention.” Applejack replied.

Twilight soon came back with a tray of tea, and set it on the coffee table. “So what is it you need to speak to me about?”

Cheerilee, trying to ignore her own foul smell, replied “It is about Applejack, she wrote.” Cheerilee took out form her saddlebag a piece of paper ”this out during art class.” she pulled out said sheet of paper and showed it to her.

“Twilight, if you are as smart as I think you are, you will guess what’s the deal.” Applejack said, eagerly watching.

“Wait...how could AJ write this? She’s just a foal, and a babbling one at that!” Twilight said, both pondering and wondering about the writing just in front of her face.

“That’s exactly what I was thinking when I saw it,” Cheerilee said “and she seemed aware of what she had done. In fact, she was insistent in showing it to me.”

Applejack smiled wider, as she notes that Twilight was rubbing her chin in thought. The next second she was lifted off the floor by Twilight’s magic, and set on the table.

Twilight narrowed her eyes, as she examined the foal and glanced at the text on the paper

“I am not a foal” she read aloud “Interesting.”

Applejack took action, pointing her hooves to Twilight’s face, “Listen to me!”

She knew her words were gibberish but at least the emotion would come across.

Twilight thought for a moment, before levitating over some paper and a pencil. “Well this is very interesting.”

She set the pencil in front of Applejack.

“If you can understand us, write up something.” Twilight told her.

Applejack took to the pencil in her mouth, fighting back the annoying suckle reflex, and wrote out the word “Something” She chuckled a bit, since she had done that on purpose.

Twilight blinked a few times as she observed Applejack doing so. “She took me literally too.”

Applejack nodded vigorously in response. “Come on! Connect the dots!”

Trixie idly watched the scene unfold before her. She wouldn’t reveal herself to Twilight, nor did she really want to. She was content now, why ruin everything?

Before any of them were able to contemplate what was going on, the front door burst open, a rather distressed Fluttershy standing in the doorway.

“Twilight!” Fluttershy cried, rushing over to her, wrapping her forehooves around her, bawling her eyes out.

The two foals in the room looked shocked for several moment. as Fluttershy kept crying.

“Fluttershy! What’s wrong?” Twilight asked, blinking in surprise, doing her best to calm her friend down.

“Dash...she...she ran away from me.” Fluttershy whimpered.

Applejack looked at Fluttershy unsure of what to think of Dash’s escape. “What is she up to^”

‘Oh dear, what happened?”

“I-I don’t know, I was trying to feed her a bottle and then she knocked it out of my hooves. The next thing I know she ran out the animal flap.” She whimpered more, “I can't find her anywhere! I don’t want even think about where she is now! She may have been foalnapped!”

“It is okay, will find her!” Twilight replied, stroking Fluttershy’s mane.

“Discord is looking all over for her.” Fluttershy said, burying her face into Twilight shoulder.

“I hope Dash knows what she is doing.” Applejack mumbled to herself. “We may not be foals, but our bodies sure are.”

Trixie kept watching her mind wondering on other things more important at the moment, like her sudden hunger. She went up to the side of the playpen, and using the grip stood on her hind legs

“I'm hungry, feed me.” she gestured to her mouth repeatedly.

Twilight looked over shortly after. “Is Trixie hungry?” She turned toward Cheerilee. “Could you stay with Fluttershy? I have to fed Trixie.”

Cheerilee nodded and hugs Shy to comfort her.

Trixie smiled, as Twilight magic gripped her once more. She opened her wings to feel the sensation of simulated flight, as she was carried towards the kitchen letting out a gleeful cheer. “Weee!”

Twilight smiled, placing her into the light purple highchair. “Hmm, I think I’ll feed you some crystal berry foal food today” She said aloud, as the sparkling jar floated out from the top shelf of a cupboard.

“Oh, never tried crystal berries before,” Trixie said eager, licking her lips in anticipation.

Twilight came over with said jar, a bib with her cutie mark swiftly tying around the Trixie's neck.

“Okay open up for the pegasus.” She sang, popping the jar open and scooping up a spoonful up into Trixie mouth.

Trixie stared at the sparkling, sweet smelling mush before her. Without delay she latched onto the spoon and took in the first spoonful, sloshing it about her mouth. She smiled ,tasting about a dozen different berry flavours in one, and maybe some glass. How such a combo could be so tasty was unknown, but she loved it all the same.

“I see you like it.” She said, as she put the next scoop into Trixie’s mouth “Cadence was right about me ordering a few jars.”

Trixie ate each spoonful greedily. A few spoonfuls later she giggled, a bit of mush spilling out of her mouth.

“Oops! Somepony made a mess,” Twilight cooed, scooping the mush from the bib and fed it back to Trixie.

“Still hungry Trixie?" Twilight asked soon receiving a nod in responce from the foal." Twilight ruffled Trixie mane before heading to the fridge and retrieving the foal bottle.

Trixie was soon set on Twilight lap as she sat down. She happily opened her mouth latching onto the nipple suckling down the creamy substance. She closed her eyes, losing track of time as she drank. A few minutes later she felt a pat on her back. Trixie let out a burp and opened her eyes smiling more “Sorry.”

Twilight carries her back out to the main room, setting her back in the playepn. “There you go.” She cooed before heading back to over to Fluttershy.

Trixie shifted about having to use the washroom. She was surprised she still had control. “Must get to the bathroom,” she said frantically looking for a way out of the pen. To her relief she noticed the gate was as very simple latch and grinned. With the two adults occupied, she made her move. She grabbed a rattle and used the end of it to push the latch upwards and pushed.

“No playpen can hold Trixie!’ she thought to herself, finding the simple action clever before looking back once more. She knew there was one upstairs, but clearly dealing with stairs would take too long, so her best bet was trying to find another one on the same floor. She walked down the empty hall her diaper crinkling as she did so searching for the bathroom.

“Let’s just hope the door is open.” she thought to herself as she eyed the many crystal doors along the hall. After a bit she eventual spotted it as Spike came out from the bathroom. Trixie hid behind a potted plant, making herself as small as possible to avoid detection until he passed. Doing a double take she made sure her coast wa clear before darting into the bathroom.

Sure she could just use her diaper, but trying to use an actual bathroom couldn't hurt to try, right? However such a task of using the toilet now looked like an epic poem, since she had to fight both her size and her reduced controlling ability. She stared up the toilet, the white porcelain now looking like a mountain in her current state. She glanced around for step stool finding non within view.

“Oh come on,” Trixie groaned contiuing to look for a way to get onto the toilet seat. Barely holding it she spots the pile of towels nearby. With delecate persision of a foal she accended the towels until she was able to reach the bowl. Carefully placing her hooves upon the toilet seat she pulling herself up.

Finally on the toilet itself, Trixie tried to desperately remove her diaper, grabbing the tapes and attempting to yank them off. It was slow going but eventually, after a few slips, she manage to pull it off.

With a sigh of relief, Trixie threw the diaper on the floor, crouched on the toilet seat, and let nature take its course.

As she did so, the door was suddenly pushed open by a certain baby dragon, whom, of course, could not help but stare silently, blinking a few times at the odd sight.

Once Trixie got over her bliss, she looked to her left, just not noticing Spike for herself.

“Hey didn’t Twilight ever teach you to knock first!” she yelled, still peeing.

“A-alright… didn’t know you were already ready to get out of diapers…” he said, backing away

Trixie blushed red from embarrassment soon hopping off the toilet and landing just barely managing not to fall on her tummy.

“Twilight! Twilight! You are never going to believe this.” Trixie heard Spike shouting his feet echoing down the hall as he ran for the main room.

“What is it, Spike?” Twilight called back, finally noticing that Trixie had escaped the playpen... somehow.

“I just saw Trixie using the toilet!” Spike replied, Trixie was moment behind him running as fast as she could with her stuby hooves.

“What do you mean, exactly? Do you mean she actually sat on the toilet seat, and used it?”

Spike nodded “Yeah, kind of walked in on her.”

Trixie wasn’t sure whether to panic, or to just let Twilight speculate. Though one time wouldn’t raise many alarm bells, however, with Applejack around, things were a little more complicated.

‘That’s amazing! My little Trixie learning to go the toilet all by herself!!” Twilight squeed with motherly pride, only to be taken down a notch by Cheerilee a moment later.

“Don’t you think that is kind of odd?” She titled her head looking at the blue alicorn foal with puzzlement.

Twilight shook her hoof in dismissal. “Prfff, you are just envious.”

Cheerilee blinked. “Have you ever seen a foal potty train themselves?” she said, pointing a hoof at Applejack, obviously emphasizing something.

Trixie watched, as the gears in Twilight head turned. “Well, no not really.”

Applejack beamed wide “That is it just think about this.”

Trixie shook her head not wanting to be found out. Not that being found out would be the worst thing in the world, but still she feared the worst. Before she could let her imagination run off with her logical thinking without saying goodbye, a rapid knock was heard at the door again.

Spike ran to get the door. “I’ll get it.”

Just outside was Pumpkin, a hyperactive PInkie Pie on her back. “Twilight you are never going to believe what I just witnessed.”

“Wow, is ‘The National Holiday of the Bizarre and Incredible’ today?” Twilight asked jokingly.

Pinkie waved to Trixie as Pumpkin walked in “Hey there!”

Trixie waved back smiling a bit, having gotten her emotions in check and happy for the concivent distraction.

Pumpkin set Pinkie on the floor. “S-she can communicate, like... spell and everything!” she pulled out a parchment “Look at this! I copied the whole conversation!”

Cheerilee and Twilight both stared at the parchment for a long time, neither of them saying a word.

“Victory!” Pinkie declared, high hoofing Applejack.

