Both Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash have known one another since they were no more than fillies learning to fly in Cloudsdale. Now, after years of friendship, hardships, adventuring and secretly harbouring deep feelings for one another, the two are a finally marefriends. Ultimately, all that has happed to them seems rather silly when they sit down and think about it, but it is an awful lot to think about.

Fluttershy watched her grow, she watched her learn, she watched her chase her dreams and eventually watched her catch them. Now Rainbow has everything she ever dreamed of, everything could ever want out of her life.

However watching Rainbow achieve her goals has left Fluttershy in want, desperately needing something that she isn't even sure that her old friend even has to offer, love.

For years the two had gone their separate ways, however the chance to see her old friend again means Fluttershy has one more chance to speak from her heart. Will it make a difference though?

While reading a book late into the night, Fluttershy is interrupted by a loud series of noises outside of her cottage.

Upon her investigation, the timid mare stumbles across a drunk Rainbow Dash in a sad state of mind. When she opens up her home to her life-long friend, it is evident that there is something that Rainbow wants to tell her.

However, when she is told what is on the pegasus's mind, she is unsure how to react.

Frightened was an understatement. Fluttershy, one of the kindest and sweetest girls, was being stocked to the point of feeling terrorized. She now has acquired the help from her most loyal friend. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy have had a rocky relationship, with ups and downs over the course of years, and Rainbow's ready to call it quits for good. As she stands at the door, willing herself to knock, there's something holding her back: she's still in love. Love alone isn't enough to make it work, but as their relationship threatens to end forever, they have one last chance to make sense of it all.

And Rainbow Dash can't stop remembering.

Fluttershy finds a young and scared Pegasus colt in a storm one night. Can she be the mother he so desperately needs?

Fluttershy can't stop remembering her sad past, not that a visit from the Cutie Mark Crusaders helps at all. Will she be able to keep her past a secret, or will she have to come clean with the pony she wants most to keep the secret from.

After Andy finds out that Fluttershy's romantic interest is a mare abuser with ill intentions, he offers his shoulder to Fluttershy in her time of need. However, when he comforts her, Fluttershy takes notice of Andy's strange and evasive behaviour, which makes the timid mare feel concerned for him, knowing that something is bothering him greatly.
