This is my first fanfiction and draws from many amazing fanfics, but especially Full Circle by Sotharan! This one gets a lot darker and I might change to Mature about half way through (depending on how the story plays out and the reactions it receives). It is the 41 Millenium and in the Imperium of Man there is one thing that everyone should fear; The Inquisition. A fanfiction where Sunset doesn't run away but is sent away like Twilight in Ep 1. Every 1 year in the mirror universe is 4 years in the MLP universe at least at the beginning of the fic .

As per tradition, after Flurry Heart's birth, Twilight's family takes a trip to their ancestral castle in order to introduce her to her great-grandparents. The rest of the girls come along too, eager to see the place. But when they get there; they learn strange rumors concerning the place and their friend's family. The large and foreboding place itself doesn't help either. Throw in a creepy caretaker, dark family secrets and hidden passageways, and soon they find themselves wondering if they truly know their friend as well as they thought they did.

Sometimes, events don't go the way they were supposed to. Sometimes, it's hard to incorporate small pieces into a larger whole. Sunset Shimmer's arrival on Terra has resulted in a lot of changes to the world, and there are a lot of small stories which rise from her myriad deeds and started fires.

These short stories are snippets of life in the Myriadverse. Some are large tales that will take multiple chapters to script out, others are just brief glimpses into the past or motivations for various characters. A few explain the lives of people who are touched- directly or indirectly- by Equestria.