“P-Pumkin… this has to be a hoax. A joke… something, but I can not believe this!” Twilight gasped.

Cheerilee looked at Applejack and then at Pinkie noticing their grins. “Okay, something odd is going on here. Both our foals able are able to write before even learning speech.”

Twilight scratched her chin. “That’s true. I mean, there should be an explanation for this… maybe I should scan her brains. Who knows, maybe I can discover a mutation that is in common with all these foals.”

*********

Twilight took a breath. A magic scan could solve this mystery, or maybe make it even more complicated. All she knew was that it was her only option at the moment.

That is, if the foals could stay still while she did that. After all, little children never liked having sharp things, even if dull in comparison, near their faces. Also, the sensation of magic flowing through the brain was pretty scary even as an adult.

“Cheerilee, mind setting Applejack on the coffee table?” she asked, preparing the memory-reading spell she had refined ever since the Discord incident.

Applejack seemed calmer than usual. Normally she refused to sit still for anything. “Now just hold still Jacky.” Twilight said, leaning her horn closer, as it glowed her usual purple aura.

The aura enveloped Applejack’s head, and a couple of lines connected the temples of Twilight with Applejack’s. Soon Twilight’s head pulsated and, in front of her eyes, a series of images scrolled in front of her eyes.

Twilight started to groan, a headache coming on once more. She kept focusing, seeing so many memories that she couldn't quite recall, and some that didn’t make sense.

She collapsed a few minutes later, holding her head.

Fluttershy epped, barely catching her “You Okay Twilight?”

Twilight continued to rub her head, memories fresh in her mind, swirling about like oil in water. So many things contradicting one another, her own logical mind failing to piece together anything reasonable.. “T-this doesn't make sense.”

Cheerilee looked back at Twilight concerned “What did you see Twilight? What is wrong?”

Twilight stuttered a bit, before answering. “I-I’m not sure where to even begin to explain.”

“Try your best,” Cheerilee said “it’s important.”

“I-It’s weird,” she said “Applejack… was not your daughter and she was one of my friends. S-she remembers Rainbow Dash a-as an adult… and that Fluttershy was just one of her peers.”

Cheerilee blinked “That can’t be! I remember thing quite fondly of Big Mac and I. How can AJ not be my daugher?”

“I-I don’t know…” Twilight said sadly “Maybe the others will have the answers we are looking for.”

Pinkie Pie, whom was “chatting” with Trixie, suddenly looked at Twilight, and babbled something while running towards her. Pumpkin set her on the table next to Applejack, while telling her to stay still. The two high hoofed each other again, as Twilight leaned close with her horn glowing.

“Here we go”

A puzzle with no solution.

Twilight’s vision flooded with a storm of sights, smells, tastes and sounds. At first they were all fuzzy, and felt so distant and bland. Trying to get a clearer picture, she focused her magic, much like a camera lens. Suddenly there was an explosion of light, as the first images came rushing at her.

“Surprise! Hi I'm Pinkie Pie and I threw this party just for you. Were you surprised, were you, were you? Huh huh huh? “ she hear a voice call out, herself in front of her current perspective.

“Wait! If i’m scanning PInkie’s mind, then...” I keep watching as the very familiar party from her first day in Ponyville played out before her eyes. PInkie kept bouncing talking nonstop, the constant motion giving Twilight an even stronger headache.

“That can’t be right, it was Cheese I met that day.” She kept watching from Pinkie point of view, as other scenes showed up.

More confusion soon followed, as she spotted Rainbow and Applejack as grown mares standing right next to Fluttershy and Rarity. Moments later, she watched herself burst into flame and run up the stairs. She gulped a bit at that memory: it was not the most pleasant experience to drink hot sauce.

Needing to take a break, she dropped the spell holding a hoof on her sweaty forehead “No this just does not make sense.”

Cheerilee and Fluttershy both look towards her, looking just as confused as she was.

“What? What did you see?” Fluttershy asked.

Twilight looked up at the foals for a moment watching them smile wide at something. “I saw well my welcome party when I came to Ponyville, though…” She paused explaining the differences between it and reality.

Cheerilee looked very upset, her face frowning

“No, that is not what happened, I mean... they were not even born yet!” she pointed swiftly to the foals.

She nodded in reply ‘I know, it is like they have more memories than they should have…. like they were put in there.”

Twilight turned to look at PInkie, who was waving her hooves about agitated, and Applejack stomping her hoof and pouting, clearly showing lack of patience.

“Seems that the more we dig into this mystery, the more the plot thickens.” Twilight said stepping back for a second.

“I need a drink... I’ll be right back.” she turned heading off the kitchen, pouring herself a glass of cold water from the fridge. She took a breath and let the cool water quench her dry throat.

For a reason she couldn't explain this spell was more taxing than it should have been. It certainly wasn’t this hard to do when she had to reunite the Elements for purge Celestia’s sister.

Then again, the Elements were not foals that acted in a weird way, having memoires that dated before the foal’s birth.

Twilight returned, looking refreshed after a short break. Applejack was showing, once again, her writing skills, writing down a verse of Virginius’ “Bucolics” and thus amazing Cheerilee and Fluttershy yet again.

“Oh my, not only she can write, she is educated too!” Fluttershy exclaimed. At this compliment, Applejack rose her head and put her left hoof on her chest.

Trixie kept looking about the room, seemingly hesitant about something. Was there something we were finding out she didn’t want us to know about?

Twilight shook her head at this. Making speculations would only lead to more confusion than there already was.

“Are you ready to try that again?” Pumpkin asked keeping a close eye on her pink speed demon.

Pinkie, once again, took some leftover pieces of paper signed with letters, and wrote yet another sentence, this one about Pinkie’s supposed goal in life.

“Yeah, just give me a second.” Twilight replied back, fixing her slightly messy mane.

PInkie perked up, closing her eyes as Twilight leaned closer yet again. Her horn glowed sending her diving in the pool of memories inside the little foal’s head.

Smells where the first things to come to her. At first it was the smell of suger and various other baking goods. As colours and shapes came into being, the scent changed to the one of foal powder and night air.

“PInkie? Would you mind checking on the twins, I’m exhausted.” Mrs Cake’s voice broke through the ether.

“Okie Dokie Lokie!” Pinkie said, before bouncing up the stairs. Twilight kept watching as the host ascended up the stairs rather fast, opening a door down the hall to reveal the nursery.

The sigh made Twilight’s jaw fall down. the twins were foals, no older than five months. Yet again more questions to be asked but little answers to be found.

The twins look up at PInkie with joy and youthful energy not looking tired at all despite the darkness outside.

She kept watching as Pinkie tried to tuck them in but they refused babbling and kick their hooves about.

Twilight kept watching until, after a thunderous sound, the scene seemingly skipped to Pinkie sitting on the floor, narrating something… a story that was eerily familiar.

It talked about Cheese Sandwich, Nightmare Moon reborn and other details she was clearly making up on the spot. Then she started speaking about foals the very same ones that had lead her to do this spell in the first place.

Before she could process what it all meant, Pumpkin horn started to spark and light up. She knew what was happening all too well, a magic surge, and as quickly as it began it stopped a blinding explosion of magic violently pushing her out of the memories and back into reality.

Twilight collapsed to the floor, trying to make sense of what she was seeing, but failing to do so.

“She… they… what?”

“What is it?” The gang asked, Pumpkin looking especially curious.

“Pinkie… seem to be… your babysitter… in a reality where you are… just foals.” Twilight said, clearly struggling.

“Well now i’m really confused about all this. Is Pinkie babysitting me in her mind?” Pumpkin replied.

PInkie also looked rather dizzy as she fell on her back eyes rolling comically.

Fluttershy was about to speak up when the front door opened, revealing a little cyan shape with multicolored mane.

“Dashie!” Exclaimed Fluttershy, as she ran towards her newfound daughter “Where have you been?”

The foal, breathing heavily, blabbed something sounding like a curse, before trying to back pedel away.

“You had mommy worried sick” she said grabbing Dash in a bear hug that made the multi colored foal squirm around.

Dash keeps babbling trying to escape before seeing her other friends.

“Okay so somehow Dash got all the way her by herself... well, another piece to our puzzle” Twilight exclaimed.

“True, but… is she actually part of the same strange phenomena?” Cheerlie questioned, as she pet Applejack’s mane.

Fluttershy hugged an annoyed Dash closer “Well, she did run from her bottle, which she usually likes,” she paused for a moment ‘M-maybe she was just tired and cranky and not thinking straight.”

Twilight reclined her head “Problem is, foals of this age can barely grasp the concept of persistence, let alone the idea of going away from their main food source.”

Spike looked up from his parchment, having taken notes this whole time “Don’t forget Trixie sudden knowledge of potty training.”

Twilight sighed. “That would be actually more plausible, Spike, if not for the fact that I’ve never tried to teach her how to use the bathroom. Anyway, all these events make me think we may not have our true foals here…”

Cheerilee and Fluttershy both looked worried, holding their foals close as if they were goign to be taken away.

“B-but… if D-Dashie is not h-here… w-where is she?” Fluttershy asked fearfully, before freezing in shock and staring at the ceiling.

Twilight looked to Trixie, whom looked calmer than the other foals in the room. She herself wasn’t all that panicked over this, despite her past episodes of overthinking things to the extreme.

“Will you two calm down, panicking will get us nowhere.” she said, putting a hoof on Fluttershy shoulder.

Dash had long since walked over to the other foals, apparently idly chatting the time away.

“But what about our foals, are they imposters?” Cheerilee asked

‘Or replaced by Changelings!” Fluttershy eeps.

“Girls stop!” Twilight shouted sternly “They are none of those. If they were changelings, I would have felt it when scanning.” Besides changelings are trained to be as identical as possible to the replaced.” she stated in her usual nerd-like composure.

