(Side Stories) A mysterious company is going around towns and cities and are transforming girls into ponies to sell them as slaves for depraved people. These are the stories of these poor victims and how they cope with the changes.

(Deleted Scenes) These are parts of the story that were left off or cutaway from the main story because I felt they are either too weird or too out of place to fit in the main story. Because of this I'll be taking some liberties to change a few lines to make them sillier despite some of the dark tone of this story has along with the other side stories.

This will also be the first time that I will be literally writing down stories directly in the chapters sections even though it's only for the deleted scenes. There are two more reasons why I'm doing this. First: is to get inspiration, since I haven't been motivated to do the story recently due to my current nightly activities and the work I had to do for College, so I've been too tired to do except maybe writing down huge speeches like this. Maybe if I work on this while trying to sleep properly I'll be motivated to get Dark Alternative done sooner. The second reason is that I wanted to have a place to put the sidestories in when I'm ready to do them after chapter 3 is done. There's this particular story that I want to write but it's not in the main story. I'll write the side stories when I'm done with chapter 3. I think... that's it I hope you enjoy the stories I will be writing in here. (Prominient main characters will be added when their side story is made, until it basically everything else). Also even though Sex is the subject for most of the conversations characters have, there are NO SCENES that involve them. Sorry cloppers, it's not that kind of fic (This extra series and the main one).

Rarity discovers an old tradition involving the exchange of felt dolls as a sign of affection. This sparks a brilliant plan to play matchmaker with her friends, and between herself and Twilight.

But brilliant plans never go as expected, do they?

Twilight Sparkle, while working with a spell book accidently opens a portal revealing an alternate Equestria where she sees that ponies underwent an different evolutionary branch and technology is slightly more advanced in some areas. However she gets more than she bargained for when she accidently swaps minds with her alternate self. Can both Twilights get used to each other's Equestrias until they find a way back home?

Rainbow Dash borrows Commander Hurricane's biography from Twilight, and ends up reading about various aspects of her life. She discovers that the historical once-ruler of the Pegasi also had a VERY interesting relationship with her subordinate, Private Pansy. Seeking the company of Fluttershy, who had played Private Pansy, the two of them go to reading through the rest of what Commander Hurricane shared with her subordinate.

The colts, Dusk, Elusive, and Rumble have been friends for years. Twilight and Trixie go through the adventure of life together, the other as their sister. Things go smooth for both mares, but as fillies their lives are more than unusual. While Trixie fights homework, school work, everything else that involves work, as well as her mother, Twilight stands alone as a golden child. More often than not, the sweet alumna sees herself saving Trixie from trouble around every corner.
