Pretty good. As a veteran Displaced author, this is the first time I've seen a Starcraft/Transformers Displaced, and I hope the it continues.
Well you don't see a queen of blades displaced to often well from what I could find anyways plus great strat so far

Hmm... wonder where the matrix and vector sigma she bought are. And guess the Blackarachnia she was dressed as is the original, eh? So, she won't be as strong as she could be, though the matrix may change that.
Since this is your first Displaced fic, how much do you know about Displaced fics?
Also, as a bit of suggestion, be careful how you do Crossovers. Some people did them too often and killed the fic, but including them is part of being a displaced. The key is making sure the crossovers actually play important parts to the story, like the displaced they summon being to help with an important part, like say either in battle or helping cope over an emotional issue, etc. And going to other realities can be the same, likely often with getting something in return for the help. Many others do so like by providing tools or teaching things like spells or techniques, in return for their aid or something. Not saying they have to ASK for something in return, but it could be something gained from it. Heck, maybe even acquiring items from enemies your characters helped them fight or something.
Well well, Blackarachnia, one of my favorite beast wars characters. That got my attention right quick. I'll give this a read. see where it goes. I like your much creepier take on the merchant. Felt rather refreshing. I've read my fair share of displaced fics and none seem to really last long or go anywhere, lets see if you can do better.

Ask yourself exactly what possible item a classic Blackarachnia cosplayer might be able to use to not break the illusion entirely while carrying a SPHERICAL purse. Perhaps one with a hard shell?

After a bit of thinking after reading this, I can't seem to get this out of my head. Celestia asking why the sudden change, Liz asking Sarah what's wrong. Sarah goes: "...I just got a psionic message stating 'You are not the Overmind...'." Liz's eyes go wide, pull out her weapons, all while panicking with a "Shit-shit-shit-shitshitshit." Or something. XD

After all, she arrived in Kerrigan's 'after-Zerus' state, so she's a hell of a lot more powerful than even the Overmind could hope to be. ...buuuut, she'll still have a struggle, since she doesn't know how to wield that power yet or how to effectively tap into it. Won't be easy on her. And there's always Zerg numbers to be worried about.
