The Second Temptation of a Time Lord

The Doctor takes the Coordinates Blue gave him, and lands in a massive Prison. Run by Eternal beings who simply call themselves "The Law." With a ruthless Judge, a sympathetic Warden, and many imprisoned ponies in pain.

Blue sent them here for a reason, and the Doctor may not be prepared for what he finds there.

During a picnic with her friends, Twilight brought along with her a book. A book, simply titled "Superstitions". Twilight searched through, and, knowing none of them are in a relationship, stopped on one called, "Seeing their Hearts". Twilight read the instructions, telling that this superstition will show the face of the pony you will fall in love with. Everypony was curious and interested, except for one. Rarity, more of a logical pony than a believer. She scuffed it off as nonsense. There's no way you can see the future of your relationship, right?

There are scientific facts that are proven time and again through simple observation. Gravity. The earth's orbit and rotation. Water freezes when it gets cold. Science fails in the face of magic. Somehow, a pony ends up in my closet. Now I have to deal with two things, finding a job and keeping this pony out of trouble.

Rainbow Dash has always been full of herself and always thinking that she was the coolest mare in Equestria. She had always suspected that all the mares were into her, jokingly. Then one day it suddenly started coming true...

When Spike tries to get help from Celestia he only sets off a chain of events that will forever change Equestria.

The Doctor has regenerated, a new face, a new attitude, and of course, new troubles.

Ponyville seems to have survived the ordeal, but the Doctor has arrived again with a few new questions.

What will this new persona mean for the Doctor's future?

What is the significance of these two musicians that he has been led to?

Who exactly is "Blue," and how does he know the Doctor?

And finally...

"What do you want?"

After deciding to join the new date mail service Magic Match, Twilight gains an anonymous pen pal. However, she and her new friend (who goes by the name AwesomeCupcake152) make a pact – not to share any personal information.

But, as letters continue to pass through her mailbox, Twilight realizes something. She has feelings for this pony. This anonymous pony. In order to tell the mysterious pony of her dreams this, she must first ... find them.

But sometimes, the thing you want the most has been right in front of you the whole time.

Just as you arrive home after getting into an interesting fight with your supervisor as to what qualifies as 'good research', you open the door to your house to find the strangest looking creature. She calls herself Twilight Sparkle. She's convinced you're a fictional character from a book series on her world, and that you're her 'favourite character'.

A mainly philosophical and logic-based story where characters explore these topics in a very obvious way.

The Doctor winds up on a far off planet inhabited by pony-like creatures. The planet seems peaceful enough, but strange things keep appearing and disappearing, and he decides to take a deeper look into this subject. Things don't go entirely as planned, though, when he comes across someone very familiar.
