Equestria has warp technology! (Mostly due to a crashed Federation shuttle or two!) With it, their invitation to the Federation of planets is sealed. As the first Human/Equestrian ship is ready to leave port with its crew complement of exactly one thousand. Standing tall at half a kilometer in height, and 2/3 a kilometer in length from aft to bow the "USS Harmony" is ready for service! Their maiden voyage is scheduled for stardate 81144; with a crew that consists of seven hundred ponies and three hundred humans they are unlike any other!

These are the Harmony's's journeys through the known and the unknown...

Discord has a long lost brother: that brother seeks to have him return home, and is willing to do whatever it takes for that to happen, even if it means threatening Discord's new friends. How will Discord react - and how will his friends react when tested by the power of a Q?

This fic is a crossover with Star Trek: it treats Discord as Q. It also includes an OC Q. Second ever MLP fic. Risk of possible OOC elements included (though hopefully justified and explained in-fic).

Captain Picard has been given the command of Star Fleets new flagship, the USS Enterprise. But when an extremely powerful being by the name of DisQord sends him and his crew to a parallel earth called Equestria, he will have more then just the problem of how to go home, he will have a mystery to solve.

All characters are ponies... even Worf and no magic exists in the star trek universe.

(Takes place after the events of Star Trek Online) The Klingons are back to being the Federation's allies, but our courageous heroes aren't out of the woods yet! A small planet, with a strange type of radiation, has caught the Borg's ocular implants. What more, it's inhabited by... ponies? It looks like the natives can control that radiation, and they've caught much more than the Borg's eye. Tal'Shiar, Jem'Haddar, everyone's gunning for these multicolored friendship equines. But, what makes this radiation so special?
What can they see that we can't?

Upon the return of Princess Luna {Circa 0 AR} and the ascension of the Princess of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle {Circa 4 AR}, Equestria experienced a technological boom the likes of which had never been seen before or have been seen in the 100 years since. The nation progressed from fossil fuels to self-sustaining Arcano-Antimatter reactors to power the country within the span of fifteen years. Within seventeen years Major Charging Dawn of the Celestial Air Brigade was the first pony to set foot on the moon through means non-related to the usage of the elements of Harmony. Within twenty-five years, the first warp drive was created.

Within a hundred years, where we stand now, the universe has expanded in a way that none could have predicted before the return of Princess Luna and the ascension of Princess Twilight. It is this author’s humble opinion that the Princesses exerted a kind of pressure on the creative and innovative sparks of the beings of the world, whilst Princess Twilight increased their predilection for working together in friendship and harmony. The two elements, when combined, resulted in the massive explosion of technology that has been observed over the last century.

And now, the Equestrian Interplanetary Alliance discovers the answer to the biggest question asked since ponykind first looked to the stars.

They are not alone.

This was- I mean IS the first story I am working on. I never before wrote fanfiction. I probably would change this description sometime in the future. So there probably will be many screw-ups.
Inspired by various Sci-fi adventure stories including: Star Trek (I guess its pretty obvious), Starship Troopers, FTL game, Mass effect and more.

and uh, what else is there. Originally written for /mlp/ Anon in Equestria stories. Therefore the viewpoint has that sort of 2nd person storytelling. Each chapters are not that LONG for now and...OH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD LETS JUST READ IT ALREADY.
