Maud Pie has never dealt with change well, not that life ever seemed to take her comfort into consideration. With the ending of the school year on the horizon and her doctorate close at hand, there are many changes coming Maud's way—changes she is in no way ready for. And so, on this last winter break, she decides to head back home.

Home means consistency. It means stability. It is predictable.

But few things are set in stone and Maud is finding that family may not be one of them.

Taking place a year and a half after Maud Pie was attacked by Pinkie Pie, Marble Pie finds out the true real reason why her family was attacked. She runs away from the Pie Rock Farm, afraid to stay in the same house with them. There's only one pony who she can turn to now.

First off, I'd like to thank anyone who is reading this who read the first three stories almost a year ago and are still along with me today. It makes me happy to see that people enjoy my writing that much. Kinda makes me feel like a halfway decent writer.
Although I've been working on this story for many months now, please point out any errors you may see. Other than that, I'd recommend to anyone new to read the previous stories in this series and then come back to avoid any confusion, and I hope you enjoy it.

For Pinkie Pie, life is pretty good—she's the pinkest, perkiest, most partiest pony in all of Ponyville!

Okay, so things could be better. Her friends aren't having the happiest time right now, especially her beloved Dashie, who she hasn't seen in a while. Upon reuniting, an innocent conversation quickly turns into a sour argument, prompting Pinkie to ask herself all sorts of questions. Who's in the wrong? What should she do? Why are all the bad things happening right now?

And, most importantly, can she patch things up with Dashie before it's too late?

A side story to The Life of Times of a Winning Pony, chapters 18 to 21.

It's been a few days since Rainbow Dash have seen or heard of Pinkie Pie. When she decides to pay a visit, she finds the pink haired pony in her basement in tears. While trying to comfort her, she learn something about her that could change they're entire friendship forever.