The foals facehoofed at the parents overreactions.

Fluttershy keeps having her usual panic attack ‘T-then what’s going on?”

“I dont know, okay!” Twilight groaned, her mane once more frizzled. “None of this is making any sense other than they are not the foals we know.”

“Then try to make them talk more!” Pumpkin exclaimed “Seriously, I thought you were the smart one here!”

“W-would you mind not yelling?” Fluttershy said.

“How do you think to accomplish that, Pumpkin? I’ve already tried to scan their minds, and you saw how well that went.” Twilight said very annoyed.

“W-well, they can write, so speech is... umm… well” Fluttershy tried to object.

“So, are you gonna do that, or are we waiting for the breezies to come home alone?”

That said, Pumpkin took even more paper, write some more letters, and gave them to Pinkie, asking.

“Ask to the others about the situation, then tell us.”

Pinkie wasted no time spelling out the explanation of what happened to each of them. Spike of course was doing the transcribing.

“Well that is...something..” Twilight said looking over the notes afterwards.

“Still nothing, however.” Cheerilee added ‘How did they end up waking up as our precious foals?”

“Let’s just take a break shall we?” Twilight said rubbing her forehead.

The group all look over towards the door as Rarity walks in, a lollipop-sucking Blueblood on her back.

“Sorry I’m late Twilight, I had to take Blueblood to the...oh gang’s all here, imagine that. Did something important happen?”

A Shredded Piece

Rarity trotted towards Twilight’s castle, a happy Blueblood sitting on her back. The visit at the doctors had taken forever, but well worth it to relieve her concerns about her precious foal. In her saddlebag sat a few folders of medical paperwork, most of which eluded her ability to comprehend. The doctor’s surprise and baffled reaction to what he had found out had gotten her curious. Although, even when she asked the doctor to explain to her in terms she could understand the situation at hoof, her head still spun.

She was a fashion designer after all, not a medical pony, and, no matter how many medical scriptures she had read in the past as teenager, her comprehension was far from perfect, since she was mostly concerned with measurements of the pony external body and mathematics.

Light jingling was heard from her other saddle bag. Inside were a few teas and other such goodies for tea time. She wasn’t that late, so she was sure Twilight wouldn't mind it.

Without hesitation, she pushed the front door of the castle, and walked in.

“Sorry I’m late Twilight, I had to take Blueblood to the…”

She took a quick look around, and to her surprise, spotted not only Twilight and Fluttershy, but also Pumpkin and associated foals.

“Oh the gang’s all here. Imagine that. Did something important happen?”

Fluttershy looked at Rarity with a look of concern and confusing, her eyes focusing more on the foal on her back rather than at her. Cheerilee stared the same confused expression, albeit slightly less “mother bear” looking.

Twilight held her hoof to her horn, looking like her head was about to crack open,

Pumpkin sighed, “Yes, something important happened. It’s about our foals.”

Rarity blinked turning her neck to look back at Blueblood. The foal smiled a bit, though she figured it was mostly from his candy. “What about them?” She asked, her curiosity intensified by the medical documents she carried.

Twilight took a moment to breath before explaining, “In short: apparently, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and maybe Trixie are not foals. We got this conclusion because Applejack and Pinkie Pie could write, while Rainbow actually ran away from home.” Pumpkin looked at Trixie for a moment and added “Oh, and apparently Trixie used the toilet all alone.”

“So did anything strange happen with Blueblood today?” She asked, as she looked over the notes that Spike dictated moments prior.

Rarity looked at the ceiling for a brief second, before answering.

“Well, I brought Bluey to the doctor’s office today after he fell off the bed…”

“Was he hurt?” Fluttershy asked

“No, in fact he seemed unfazed by the fall, which is why I took him to the doctor in the first place.”

“I see… do go on.” Twilight said writing few notes on the wheeled chalkboard she had brought out before.

“Well, the doctor found some odd findings. I can’t really explain it all myself but I brought a copy of the results, hoping you could help me get a clue as to what the doctor was talking about. I mean he explained it to me, but he was fast and word-eating, that I’m still lost.”

“Why doesn’t everypony think I know all the answers in the world?” Twilight said, exasperated.

“Did I say something wrong?” Rarity said, taken back by the remark.

“No, no just... a little on edge sorry due all of this happening at once.” she replied.

Rarity pulled out the folders setting it down on the coffee table, along with the cans of tea she had brought...

Twilight took one of the orange folders and, delicately opening it, she brought the X-ray film to the light, making “Hmm” sounds, as her eyes squinted in interest, and she kept changing angles to give a different visual.

Then she gave her response.

“I don’t see anything, aside from the skull of Blueblood and an aura of his brain. Do you have anything else to show?”

The other adults and foals idly watch the proceedings.

Rarity nodded, as she took out a light blue box closed with a little cord.

“Yes, there it is. Brain scans.”

Twilight quickly nodded her head.

“Okay, okay, this should give me more information.” she said, lifting three sheets out of the case. The page, to anyone without the working knowhow of scans, would see a bunch of bloats of colour and random lines. Naturally, Twilight knew by experience how to read them.

Twilight analyzed the images carefully for a while, not making a sound, tensing everypony up. After a few silent minutes, she nodded her head

“Well this is fascinating. Papez’s circuit does not match a foal’s; the Hippocampus is unusually large for his age, and... ” She kept going on for a while with complex medical speech and terms.

“Uh, mind speaking Equestrian Twilight, because I think you broke Fluttershy.” Pumpkin stated, as she waved a hoof in front of Fluttershy, her face frozen in shock.

Twilight sighed.

“Sorry, what it all means is that they have, somehow, literal adult brain, which we already knew. However, some parts, like the one controlling their muscles, seemingly have the size proportional to their bodies’ ages.”

Cheerilee looked at Applejack, and Fluttershy almost strangled Rainbow Dash in a hug.

“And that’s it? Well, this is a relief,” Cheerilee said, “at least we know that they are just anomalies.” the teacher pony smiled weakly “Also, that will eliminate a lot of problems for my parenting.”

Fluttershy looked at Cheerilee in disbelief.

“A-and l-let her l-live kn-nowing s-s-she isn’t like the r-rest?”

“Girls I know it sounds amazing, or awful, but even if that were the case, stuff like that can’t just happen overnight! Not to mention the miss matched memories. It’s almost like…” she paused, pondering for a few moments

“Granted it just a theory based on what we know.”

“Well spit it out.” Cheerilee said, waving her hoof in small circles.

“Well I'm not sure, but maybe, just maybe, they have some other pony inside their heads at the moment.”

“Huh? Isn’t that what we found out already?” Pumpkin asked.

“Let me rephrase, I meant a different consciousness, at least that would explain the extra memories though why they altered from what actually happened is peculiar. “

Rarity set Blueblood down, as went in the kitchen for make the tea. This was all quite sudden, and it took a decent toll on her nerves.

“Rarity, do you happen to have any more medical documentation with you?” Twilight said.

“Everything is on the table, Twilight.” Rarity stated, as she turned the stove on, and filled the teapot with some water from the rainwater basin.

As she did that, Rarity thought about the situation at hand, and if Blueblood was, indeed, part of the whole thing. That would explain his behaviour during the... unfortunate diaper change and breakfast.

However, that also implied Blueblood’s actual mind disappearing somewhere, like in a bad sci-fi movie that traumatized Sweetie Belle when she was younger. That then begged the question: if these ponies were in their foals, where did their foals end up?

As Rarity watch the water come to a boil, and dropped some leaves for the green tea, the sound of Twilight rustling through the papers was heard from the other room. There was also the faint giggling of Pinkie, thought it was not possible to tell why she was giggling, especially in a situation like that.

Cheerilee came into the kitchen a few moments later “Where are those soft peanut butter cookies? I think that Pinkie has the munchies again.”

“Oh, is this it?” Rarity asked, levitating over a small red box out from a drawer to Cheerilee.

“I think so, thanks. How is the tea coming?” she asked, putting the box on her back.

“It's almost done. I must say this had been one hectic day.”

“Well can’t get any worse than a stink bomb, that is for sure.”

Then, all of sudden, a scream that could only express the pure joy or a revelation came from the main room.

“Ekkalupsa!”

Rarity snapped her head around towards the shout, while Cheerilee ran back to the main room, saying.

“What is going on?”

“I... Finally... Understood!” Twilight declared revelation.

“Understood what?” Cheerilee said “It must be very important, because you said it so loud, that Fluttershy peed herself!”

“D-did not” Fluttershy blushed

“Well my theory about different consciousness was true, but here’s the issue, they are in a different world altogether.”

“Wait, what? How you even come to that conclusion?” Cheerilee asked as Rarity came out with the tray of tea.

“Well, it all adds up see.” she pointed to the chalkboard, little pictures drawn up.

“First of all, there is a lingering magical force with a unique pattern of sorts. Now considering the foals have adult minds it only concludes that through some means our foals and them got swapped. I’m just not sure how.”

“Swapped?” Fluttershy hugged Dash close again, while the little pegasus kept wincing at the smell of urine soaking into her now diapered rump, followed by whining.

“Yes, swapped, it has a similar signature to body swap spells, though there something off about it at the same time.” Twilight rubbed her chin in thought “It’s like… the swapping was random, and made with crude magical ability. One possessed by…”

Twilight’s face radiated with light.

“Discord!”

“What, h-he wouldn’t do something l-like that to our foal...” Fluttershy said “W-would he?”

“Knowing he’s idea of fun... who knows.”

Suddenly Discord stepped out from behind a lamp, somehow hidden this whole time “Did somepony say my name?”

