(Note, this story takes place after season 7 and the movie.)

It had been 5 years since Chrysalis and a few changelings that didn't turn against her, found an ancient gateway, made their way to earth and took over all of America, life hasn't been the same since for humans as changelings killed innocents for no reason, torched their homes and treated them as if they were slaves. But while scavenging for food, two survivors, Morgan and Jacob meet Celestia, Luna, Twilight and her friends who claim that they are here to stop Chrysalis and help them take back their home. During their journey, they will encounter new friends, discover new and dangerous threats and uncover secrets that have been hidden for years! Will this new rebellion of different species end a raging war and bring freedom to its citizens or will it set things back for the entire human race?

Ryder is called off to war in Steurope to run a military base and has to leave his little sister behind with Celestia. Why Celestia? Because Rainbow Dash is in the hospital, Rarity and Sweetie Belle are off in Manehattan. Applejack is.... A tad ticked at Ryder (Translation: She's PISSED at him.) so Scootaloo isn't allowed to stay over until Ryder apologizes for what he did. And Princess Cadence isn't even a good option since she's off in Griffonstone trying to fix something.

Note: This is a first-person fic from the view of Princess Celestia somewhat linked to 'That Night...' and 'Working For Her'.

In the endless branches of the Rainbow Prime Tree of MLPFIM, there are many different takes on the FIM but also different takes on the Equestria Girls universe.

This is one of them.

In this universe, Pony Sunset never came to this universe as she was never fated to leave her Equestria. This is also because the Rainbow Comet affected both that alt-universe Equestria and its human counterpart story.
This story doesn't follow Sunset but instead Twilah and Dashiell's granddaughter, Dashie 'Twi' Reinbold, named after her late grandmothers.
Dashie is a shy girl with no friends. She doesn't believe in friendship and only wants to make her late grandmothers proud by carrying on the legacy of their names. To become the best runner and smartest person in the world. Who needs friends when you are trying to reach that goal?

But she will learn how important friendship is when three new girls join Canterlot High, and dark magical things start to happen...

War is one of the few things that any sentient species comes to know at some point, and the ponies of Equestria are no exception. The Princesses have lost all hope in attempting to stave off an invasion, and have chosen to call upon the aid of a species whose own culture nearly revolves around war.

Now, an unwilling human has been dragged into this conflict, had his view of reality shattered, and to top it all off, has been asked to help organize a counter-strike against the army that drove the Equestrians from their home.

Maximus Cross will face his own trials and tribulations as he travels across the country to deal in the bane of his existence: politics. And this is only the beginning, as a war is brewing, and he has been thrust straight to its forefront...

[EDIT] I'm currently putting this through a rewrite, so please forgive the drastic changes between grammar and story progression quality.

Alloy is a worker at E.S.S, aka, the Equestrian Secret Service. His line of work has him and his partners working in the background to protect the country. As time goes by and the addition of the Main Six, their jobs are put on the line. This story follows Alloy through his experiences and work intervening with some events. The story line stays right along side with the MLP:FiM show from the point of season 4's finale onward. :)

P.S. I noticed there were a few grammar mistakes in the older chapters and some of the newer ones. Feel free to point them out for me :D Also, constructive feedback is welcomed. :3
