I'll say he's the worst friend Fluttershy could have. Not appearing next to Fluttershy when she was in the hospital? Not there when Fluttershy needed comfort? Unless this was before season 2. Then that would be reasonable.
Story is a little short for all the information it contains, and could use a good polish with the editing cloth.