“Ugh. Discord what did I tell you about eavesdropping?” Fluttershy scolded her husband.

“To not to, I think.” he teased back with his usual sarcastic tone.

Rarity had an idea, and, after putting the tea down, she said.

“Anyway, Discord, are you able to let us travel, or, at very least, watch over other dimensions? It would very useful right now.”

Discord started to coil around Rarity’s chest.

“Well I can view different dimensions, travel is a pain, since there is always a blue telephone box trying to hit you, but that’s beside the point now, isn’t it?”

“Great! So... can you find our foals?” Twilight asked looking over at Trixie, who yet again, seemed unnerved and rather twitchy.

“Hmm, yes I suppose I can lock onto the dimension they are in.” He picked up the nearest foal, who just happens to be Trixie. He licked his finger, and touched her forehead. Done that, he put his thumb in his mouth and tasted it. His eyes went wide, his jaw dropping a bit. “Ohhh... oohh dear. Twilight...you have this all wrong...”

“What are you talking about?” Twilight asked, raising her eyebrow.

“Well, it’s not so much swapped bodies as changed reality, kind of like swapping vanilla to chocolate ice cream.”

“W-wait are you saying?” Fluttershy asked, gulping.

Discord sighed, looking over at his dear wife and their foal. “My dearest Fluttershy, none of this is how it should be. The way things should be is how the foals remember them. You might even say that what we remember is a lie.”

Cheerilee shook her head “I won’t believe that my relationship was all an error, it just can’t be.” she stomped her hoof on the ground defensively.

“I truly am sorry Cheerilee, but it’s true. It’s why we’ve all been having those headaches. Part of us remembers how things as they were and the other half remembers this reality. They clash with each other and well you know the results.” He took a moment to look at Twilight “I do apologize for your current earth splitting headache, access all those real memories must be a toll.”

“I'm fine really.” She replied blinking a few times “Though if that is the case, how did this happen?”

“Well now that my memories have returned, I’ll gladly answer that.” He said, clearing his throat. “I was rather bored and decided to go have some fun with Pinkie. She was telling the twins here a story and I decided to play a prank. Only Pumpkin’s magic flared up and the two collided and things get all warm and fuzzy after that.”

“Fascinating, so a foal’s magic surge collided with your chaotic brand of magic caused all of reality to change. Never knew it was that powerful.”

“Well you know the power of imagination is endless after all” Discord shrugs “Surprised it even worked on me to be honest.”

“So you didn’t feel things were fishy at all this whole time?” Pumpkin asked once more staring the foals now sitting in a neat row listening.

“Well, the inside of my head is chaotic enough as it is my dear Pumpkin.” He replied, pulling a small fish out of his ear, and tossing it away on the wooden floor.

Rarity took another look at Blueblood, who still seemed uninterested in his situation.

“So, in reality, none of us have foals?” She asked, “I guess that makes sense, I have a hard enough time being a good sister to Sweetie Belle, so why would I adopt?”

“ Just a second, Rarity.” Discord said, poking each of the foals in the head. “There that should allow them to speak now.”

“Thank goodness, I can’t handle anymore bear hugs from Shy” Rainbow blurted out.

Fluttershy was about to hug her again but stopped herself “Oh hehe, sorry I get carried away a lot.”

“Okay, good we can communicate again, now what?” Applejack asked, crossing her hooves.

“Are you really such a simpleton?” Blueblood asked, scuffing. “We change everything back to normal!”

“Ugh, is every word out of your mouth whining!” Dash said shoving him. “Seriously, you give Rarity a run for her money.”

A soft voice spoke up, taking everyone off guard. “Uh, Trixie has something to say.”

“Yes? What is it Trixie?” Twilight asked, smiling down at the foal.

“Trixie...I...want to remain.” she said looking down, not meeting their eyes, unable to look at them

“What do you mean?” Twilight asked sitting down looking into the eyes of her foal.

“I don’t want to go back!” she shouted, tears going down her face.

Twilight hugged her slowly rubbing her back “Shhh, we can figure this out.”

Pinkie quickly came up, joined the hug “Oh, I hate seeing somepony sad.”

Rainbow and Applejack join the group hug. Trixie seemed to calm down some, though she was still sniffling.

“I don't want to go... mommy.”

Trixie felt magic course through her mind for a second as Discord set her back down on the floor. Her head felt tingly for a brief moment before settling. She didn’t know what just happened, but what she did know was her cover was blown big time.

“Ohhh...oohh dear. Twilight...you have this all wrong...”

Discord words rang in her head like a bell. A bit of panic built upside her. ‘No please don’t tell them.” She thought conflicted inside. She didn’t want her old life back. She wanted this one so badly.

lets gets

She kept watching as Discord talking with the other adults, shifting about worried about the immediate future. Her ears perk up when Twilight said something that got her attention.

“I'm fine really.” She said, “Though if that is the case, how did this happen?”

Trixie turned staring back at Discord, who seemed to know all the answers here, and if that were the case, that only meant her hope of staying this way would soon be over. Just another dream to be shattered before her eyes like so many others. She tried her best to keep her composure as Discord started to explain.

Her pupils shrank to the size of buttons as she listened “Magic surge, chaotic magic? That’s what happened?” She scratched her head as she tried to understand the situation. “If I was all the way in Los pegasus how did I get here and why did it even affect me in the first place? Was she somehow special, maybe unique?” Questions kept popping into her head as time passed. The adults meanwhile kept chatting amongst themselves about the foals.

Her train of thought was brought to a halt as Discord boops her head. disgruntled she looked up at him annoyed at the suddenly blunt contact.

“There that should allow them to speak now.” Discord said a moment later.

Trixie couldn't help but smile upon hearing this. She could finally tell Twilight she wanted to stay a foal and live with Twilight as her mommy. Before she could do so however, the others spoke up interrupting her chance to vocalize her concerns. Rainbow was the first to talk, complaining about her apparent huggable-ness and Fluttershy’s bear hugs. Fluttershy’s reaction made Trixie chuckle a little. Blue rude voice rang out causing Dash to bicker back at him like the foal she was. Soon, Trixie had enough and took a breath.

“Uh, Trixie has something to say.” She said her soft voice giving her the attention of the parents before her. This was it, Trixie’s time to shine. The spotlight focused on her, center stage. All she needed to do was speak up and be heard.

“Yes? What is it Trixie?” Twilight asked, smiling down at her with a motherly smile.

“Trixie...I...want to remain.” she said looking down feeling a strange case of nervousness as if this was somehow wrong to say.

“What do you mean?” Twilight sat down holding her hoof under Trixie chin, gently facing her to look into her eyes again.

Her emotional dam burst unleashing her tears, “I don’t want to go back!” she shouted.

Twilight pulled her foal into her embrace rubbing her back “Shhh, we can figure this out.”

Trixie kept on crying unable to stop herself. There we just too many contradictions for her to think straight.

Pinkie quickly joined the hug. “Oh, I hate seeing somepony sad.”

Trixie felt better as Rainbow and Applejack joined in the group hug showing how much they cared for the little alicorn filly. Looking back up at her mother Trixie sniffled, “I don't want to go... mommy.”

Silence fell over the room, the only sound heard was Trixie light sniffling as she hugged Twilight warm body. Even Discord, who had seemed rather neutral for this whole time seemed to show concern.

“Don’t be such a cry baby, i’m sure Discord can just snap his fingers and fix this.” Blueblood said before getting a light wack on the back of the head

“That’s very rude Bluey.” Rarity scolds.

Blueblood rubs the back of his head. “Ouch, It’s Blueblood.” he replied with clenched teeth.

Trixie kept embracing Twilight, thinking over the rather blunt words Blueblood had just siad. “H-how do we fix this?”

“Well I doubt a snap of my talons could fix this. If anything, as much as I hate to admit it, I’ll need Celestia and Luna’s help.” Discord said, stroking his goatee.

“So that’s it you just need more magic power, I could lend a hoof too?” Twilight replied contiuing her stroking of Trixie’s back soothingly. In return Trixie started to breath easier a little more level headed now.

“The more the merrier.” he said, giving her a smile. “At least I hope that’s the answer to all this.” He scratched the back of his head “Even i’m not sure how powerful this spell was.”

“But I don’t want to go back.” Trixie protests again hoping her pleas were heard.

“Wait, are you saying we could be stuck like this?” Applejack asked a look of worry in her eyes.

“What? No, no I never said that, though that might be a possibility.” Discord looked about rapidly as he got a few stares from the other foals “Hey wasn’t my fault some magically gifted filly blasted Pinkie now was it?”

Pumpkin huffed gesturing toward the draconequus with her hoof. “Hey don’t blame this all on me, you little..”

“Please don’t fight.” Fluttershy injects stepping between the two, “Neither of you meant any harm i’m sure.” She looks at Discord especially. Discord responded with a mere roll of his eyes

“Can we just contact the princesses already, this day been long enough without more bicking added to it.” Rainbow said, hoping to quell the brewing tension in the room.

Twilight after waiting for the room to calm gestured towards Spike to get out a parchment to write the letter.

The other adults sat back down near the table pouring themselves the tea Rarity had made.

As the group enjoyed the tea Trixie felt a nudge against her shoulder. She turned seeing PInkie friendly smile, “Oh I bet the Princesses would love to see how cute we are.” she chuckled , obviously trying to cheer her up, “Come on you know it’s true.”

“I guess... “Trixie said, as she looked down at the wooden floor, a blurry reflection staring back up at her.

“Trixie dear,” Rarity started, sipping her tea. “Would you mind telling us why you don’t want to go back to normal?”

