After reuniting with her best friend, Sunset Shimmer has decided to do the one thing that will ensure Twilight will never forget her again: move in with her.

Now it's a simple matter of reconnecting with the mare who stole her heart, learning the ropes of her new home, and continuing her study of magical artifacts... And, perhaps, making new friends as well. All while dealing with all the surprising perils that seem endemic to Ponyville. But none of that could possibly be a problem for a pony as great as Sunset Shimmer, right?

It's going to be a long year.

After "Sadness" events, Sunset is visiting some places in Equestria, while thinking about what happened on the other side of the mirror. And while Twilight tries to figure out how to fix all this mess and the Rainbooms face the consequences of their acting, a fourth party enters the scene.
What will happen? And who's trying to reach out to Sunset?

Sunset Shimmer has returned to Equestria with all the magic of the Elements of Harmony inside of her, traveling by accident ten years back into the past. Nearly all-powerful, but far from confident, Sunset questions her choices... and most of all, the possible consequences of her action. In particular, will the changes she's made to the timeline prevent her best friend, Princess Twilight Sparkle, from achieving her own destiny as an Alicorn?

What's an all-powerful Alicorn with a talent for magic supposed to do about it?

An unofficial crossover between LordBrony2040's "Sunset Reset" and a "Canon" Equestria Girls / MLP timeline. (At least until Sunset changes things, again.)

They are calling it the Age of Triumph. Multiple threats to the Last City have been dispatched. The Traveler is beginning to heal. The children are no longer frightened.

But for one warlock, her inability to master the self-resurrection technique Fireborn has drawn the ire of the Warlock Vanguard, Ikora Rey. Faced with an ultimatum, she dives deeper into herself in search of an identity she can truly call her own.

What she finds, and the friends she finds with it, could permanently change the balance between Light and the Darkness.

Takes place at the end of Destiny 1 (Rise of Iron) and before Destiny 2. Familiarity with the setting is recommended. "Violence" and "Death" tags are in line with Destiny's setting. And the profanity tag is because Fluttershy insisted on using one particular word.

With some changes on Star Swirl's time spell, Twilight accidentaly gets trapped in the past. But after saving two fillies and enlisting them to be her students in magic, they go on adventures together to survive the ruthless world they live in. With new friendship and foes, they discover what it truly means to be family by choice.
