You can't say "see you in chapter 2" when you 1, don't see us at all, and 2, don't have chapter 2 out yet. That's like saying "see you nowhere" because chapter 2 doesn't exist yet, and since it does not exist yet, therefore, it cannot be anywhere, and until it does exist, chapter 2 is "nowhere".