Trixie didn’t answer for several moments unsure of how to explain. After a brief pause she looks back up taking a breath.. “All my life I’ve been told I’m a failure. Nothing I did was ever enough for my family.” she began, tearing up. “No matter what I did, they just laughed at me, mocking my cutie mark and my talents. But here,” she gestured around, looking at Twilight especially . “here I can forget about that. Here I-I’m loved for who I am... “ she said before starting to sob.

Twilight’s magic picked her up gently setting her under Twilights wing once more. The warm feathery blanket soon wrapped around her. Soon her sobs reduced to sniffled again, her breath now steady.

Twilight nuzzled her, placing a kiss on her head. “Everything will be ok Trixie.”

Trixie sighed laying down watching with amusement as Rainbow and Applejack got into a hoof wrestle. For the few brief moments she was happy again only to be crushed like a rock as the prince's voice shouted towards her.

“I hope you don’t think your actual royalty.” Blueblood said raising his head up high like many nobles would in disquiet.

Twilight wa very not amused by prince's words. ‘Oh and why not, my brother is a prince now, or were you not at Cadences wedding.”

Blueblood seemed to ignore the enquiry as he kept blabbing on. “Hm. You bought that sob story?” he asked, crossing his arms. “She just wants to stay an alicorn so she can be royalty.”

“What do you care?!” Trixie huffed feeling the overwhelming temptation to punch him, but she was beyond such actions. “You’re nothing but a spoiled brat from all I have seen of you today.”

Rainbow flutters her wings standing up proud and defensively. “She is kind of right. All you do is whine. No wonder you’re a foal.”

Blueblood frowned shaking a fist at the young pegasus.

Without hesitation, Rarity floated a pacifier into his mouth before he could say more. “You just hush little colt.”

He tried to spit it out, unable to due to that annoying suckle reflex. He continued to sulk crossing his hooves across his chestas Rarity scolds him.

“That’s no way to speak to a lady.” Rarity looks Blueblood right in the eyes, “You may not be a foal in mind but for now I’m still your mother.”

Blue's words rang in Trixie head as took a look at her stubby wings hurt inside. Did she just want to stay this way to justify her recent misfortunes? Maybe but was it really the whole reason? In any case she needed advice and soon after looking at Pinkie's smiling face she had an idea.

Trixie moved out from under Twilights wing and headed over to Pumpkin nudging her leg to get her attention. “Can Pinkie stay the night?”

“‘ll have talk to my parents first.” Pumpkin said. “But I doubt they’ll say no.”

“Cool we can have a sleepover to help cheer you up.” Pinkie said with her usual enthusiasm.

Applejack smiled toward her pink friend. “Cheerilee you mind if I stay over as well?”

Cheerilee taps her chin for a moment or two before nodding. “Sure, I trust Twilight to take good care of you.” she replied motherly tickling Applejack’s tummy causing a short fit of giggles.

“Just please say we don’t have to keep using diapers.” Dash blushed hiding her face behind her hooves.

“I’m afraid so Dashie,” Discord said, lifting the little pegasus up, hugging her tightly.

“Ugh come on!” Dash tries to pull away from the hug causing Trixie to let out a chuckle at the site.

“Sorry but you still have those tiny bladders so the diapers stay put.” Discord said ruffling the pegasus's mane. “Dashie... is it ok if I still treat you like a foal?” he asked, his voice soft.

“But i’m not a foal.” Dash said crossing her hooves.

“Please?” he asked again all sweet like.

Applejack let out a shaft chuckle. “Just go with it Rainbow, not like it will do any harm.” she replied as Cheerilee held her in a warm hug.

After a bit pouting Dash simply nodded “Fine.”

Trixie smiled watching Discord bounce Dash in his paws. “I love you mommy” She yawned curling up under twilight once more. Her eyes growing heavy as she slid into a peaceful sleep.

*********

The light creaking of a door awoke Trixie from her sleep. She yawned, sitting up in her crib. Turning her head she spots a Celestia plush and hugs it before looking up at Twilight who had walked up to the crib.

“Hey sweetie, you fell asleep on us.” Twilight said picking her foal up with her magic and into her forehooves, “Feeling better I hope?”

“Yeah I feeling much better.” she replied, hugging her around the neck.

“Well that’s good to hear do you need a change?” she asked patting the diaper.

“Um... “ she said, feeling it squish as she moved her hind legs.

Twilight chuckled getting her changed quickly “such a wetter you are Trixie.” she teased during the process. Soon she was put into a new diaper with twilight cutie mark printed on the front and back. Twilight set Trixie on her back and heading out.

Trixie looked once more into the hallway mirror at her form. The conflict from before resonation in her mind the more time passed. “Mommy?”

Twilight stopped just before the stairs turning her head to look at her. “Yes Trixie?”

“Do... do you think I’m weird for wanting to stay a foal?” she asked playing with Twilight mane.

Twilight mouth hung open for a while, the cogs in her brain turning. Trixie started to doubt her decision in the odd silence that followed. Soon Twilight replied. “This entire experience has been weird to be honest.” she said “As for wanting to stay my foal..I’m really not sure myself, I’d love to raise a filly of my own.”

“Really?” she asked, looking up at her, smiling hope in her eyes.

“Despite what Discord says about it all being made up my loving motherly feeling are genuine i’m sure.” she replied heading down the stairs.

“What about um... daddy?” she asked, feeling a lot better.

Twilight’s silent lasted a bit longer this time sounding unsure as she spoke, “I -I don’t know really, I explained the situation to him but now i’m just wondering what would become of him afterwards. All the sudden relationships just wiped away clean.”

She went quiet, snuggling into her mother’s mane sniffing the flower scent. As Twilight entered the room Trixie saw Applejack and PInkie playing scrabble.

“PInkie I told you PInkalicious isn’t a word.” Applejack facehoofed, a rather annoyed look upon her face towards her pink friends shenanigans..

PInkie rolled her eyes comically gesturing towards the board. “Oh, do you have poof it isn’t?” She snickered clearly joking and yet not getting her friends unamusement. Either that or being a troll.

“No it’s not, you’re making up words.” Applejack shook her head, shifting her crinkling rump and taking a glance down at her words she had manage to spell out, oddly enough all apple related. The universe just loved to reminder her of that didn’t it.

“Hi girls.” Trixie greeted, waving happily towards the two with a smile on her face. Sliding down from Twilight back with a soft poof, she waddled over to the two. For now she could forget her trouble and just hang.

“I see your a lot cheerier.” Applejack said taking another look at her letters.

Trixie nodded giving her a hug “Yes, very much so.” She smiled to Pinke before seeing somepony missing. “Wasn’t Dash able to stay?”

“She tried to convinced Shy but ultimately failed, Discord kind of just teleported away with her.” Applejack placed a few letters down. “Shame too, she fun to hang out with.”

The group all looked over towards the side room as a large bust of light was seen. Moments later Spike came into the room a reply from the princesses nested in his claws.

"Oh that took a bit longer than usual.” Twilight said unrolling the parchment in her magic and began to read it aloud.

Dear Twilight

After much discussion with Luna about the matter and reviewing several magic texts, I do believe it may be possible to reverse the problem. I request that you and the foals to meet in Canterlot tomorrow. Any other parents are more than welcome to come as well. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sincerely Princess Celestia

“Well good to hear she can help after all” Twilight said happily.

Trixie continued to watch the two play for a bit. Pinkie kept using nonsense words against applejack much to her annoynace, but it was all in good fun non the less. Trixie tapped Applejack on the shoulder taking a few breaths. “Applejack, can I ask you something?”

Applejack set her pieces down giving Trixie her full attention. “Something on your mind?”

There was a short pause as Trixie moved her hoof along floor. “Do you think that Blueblood was right?”

the farm filly shook her head. “Now don’t you listen to a word he said, he’s just a upper class nobile who cares nothing for anything but himself.”

“It’s just , do you think I”m being selfish for wanting to just throw my life away for this one? Just cause I want a better mother.”

While Trixie didn’t know anything about Applejack parents, she could see her remark had struck some sort of cord. A slight frown formed on the farm pony’s face as she stared down at the floor remaining silent for a time before she spoke. “I only knew my own parents for a short time, and I wouldn’t trade the world for them,” She coughs a bit no doubt fighting back emotional baggage. She continued regardless “The point is, at least you had parents. There had to be some good in your childhood your missing?”

“There wasn’t any... “she said, hanging her head.

Applejack put her hoof on Trixie’s shoulder “What about when you would got hurt, or graduation? I just don’t think you’re looking deep enough.”

Trixie remained silent for a time thinking about it further. “Well my sis did stay with me while i was sick for a week. My parents were at my graduation so I guess they cared somewhat.” Her life outsider her family had been quite enjoyable, she made few friends even had a crush at one point. Could she just let them go? She sniffled again. “Maybe I was being a bit selfish.”

“I never said you didn’t deserve a new childhood, I'm just saying you should think about this.” Applejack retorts, “There is always a silver lining.”

Trixie nodded at Applejacks words. She had been focused on the negative that she couldn't see the positive things in her life but no more. Even if she had to go back to normal she remember those words. Tomorrow was a new day and hopefully not her last as a foal.

Twilight hooves ran back and forth along the floor as she prepped for the trip. Upon putting a spare set of quills in her bag she took a seat on one of the many cushions around the library floor. Her mane was frazzled a look of worry and uncertainty upon her face. She thought back to last night and how during the wee hours of the morning she had sat there in her bed thinking about events over in an endless loop. All the pieces had come together, yet so many questions were left to be resolved. While she had comforted Trixie while she slept between them, her gaze had been locked on the sleeping stallion next to her. The memories of a relationship had flashed before her eyes. She had tried to push them back trying to convince herself that those feelings were not real. Although was it really all a lie? There had to have been some logic, some reason Discord’s spell paired them up the way it did. Perhaps it was just Pinkie’s story weaving the magic together like cloth twisting pairs together to fit what she had imagined. She felt so confused that night and still.

