Everypony fears something and has the occasional nightmare. Some ponies have a fear so deep that they can never get over it. Few dreams are outright horrible, and some seem silly to others that might observe them. Let us take a walk in pony dreams, and observe some of the life that influences the dreamer.

"Oh no," Big Mac screamed. "I can't be pregnant; I'm trans!"
Big Mac woke up. "Oh, what a nightmare that was. There's nothing worse than thinking about your original sex when you're trans! Good thing it's only a few days until The Surgery."
Applejack walked into the room. "Hello, Big Mac. You are trans. Good luck with The Surgery!"

Just finished reading, it's an okay one-shot but the fic itself is short and the story is nothing more than Big Mac being transgender. That's it.

I will admit that I wrote this more to see if I could get myself into the head of someone coming from the opposite direction. Judging by the snarky comment above yours, I can't simply invert my own fears and improbable desires and come off as a believeable situation. Apparently my familial comfort and reassurance snippet at the end comes off as flat rather than sweet. If my muse strikes again; I'll write another chapter. I'll resubmit if I can get it to five chapters that are more than just 'guess who wasn't born male.'
