Nightmares.

We all have them.

Even Nightmare Moon herself has them.

But how does she handle her own name being used for something so vile? Something painful, pointless, and cruel. Which forces you to rise from rest in sobs and heart break.

And worse, who could ever love a nightmare?

The Ponies take over our lands. The lands we have works so very hard to create, to earn, and to develop.
We have started wars on this land. we have started wars FOR land.
We, the human race, have worked to far. killed to much, and survived to long to be exterminated like pests.

I stand here now as the last human on earth. There's no hope for me, or for my race. but the purple unicorn in front of me dares to ask the question that every other pony has asked before: Why do we fight?

The descent into madness is normally supposed to be uncomfortable, if common opinion is to be trusted. I'm also pretty sure it's suppose to take a while, hence the whole "descent into madness" idea, as opposed to "plummeting at high speed into madness." Well, neither of those things apply to me, and i'm pretty sure I just went crazy. I mean, I always thought I was crazy in that creepy loser sort of way, but this goes a little beyond that.

See, i've got Discord in my house all of a sudden. And in the world of sane people, cartoon kid's show villains aren't suppose to just arrive in your house. They aren't supposed to talk to you. They aren't supposed to tear dimensional gaps in your house. And they, most of all, are not supposed to occasionally want to cuddle.

Guess I failed at going insane. Bummer.

Big Macintosh goes on strike when he sees he's the one doing all the heavy lifting and harder work at Sweet Apple Acres while his sisters frolic. His idea catches fire throughout Ponyville, and soon every stallion is up in arms! Sexism explodes in the tiny town, it's Stallions on Strike!

(highly recommend watching the Xionic Madness series for a better context of Omega and everything about him)The leader of the tippy-top team of soldiers in the world, Omega the cyborg, was finally dead, killed by his former team mate Kary-08, a fully sentient android, even when he regains consciousness, he is now in... hell? He thought that's where he would end up, at least in some mildly charred rip-off of hell, but no, now he is in the land of Equestria, a utopia ruled by ponies and peace, and he's been through so much, he's more than willing to accept both. He is cripplingly cautious though, years on the battlefield have taught him that even in the brightest light, there is darkness, yet while nothing threatens him, he can't feel safe. Stripped of his powerful bio-mech armor, he finds himself feeling naked, despite his new companions and under-armor clothing, and puts his mind to it's greatest use, science, and it's least used use, friendship. Rated for Omega being a vulgar person and other stuff later on

[First Person Narrative]
I awoke today, finding the usual hangover besieging my mind. All seemed normal...
Until I found her lying next to me...

Luna flew about the sky, guarding the night over Equestria, noticed something unfamiliar in the sky, something that looked Alien. She had used her power of the night to draw this object down from orbit for a second look. It was a Structure Composed of a Gold metal, hexagonal main body, with a thin, large bowl shape at the top. In the center of the bowl, a small radio antenna lie. There were also longer antennas on the sides, 3 of them to be exact. The other side had a Small, golden truss beam, with several radio instruments on it. On one of the sides, like a Large, golden disk with several alien markings on the front. Luna flew it back to the main Canterlot castle and informed her sister for a closer inspection.

Ponyville, is a peaceful yet often random place to live in. The young play outside in the warm weather, while the adults sit around and chat about their daily routine, wondering how the day will pass on, and what to put on the table tonight for dinner. Even the animals are friendly to one another.

Yet, something feels...different about Ponyville, and the adults are not sure why. It feels the same as any other day, getting up, go to work, sleep, and repeat the process.

But for some strange reason, colts and fillies laugh, and not with each other, but with a new friend. Not only do the youngsters like this new friend, the elderly seem to take a liking to this friend as well. It bothers some, but most ignore and let it be.

But sometimes, if you are very quiet, you can hear a voice. A voice filled with sadness and anger. Often times, the voice settles down, and does not speak, but when it does, this voice repeats the same question. Again, and again and again.

"Where Will I Go?"

After the 'Canterlot Wedding' incident the Changeling swarm was scattered across the land, enslaved by pony warlords and slavers beyond the borders of Equestria. Weak, desperate and with only a dozen changelings to her name, Queen Chrysalis resorts to summoning one of the most obscure creatures in mythology; a human.