Spike balanced a number of scrolls in his hands looking up at Twilight concerned. “Twilight, are you okay?” he asked as he set down the pile soon after.

Twilight snatched the cup of coffee off the side table, chugging it down ignoring the sting of the hot liquid as it ran down her dry throat. “To be honest Spike, i’m not. Just too many things on my mind.“

“Like Trixie and our other friends?”

“Yes and about Flash too. Just,” she let out a sigh, “I don’t know what real right now,” she put her face into her lap letting out a groan.

Spike remained silent as he gave her a hug. “It’s okay Twilight, i’m sure things will be okay,” he looked up at her with a smile.

Twilight stared into her assistance eyes and relaxed a bit. “Yeah I hope so,” she finished off her coffee before checking off another item on her list. After a quick breather she headed up the stairs to check on Trixie.

A few minutes passed before the front door opened followed by a procession of ponies entering the library.

“Hey Twilight, we’re here!” Dash called from Fluttershy’s back. Following behind her were Pumpkin, Discord and Rarity. Each looking happy and ready to go. The foalish prince looked rather bored and disinterested.

Twilight sat on the couch feeding Trixie a bottle her spirit lifting upon seeing her friends. ‘Morning girls you’re here early.”

Pumpkin nodded “Was my idea, thought we could have a group breakfast. Who wants pancakes..”

PInkie bounced up and down on the couch chirping. “Me me me me!”

The other foals nodded in agreement

“Then it’s settled” Pumpkin said before heading to the kitchen. Spike followed whining. “Hey I just got the pantry sorted!”

Despite the obvious intelligence of the foals, they were put into the playpen to occupy their time. Trixie didn’t mind this at all though, it was kind of nice to relax. Despite feeling a tad tired still she wanted to have some fun. She eventually coaxed a game of ball between Pinkie, herself, and Applejack. Dash had opted to read a book instead looking rather silly when she had to flip the huge pages.

Trixie blinked, startled awake when the ball bumped her forehooves. She shook her self a bit to try and wake up as Applejack came over looking concerned.

“You sure looked tired, is something on your mind?”

"Oh y-yes just the conversation from last night kept dancing in my head," she replied with a nod. She rubbed her eyes a bit letting out a yawn.

“You really should get some sleep. Have you talked with Twilight yet?” Applejack put a hoof on Trixie’s shoulder supporting the tired filly.

Trixie leaned on Applejack moments later. “Sort of, I-i’m not sure how to explain but she really cares for me. I like her as a mommy, I want to stay with her but what if I can’t.” She hugged Applejack, feeling the warmth that her body provided. Before she knew it, she had fallen asleep on earth pony’s shoulder.

“Poor thing, she must have been up all night worrying’”

Twilight and Rarity were beside the playpen they heard the whole conversation. Twilight set the last of the supplies in the diaper bag securing it closed with a soft click. “Yeah she had a lot on her mind can’t blame her really.” She levitates Trixie out of the pen and into a carrier near by. After tucking her in she smiled. “Okay all ready let’s get going.”

---------

The train’s whistle blared as the train pulled into Canterlot Station. Trixie awoke with a start hugging the closest body she could find, which happened to be a plush bear. She calmed down and looked up at her mother figure who was smiling down at her from the light yellow carriage she was riding in. Sh rubbed the sleep from her eyes and gave a happy smile back.

“You slept for the entire train ride must have been a nice dream.” Twilight gave Trixie a kiss on the forehead before continuing the trek down the quiet streets.

“It was indeed,” Trixie giggled happily. Sitting up she took the time to look around. Her eyes lingered over to her left. Rarity walked along side wearing a sun hat, a pink frill feather poking out the top. On her back was the still bored looking Blueblood. Maybe idle was a better word to describe his mood persay. He seemed to scan his surroundings with idle bliss taking in the very familiar scenery he’d seen a million times before. He didn’t seem to even care that he be back to normal sooner or later despite all this whining the last few days.

Rarity looked back at Trixie and grins. “Trixie I’m so glad to see you’re looking better.”

Trixie nodded “Thank you. I guess all I needed was time.” She set her cyan pacifier into her mouth and closed her eyes to enjoy the soft breeze that blew through the city.

To her right Dash and Applejack were carried along in Discord big arms. Both were idly chatting to one another.

Dash shrugged.“I guess it’s okay being a foal but I rather just get back to being able to fly again.”

Applejack chuckled. “Daww little Dashie likes cuddles.”

Dash blushed and turns away for a second. “Well it is sort of nice. ” Changing the topic quickly she spoke. “So how was Trixie and Pinkie last night?”

“They were fine really. I gave Trixie a nice talking to.” Applejack suddenly look over as a whine of distress was heard.

“Pinkie, please stop. You're making my back sore.” Pumpkin turned her head to look at the pink foal bouncing on her back quickly.

Pinkie complied slowing down and eventually sitting still. “Oh sorry, I have so much more energy than usual. I just can’t help it.”

Pumpkin stopped to ruffle Pinkie’s mane. ‘It’s okay, you have good reason to be hyper.”

PInkie nodded. “Oh yeah of course I do. I get to see how this story ends.” She giggled looking over at Trixie and giving a rapid wave.

Other than a few stares and bows from passing citizens the parade to the Castle was otherwise mundane. When they arrived at the gates the guards directed them towards the east wing and the large meeting hall at the end.

“Twilight so glad to see you made it on time.“ Celestia greeted them as they enter the hall. She set down a scroll amongst a pile on a desk. Around the room sat various devices and scientific gear.

“So can you change us back to normal yet?” Blueblood called out, waving his hooves.

Rarity scolds his with a light swat on his hoof. “Don’t interrupt the princess.”

The rest of the foals chuckle as Blue stick his tongue out rather childishly.

Trixie was set on the table with the other foals all of them currently diapered up in cute patterns. She looks at Applejack seeing the zap apples on her diaper and chuckled.

PInkie bounced a bit “Yeah totally accident but look at what it caused. I mean gave twi a colt friend and made us cute foals hehe.” Twilight blushed at the remark.

Applejack cheeks turn a shade of red as she looked over at Pinkie. “Ya forget that i’m my brother’s foal? That’s just creepy.”

Pinkie shook her head. “it’s not creepy it’s really cute and so is Dashie.”

Celestia chuckled patting PInkie on the head before turning to Twilight. “Luna should be with us shortly she just taking care of a few morning duties.” She picks up a piece of paper from the desk. “From the research the mages were able to do I believe we might be able to reverse this altered reality back to normal but it’s going to be very tricky.”

Twilight nodded. “How so princess?”

“Well firstly, replicating the event that caused the initial magical surge will be very hard to pull off. Foals normally don’t have control of their magic during those.”

Trixie put her hoof up quickly. “We are not normal foals though.”

Celestia nodded while glancing at the other ponies in the room. “That is true, but surges are in most cases are random.”

Discord moved forward. “Well if anyone knows random it is me, and there are ways to cause surges.”

As Discord commented ,Luna entered the room being greeted by the adults with polite bows. Luna grinned as she steps into the center of the room. “Sister I found those crystals you requested.”

Celestia nodded to her sister grateful. “Ah thank you Luna.”

Luna set the crystals down and within a flash ran over to the table dawwing. “Who a cute wittle foal.” she babied ruffling Dash’s mane.

Dash whined backing up a bit ‘Hey i’m not cute!”

Pinkie laughs more “Told ya.”

“Luna please focus on the task at hand.” Celestia said deadpanned.

Luna cough and gets her composure back standing back as she adjusts her mane. “Sorry just haven’t had a chance to play with foals in a while.”

Blueblood smirked. “Yes the sooner we figure this out the better, I don’t like being a simpleton.”

The adults glare again as Blueblood huffs.

“Quite right, I need Twilight, rarity, discord and Pumpkin to stay here so we can do some tests and form a solution. The foals and other parents can use the side room for now it had cushions and food to satisfy your time.” Twilight nodded as Fluttershy helps the foals to the floor.

“Do you need one of the foals to do our tests?” Twilight asked glancing at Trixie with a smile.

“For now no but soon.” Celestia said as Fluttershy leads the foals to the side room. Luna closes the door behind them as they leave.

Trixie sat on the soft pillow cushion and played with a few blocks. She smiled as she did so feeling like the world was right at last. Pinkie sat next to Fluttershy, the older pegasus cuddling Dash under her wing.

“So, Dashie you seemed to have fun last night?” Fluttershy cooed.

Dash blushed a bit shifting. “I-I guess, but it’s still not me.”

“I suppose but you know what? I like being a mommy.”

Dash sighed giving Fluttershy a smile. “Well that’s good to know, maybe you could adopt when this is all over.”

Fluttershy ruffled up Dash’s mane nodding in reply. “That does sound like a nice idea.”

Applejack idly looked over at Blueblood as he stared out the window at the city. “So...what was your childhood like?”

Blueblood blinked turning to face her. “Huh, what why would you ask that out of nowhere?”

“Just trying to spawn conversation is all,” she shrugged, ”Well how was it?”

He didn’t reply at first thinking it over. “Busy,” he replied, “Mostly being brought up to society standards and schooling. Rather dull really,” he rubbed his hoof on his chest.

“Ya does sound like a bore, no fun or anything.”

“I have plenty of fun,” Blueblood retorted with a huff. “Parties galore your non noble mind can’t possibly understand.”

“Yeah whatever I never was once for high society, my relatives tried once but I never fit in.” She puts a hoof up as Blueblood opened his mouth. “Don’t ya finish that sentence I don’t care what you think.”

