Kicked out of her Brother's wedding and betrayed by her friends, Twilight Sparkle is offered a chance by Arceus to go to the world of pokemon and start her life over. As she arrives, she is found by Ash Ketchum and his partner Pikachu and together they will travel through the Hoenn Region to become the very best like no one ever was.

This story will be based on both the anime and Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. So there will be Mega Evolution and some Pokémon from all the regions will be shown.

In Equestria, there are four princesses: Princess Celestia the Wise, Bringer of the Day and Protector of the Light; Princess Luna the Brave, Bringer of the Night and Protector of Dreams; Princess Cadence the Just, Bringer of Love and Protecter of the Crystal Heart; and Princess Chrysalis the Resourceful, Bringer of Peace and Protector of the Library of Wisdom. All four of them have proven time and time again their worthiness of the titles of Wise, Brave, Just, and Resourceful.

But rumors exist of a fifth princess: Princess Twilight the Kind, Bringer of Friendship and Protector of Magic itself. The rumors tell that Princess Twilight had five loyal friends, who together represented the fabled Elements of Harmony, using them to heal Luna the Brave, Chrysalis the Resourceful, and fabled mage Starlight the Powerful, along with many others.

But one day, Princess Twilight’s five friends and Princess Twilight herself disappeared, never to be seen again.

Now, the only clue as to her whereabouts lay in The Frozen Empire and it’s empress, the mysterious Winter Goddess, who communicates only by messenger even in times of dire need. The four Princesses have tried time and time again to talk to the Winter Goddess directly, but have made no progress.

And then, the Winter Goddess herself appears in the Throne Room, intent to call a Council of Royalty to discuss a new movement called the Eastern Ring.

Planet 4546B, an unexplored world on the edge of explored space.

The site of a desperate attempt by the Precursor civilization to find a cure for the deadly Khaara Bacterium. A thriving ecosystem only disturbed by the presence of the plague the Precursors left behind.

However, a lone unicorn named Twilight Sparkle has been thrown into this vicious world of ocean, having lost the battle against a time-manipulating foe. She tries her best to survive on one of the few spots of dry land available in the endless oceans.

But when the Aurora is shot down, and Twilight discovers a deadly infection spreading through her and the wildlife, she discovers she has to dive deeper, delve into the last holdout of the Precursor Race.

The last holdout of a nation that seems all too familiar...

There is more to a Royal Guard than meets the eye. Capturing crooks, chasing ruffians, fighting monsters, stopping assassinations, and protecting the Princess with all their worth -- with a thousand years of peace time, they have become more and less. But the future is uncertain, and within the horizon, the dark storms are a brewing.

Aiming to become a Royal Guard had never been Twilight's first choice of career -- it certainly was not what Mom and Dad wanted her to be. Still, that didn't stop Twilight Sparkle to pursue that dream. Now that she was one, she had to deal with monsters, cultists, vengeful ghosts, prickly teammates, forgotten childhood friends, and a Sunset Shimmer. Not exactly what she had expected out of her military career in peaceful Equestria, but perhaps it wasn't far off from what she wanted.

In the past, Ponykind attempted to create alicorns, legendary creatures said to be like the goddesses themselves. But then, the War started, the goddesses vanished, and the constructs of science and magic turned their abilities on the living.

Now, years later, the world is struggling to pick up from where it left off, and the constructed alicorns are ingrained into everypony's mind as being soulless monsters. And despite the warring factions outside destroying what alicorns they come across, the Alicorn Project is still in operation.

In contrast to the outside world, for the new alicorns, life seems perfect. They're permitted to interact with each other, communicate with the Interface who acts as their teacher, and grow for Placement in a registered family they could call their own.

But one alicorn named Twilight, set to be placed with the Sparkle family, struggles with questions. Why her family-to-be seems so protective of her. Why the Interface refuses to tell her everything.

And why everyone refuses to let her go Outside.

Twilight is a brilliant unicorn, however, she is bullied a lot at school. But, she never tells anyone. Then one day she was found in the garden, by Celesta's son an alicorn, Spike. On that day they became friends and Spike grew a crush on Twilight. On her senior year, the bullying starts to take its toll.

After discovering that Cadence is not who she appears to be, Twilight is sent to another world entirely by the disguised Changeling Queen to avoid her plan being disrupted.
When Twilight lands, she discovers that not only have Spike, Owlowiscious and Peewee followed her, but that they've arrived in a world where the main sentient species is human.
There's still a place where they teach magic, though.
Crossover with Harry Potter. Twilight will be effectively taking the role of Hermione.

Life is good and it couldn't be better, at least until she is sent to Ponyville in an attempt for a normal life. She will make friends, enemies, and possibly find one that she may care for while satiating her dark urges.

But can she maintain a normal life without revealing her true nature? Or will she be caught and destroy the ones she will come to care about?
