So far this looks good enough to keep an eye on.
There's one thing that's a bit unclear though. Is the main character a human in a world of anthros or an anthro in a world of humans? Since you mention flyers and magi, I'm assuming it's the former, but this sentence is a bit misleading:
As it is, they seem to be saying that they want to catch him and turn him into a human. But if he's just a human and they're telling him that they're going to get him, then there should be a comma after the "you".
Grammar is important, you know.

make sense an alien species even if it one is still unknown to the world is more of an impact than most realize questions and unintended impact it could have is kind of worrying to most don't know what It is or what it want only one to judge and know one is not enough to properly representing a species as a whole going by guessing is not fun like does it have power or deadly illnesses.

Finally, punctation, I'm not that good at it myself but, it was a bit hard to fully understand your comment. Just saying that, if you want your comments to carry on further, punctation would help pit. Other than that, you are a great observer.

My "if threat of capture" plan is a Cyanide Pill.
This story is pretty good. I do have one problem: they call him an animal. You wouldn't think it's that big of a deal, but considering that he's shown them that he's obviously intelligent, more intelligent than a mere animal, it just doesn't seem to make sense why they would call him an 'it' or 'animal'. Other than that it's a good story.
"Do not let them capture you! Avoid it at all costs!" yelled a voice within his head. It sounded like his but much more commanding and dark.