After an hour the group was called back to the main room. Discord waved to Fluttershy as they take a seat. Nopony spoke at first, a calm silence filling the room. After a minute of quiet Celestia noted for Twilight to begin.

Twilight cleared her throat before looking at her notes. “After examining what happened we think we can reverse things back to normal there's just one catch,” she looked up from her paper the foals all staring worried. “Somepony is going to have to stay a foal for this to work.”

Trixie immediately beamed with joy at the solution. Now she could be happy and be with Twilight. Without even pause to let Twilight continue, she stuck her hoof in the air. “I volunteer!”

“She just wants to stay an alicorn!” Blueblood argued, “Little imposters tasted the good live and doesn’t want to give it up!”

Trixie glared at him eyes narrowing. “What do you know! You had everything given to you on silver platter. You know nothing about hardships,” she gave Blueblood a hard shove pushing him against Rarity leg.

“Hey now, lets not fight ya’ll,” Applejack said, moving in between the two.

“I agree that no way for a gentlecolt to act.” Rarity grabbed Blueblood holding him. ‘It’s not like you were going to volunteer.”

This alone seem to keep Blueblood from replying. He glared at Trixie again unwavering.

Twilight coughs. “Well I”m happy you made up your mind, but are you really sure about this Trixie?”

Trixie glanced about the room then back down at herself. “I-I”m sure,” she took a breath and looks at her friends. She smiled at PInkie thinking of fun things they could do after this.

“Okay then, lets do this shall we?” she asked, lifting Trixie up and carrying her to the center of the room. “Before we start, where did you fall asleep Trixie? Before all this started.”

Trixie looked into Twilight eyes. “Well was asleep in my hotel room in Los pegasus. Why is there a problem?”

“No but you're going to wake up there again and I need to know where to find you,” she said with a smile, kissing Trixie’s head. I obviously can’t teleport across Equestria but i’ll get there as fast as I can manage.”

Trixie grinned. “Room 12C, of crystal cloud hotel,” she said.

“Good,” she turned to the others, “We’re ready.”

Discord leans down to Trixie. “Now you need to focus on channeling as much magic as you can manage. Try thinking of happy thoughts, willpower is key here.”

“O-okay,” Trixie said with a nod, closing her eyes and focusing as best she could. She thought back to the time she got her cutie mark, the cheering crowd when she won the talent show. Her horn started to spark glittering lightly against the sun coming in through the window.

“Thats it Trixie, you can do it,” Twilight encouraged, felling maternal pride welling upside her.

Trixie sweats a bit trying to keep it going. Her mother was depending on her, her friends needed her. It began harder as seconds ticked on by. “Just a litte more you can do Trixie you are great and powerful,” she thought to herself.

“Get ready Discord,” Celestia said, charging up her own horn.

Trixie let out a gasp as he eyes lit up with a pure white light, levitating off the floor. Every part of her body felt like it was on fire. She felt her own magic over take her control.

Discord paw glowed building up a ball of red sparking energy. With underhand toss he sent it flying towards Trixie. The two magics collide blending into an ever expanding ball of magic.

As Trixie vision was encompassed by light she felt herself falling down a pit. Images of her life flash before her as she fell for what felt like eternity. The last thing to appear before her eyes before she passed out were Twilight big motherly eyes. When she finally came too she found herself back in the bed she had fallen asleep in, though this time, she was much, much smaller.

“I-it worked?” She shifted soon digging herself out from under the covers and stared at her form. She flapped her tiny wings feeling giddy watching her reflexion in the mirror on the other side of the room. She paused, looking around, everything was so big, the shadows so deep. She started to tremble, childish fear sinking into her mind. “T-Twilight said she’d come get me,” she told herself. She laid down covering her head with her hooves. She was so small and helpless anything could happen before she showed up. “C-come on Trixie pull yourself together no need to be scared-”

There was a suddenly knock on the door, Trixie heart skipping a beat. “house cleaning.” Trixie dived under the covers, trying to hid herself as best she could.

“This is not good.” she whimpered.

For Trixie, the world seemed to freeze, her heart raced as another knock rang out across the room. Each rapid knock sounding as loud as thunder to the panicking little filly. She fantastically examined the room for somewhere to hide. Her body shook as she thought of what would happen to her if they found a foal all alone and without an adult around. Without much time to think she tried sliding off the bed, unfortunately forgetting about her small size. With a thunk, she fall unto the semi solid carpet floor. She winced as she felt a pain in her back using all her willpower to hold back her yelp before scrambling back to her hooves and wiggled under the bed.

“Hello?” The maid called out moments before the door unlocked. Light spilled into the room as the maid peeked inside. Upon seeing the empty room, she pulled her cleaning cart into the room her eyes soon spotting the cape and hat on the stand and a open suitcase. “Must have forgotten them,” she said, grabbing them setting them into a box marked with, lost and found.

Trixie watched the cleaning mare enter the bathroom leaving her to think for a moment. She glanced at the cart worried about her cape. Even if it wouldn’t fit her, she’d no doubt grow back into it. She turned her attention back to more important matters at hand. Her shaking hooves shifted covering her mouth as to not give away her position despite the light crinkle the diaper made when she did so. She thought of making a run for it as she saw the open door, but would that do any good, quite possible it could make matters worse. Her wings suddenly flap out of sync on their own due to her anxiety, kicking up dust and lint. Despite her best efforts, Trixie was sent into a sneezing fit.

Upon hearing the fit, the maid came back into the main room. “Somepony here?” she looked around curious looking towards the bed.

Trixie couldn't stop sneezing shifting about which only caused more sneezes. By the time her fit was over as saw the pair of blue eyes staring at her. Oh horsefeathers

“Aww, hey there little filly, what are you doing under there all alone,” the maid cooed. “What kind of parents just leave a foal behind?” she asked, lifting Trixie into her forehooves, cradling her close to her warm fur.

Trixie squirmed shocked and afraid of what might happen, but just as soon as her fears surfaced they began to die down as the warm embrace soothed her. She wanted to panic but found she couldn't muster the ability to.

“Thats it, it’s ok now,” she cooed, giving her a nuzzle. The maid paused for a moment as she looked down at the foal examining it more closely. Her eyes went as wide as dinner plates seeing Trixie exotic features. She gasped. “Oh my, you're a little alicorn!” Without even taking a moment to breath she quickly dropped everything setting the foal on her back and heading out the door to see her boss.

---------

Twilight mane was already frazzled as she scrambled to find everything she would need for the trip. She remembered everything from yesterday or was it the same day she couldn’t tell, the point was she need to get going. “Spike wake up already.” She called into Spike room her crown atop her head.

“Huh?” he asked, sitting up, letting out a tired yawn, “Wassup?”

“We need to catch a train to Los Pegasus asap,” she said. Her little dragon assistant blinked staring at her confused. “To save Trixie, remember?”

“Oh...oh!” he shouted, his eyes going wide, “Lets go!” he shouted, rushing toward the door.

After a rushed packing session they head out to the station. Passersbys watched the princess run down the street wondering what was wrong. When they arrived at the station, PInkie Pie was there to meet them.

“PInkie?” Twilight blinked tilting her head. She shifted her bags a bit.

PInkie PIe nodded giving Twilight a hug. “I'm coming with you, I can’t leave a new friend alone.”

Twilight having no objections gave a nod in return gesturing PInkie to follow into the train. Once seated the alicorn kept looking out the window wings twitching. “It’s going to be long trip, who knows what my little trixie gotten into. What if she can’t remember who we are, or she gets foalnapped.”

If not for PInkie holding her down Twilight would have hit the ceiling of the train car. Spike rubs Twilight back. “Twilight it’s going to be okay, I mean she's an alicorn foal too, that’s sure to get her lots of attention,” he said smling, “She’ll be easy to find then.”

A few breaths escaped Twilight mouth using the method Candace had show her to calm herself however the result was rather limited. “Y-yeah, you’re right, I’m sure we just have to find a large crowd or something but still w-”

PInkie put a hoof gently to Twilight mouth. ‘Twilight relax, and have something to eat. Food helps the brain afterall.”

Twilight ear still twitched as she got comfy on her seat once more. She still couldn’t stop herself from thinking about all the things that could go wrong. With her attachment to Trixie even stronger feeling that motherly impulse in her growing with each agonizing minutes as the train pulled out of the station. ‘Okay Pinkie, i’ll try.”

---------

Trixie had no words for what was happening before her. Here she was sitting on the manager's desk, being stared at by 5 complete strangers. The cleaning mare that brought her to the room was staying close, apparently feeling responsible for Trixie. She shifted in the diaper that one of the workers had brought, apparently they had some extra supplies for guests with infants. It felt nice to be in a diaper again and simple suckled her hoof listening to the conversation, wondering what lay in store for her until Twilight showed up.

The sky blue pegasus stared at Trixie for some time, blinking several times as he scratched the back of his neck. “Well...this is certainly interesting,” he flipped through the registry upon his black magnetite table top, “considering Trixie never checked out this morning,”

Trixie nodded unsure if they were paying attention to her.

A red maned earth pony mare looked over towards the foal. “So what? You're assuming that this is Trixie. I don’t see how a typical unicorn could turn herself into alicorn.”

Trixie let out of huff, babbling a complaint while crossing her hooves, rather cute like by pure accident. She was not a normal unicorn, at least not anymore. The fact she couldn’t talk did worry her a bit, but she just figured it was due to her young body.

The stallion once more blinked, turning his attention back to the foal on his desk. “She seems to be aware of what’s going on. I mean how else can you explain finding a foal in her room.”

The cleaning mare gave a soft pat to the diaper, causing Trixie to giggle. “What do we do with her then?”

“Shouldn’t we alert the guards of something?” one of the others asked.

The manager adjusted his glasses as he made a quick glance at Trixie before speaking. “I suppose we could, but how do we even explain this? If anypony finds out about this will be swarmed with reporters and all sort of ponies.”

Trixie let out a sigh of relief. At least glad she wouldn't be taken to a orphanage or something worse than that. Although getting attention would be nice but being swarmed wouldn’t be.

“We could put her in a daycare center for now,” The redhead mare replied.

“But that might bring her unwanted attention,” the maid said, giving Trixie’s mane a light pet.

The manager sighed, thinking as he massaged his forehead for a second. “Well we can’t just leave her unsupervised either."

The maid smiled. “Well I do foalsit a bunch. I have nursery and everything. Please, i’ll take good care of her,” she almost sounded like a filly wanting a new toy.

Trixie blushed a bit, some part of her wanting to stay here for when Twilight arrived. There were just too many variables to consider. Her eyes glance up at the maid who was beaming with glee.

The manager slid his glasses back in place. “Very well, Emerald, i’ll give you the day off to take care of Trixie here. i’ll still be informing the royal guard about this though.”

Emerald sqeed and hugged Trixie close. She held the foal in her forehooves before looking up at her boss. “But what will telling the guards accomplish? It’s not like she’s in any danger.”

“I’m pretty sure the princesses will know what to do with an alicorn foal.”

Trixie tried her best to make her mouth say princess, but to no avail as it just came out a babble once more.

The manager smiled again. “Seems she wants the princess as well.”

Emerald tickles Trixie chin. “Oh very well, i’ll keep an eye on her at my place and will have lots of fun while it lasts,” she said hearing the filly giggle and squirm about.

“Just don’t make too much of a fuss if they come to take her ok?” the stallion replied noting the slight hesitation in Emerald muzzle.

“Yes sir.” She replied calmly as she set Trixie on her back. Soon she out the door heading to her place.

------

Trixie stared at the nursery as she carried inside. It was quite colourful using almost every colour of the rainbow imaginable. Her mind seemed to wonder more now finding it all wonderful. She shook her head, re-focusing her thoughts. She knew Twilight wouldn't’ stop till she found her, so there wasn’t that much worry for that. Although being at Emerald house might complicate things.

While she was deep in thought, Emerald had set her down amongst the toys in the playpen. Realizing this, Trixie turning to look up at her.

“Go ahead,” Emerald cooed,” Have fun litte Trixie.”

Trixie shrugged before crawling over to a ball and bounced it between her legs. A smile spreading across her face and she turned back to look at Emerald babbling at her wanting her to play as well. Emerald got the message and entered the pen sitting down. Soon the two were playing all sort of games together both equally having fun. Trixie loved all of it and let the happy distraction keep her occupied.

Even with a one-way ticket, the ride to Los Pegasus had taken hours giving twilight plenty of time to think and unfortunately just as much time worry as well. Pinkie remained her cheery self, as per usual. During one of there many battleship games, Twilight couldn't help but ask Pinkie a question that had loomed in her mind ever since she found out that all that had happened was all fabricated.

“Pinkie, why did you chose Flash?”

Pinkie tilts her head. “What you mean, Twilight?”

“When you made that story up, why Flash Sentry, I barely knew the guy, well used to not know him much. I mean before we hardly ever met except when we went to the Empire, and even that was only a few sentences tops.”

Pinkie simply gave a shrug in response. “I don’t know, it just came to me. I suppose it could have been any stallion I know, but for some reason his name came to mind. How odd is that?” she snorted a bit.

“I dunno,” Twilight said with a sigh, having given up trying to figure out Pinkie months ago. “Just kind of hard to forget a romance that never happened you know?”

Pinkie tapped her chin before shaking her head. “Nope. I'm sure you’ll find love someday Twilight bound to happen.”

Twilight sighed “Yeah probably, so um A8?”

Pinkie gasped. “Gah, you sank my battleship!”

------

The train wheeled into the station letting out a high pitched whistle as it came to a stop. Twilight wasted no time securing the bags to her back and gestured Pinkie to follow, only to find her friend staring at snow globes.

“Pinkie focus!”

“Oh but they got the Manehattan one, I don’t have that one yet.”

“We can pick it up on the way back, we have to find Trixie remember?” she asked with a sigh, looking around, “Come on, we have to get to that hotel.”.

PInke ears dropped to her sides. ‘Oh sorry hehe, let’s go.’ She smiled again before bouncing ahead of Twilight.

“Wow wait up!” Twilight persuade her rather quick friend, Spike hung on for dear life. Her heart was racing and not just from the extensive physical activity. hundreds of possibilities had come and gone through her head all now surfacing to claw at her life raft of sanity. They passed block after block getting ever closer anxiety building up inside her.

Pinkie bounced into the hotel and up to the front desk. “Hey there have you-”

“Where is Trixie?“ Twilight interjected, appearing next to Pinkie panting.

The attendant jumped back startled. “Oh P-princess Twilight, uh what an honor.”

Twilight nodded ‘Yes yes, just answer the question,” her wings were spread wide making her look rather intimidating.

“Well umm... you seee... she was normal when she checked in but um... this morning we found her as an alicorn foal.”

The attendant scurried off to get the manager. He soon came out explaining the situation to her proper. Twilight calmed a little knowing her daughter was safe. After getting the address for the maid that was foalsitting Trixie, they headed out.

“Twilight, I don’t think she’s in any danger,” Pinkie said up, trotting after her, “You can relax a bit I think.”

Twilight kept going at full tilt something inside her just telling to protect her. She’d never felt so motherly before and it sort of made her understand how her own mother felt that one time she snuck out of the house to do some research. Velvet had never looked so distraught in all her life once she found where she had ran off too. Needless to say, she could relate. “Safe..with a complete stranger. I can’t be certain of that.”

After a few minutes of running they reach the residential district soon locating the house in question. Twilight stopped to catch her breath. “O...kay..running not such a good idea,” she panted heavily.

“We can’t be too far right?” Pinkie asked, giving her a smile, ‘We’ll find her don’t worry,” she said, hugging her.

Twilight kept taking deep breaths as she hugged back. “Yeah just down the block, thanks for coming along probably be in worse shape.”

“No need to thank me,” Spike said with a smirk, patting Twilight’s side, “I’m always happy to help!”

Twilight turned her head to look at Spike blushed. ‘Oh sorry Spike, I guess I got so caught up in my own worry I kind of forgot you were with us.”

Spike rolled his eyes. “Jeez Twi, thanks for making me feel special,” he replied crossing his claws irritated.

“Sorry! I’m just worried about Trixie!” she said, feeling rather guilty, “Wait,“ she paused, looking around, “I think... I think this is the house!” she shouted rushing over to the door, pounding on it frantically.

The door soon opened, a rather stunned mare standing in the doorway. Emerald gasps. “Princess Twilight?” Her eyes went wide at the sight and she bowed respectfully.

“Please!” Twilight shouted, grabbing her by the shoulders and shaking her, “Tell me Trixie is ok!?”

Emerald meeped nodding quickly. “Y-yes she fine, I was just about to change her diaper when you came a knocking.”

Her eyes shoot open wide and she teleported behind Emerald, dashing into the home, being rather frantic about it. Spike fell to the ground somehow not being poofed along with Twilight. “Trixie!” Twilight called soon hearing a babbled reply from down the hall. Running down the hall the princess entered the nursery quickly.

Trixie was currently laying on a changing table, squirming around, buzzing her little wings. Twilight grab her giving a warm hug to her little foal. The filly in return hugged back babbling something although Twilight didn’t have to guess it was happiness.

Trixie cooed, nuzzling her gleefully.

“Daww,”Pinkie said from the doorway, a bright smile on her face as she watched them. “Mommy and foal reunited at last.”

Spike smiled as well watching the two have a bonding moment.

Emerald peeked into the room. “So what now? Are you taking her with you?”

“Of course, she’s my foal,” Twilight said, giving Trixie a happy nuzzle, cooing softly. “Thank you so much for taking care of her, I appreciate it greatly.”

“Oh um... your welcome,” Emerald said, looking at the ground, looking a bit sad.

Pinkie was the first to notice the sad look on the mare’s face. “Oh why so sad?” she asked giving Emerald a hug.

“I’m just... sad to see her go... she’s such a good foal...” Emerald said, hugging her back.

“It’s a long story, but she’s really a mare in a foal body. That’s why she so well behaved.” Twilight replied as she changed Trixie into a fresh diaper.

Pinkie kept hugging. “Oh i’m sure Twilight will let you visit little Trixie. I mean it’s a looong train ride but worth it right?”

Emerald nodded. "Well I suppose so, that would me I'd only b able to visit every so often then."

Twilight looked about the room and soon had an idea. She cleared her throat. “Well...” Twilight started as she tapped her chin, “If you don’t mind the move to Ponyville I could hire you to be her nanny.”

Emerald sqee’ed at the thought bouncing in place. “Really, you do that for me. Oh i’m so honored your majesty.”

Twilight blushed still finding the royal treatment a tad off putting at times. “Twilight is fine, no need for such formalities please.” she grinned. “I’d be more than happy to do it. After all,Trixie seems to like you too, i’m sure you’ll be close friends. I can even help you find a place to live.”

Emerald beamed and began dancing around like a filly on Hearth's Warming. She gave Twilight a big hug and looked at the alicorn filly. Pinkie and Spike join the group hug all smiling.

Trixie smiled up at her mother, snuggling into Twilight’s warm fur. For the first time in her life, she felt like she really belonged, a loving family that loved her and that’s all that really mattered.
