The humans have taking their place in their part of the galaxy thanks to the fact they can now live virtually forever. When they come across an Earth-Like planet, they find some equine inhabitants that are close-minded to new things. This weakness causes a war between a powerful race, and a race still finding its place among their planet.

ATTENTION: Read this before opening the story!

Warning contains violence, but nothing on the level of cupcakes or any gore fics. Definitely not going that far, I'm just letting you know in case you aren't fond of violence.

The reason Celestia hates humans, it's a question I have mulled over for a while.

Usually in HIE stories Celestia harbors a strong hatred for humans. Usually a reason is not given, if it is given, it is obscure usually along the lines of ‘I know humans are evil,’

I now come forth with a reason, it is one word; invasion. This is a crossover between MLP and Warhammer 400000. Someone had mentioned in a HIE story that maybe the second a universe is thought up, it exists in a parallel universe. So I now present to you, The Battle for Equestria.

Voyager 1, a space probe sent out into the vastness of space. Attached to it is a golden record, containing the sciences, the music, the images, and the feelings of a small and distant world, called Earth. It is a message, put into a bottle, and thrown into the vast cosmic ocean. In case any advanced civilization intercepts the probe, they can learn of humanity's achievements. But with space being so vast, it's hard to imagine an alien civilization finding the bottle. But if it is...

WAR! Has covered the Equestrian System as the New Lunar Republic, and the Solar Empire fight for territory. Little do they know is that the Galactic Empire has entered the system, searching for the man who destroyed the Death Star. When the three come together the already devastated NLR and Solar Empire are outgunned, and outmanned. But can they work together, by putting down there differences and force the Empire out of the system? Or be forced under a new tyrant rule by the Galactic Empire.

And yes I know its a long name. Also on the topic of how this will probably get bad reviews from the NLR, I am here to say. Just enjoy the story, the NLR and the SE will get there return later.

Darth Vader is one of the most despicable forces in the galaxy. Once a powerful and respected Jedi Knight, he betrayed the Galactic Republic and Jedi Order for the dark side of the Force. The newly christened Sith Lord was apprenticed to Darth Sidious and quickly became a master of the dark side. Vader was soon the scourge of the Jedi, continuing the Great Jedi Purge by slaughtering all remaining Jedi.

An extension of Emperor Palpatine's will, the Dark Lord was constantly on the move, traveling throughout the galaxy to defeat rebel uprisings and kill any surviving Jedi. This mission brings him to the edge of the Outer Rim into the Unknown Region of the galaxy, in an unknown star system. High above an unnamed planet he duels with one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy in a starship battle. But during the battle his ship is damaged, and he crash-lands on the mysterious planet.

With his connections to the Galactic Empire severed, Vader must find a way out the land known as Equestria, inhabited by the strange creatures known as ponies. That, or he could take it over.

It has been over 3000 years since the last human on Equis was seen. Celesita and her parents were force to wipeout humanity due to their civil war that has consumed the land that is now known as the Lost World. The war has affected the entire planet. Only Celestia and her parents know about the humans and the white Alicorn still fears of humanity returning somehow.
The year is 2040 on Earth and Humanity had achieved the first slip space drive. The ship known as the Arch Angel is the first spaceship to use the Slip-space drive. The destination was to travel to the Lumas Sol system. But something with the coordinates changed when the ship tried to avoid an asteroid field one hit the ship before the crew went into cryo the ship followed the destination information. The planet Equis is having problems with the Griffin Kingdom and the threat of war is used. Gunnery-Sergeant Steven Clearwater is sent to explore the planet. He has 70 day to explore the land until the ship lands on the planet. But how will Celestia react when she finds out that a human has set foot on the planet once again. (need better cover art any ideas or links plase and thank you)

When Queen Chrysalis returns with vengeance, leading a campaign of terror, violence, and deceit, unheard of in the peaceful land of Equestria, what will it take to protect harmony? Celestia gathers her sister Luna, and the most powerful weapon at her disposal, the elements of harmony, and launches a desperate plan.

A Spartan Team is sent on a mission to scout a Defense station due to a Covenant interference. Due to a slip-space accident the entire station along with a damaged frigate ends up in the orbit of Equis. Commander Luke has to repair the damaged frigat to return home but, when they scout the unknown planet they discover something that the UNSC has never encountered.

A lone Imperial frigate that made a blind jump into hyperspace winds up over Equestria. Under the command of a lone Sith, they decide to explore the planet, only to be dragged into the planets affairs.

Since Emperor Palpatine--now revealed to be the the evil Darth Sidious--took control of the senate, he has begun a brutal occupation of every planet in the known galaxy. During one such occupation the Galactic Empire has unknowingly stumbled upon the world of Equestria, and is now about to take control of it as they have done with every other system. The Emperor is about to send a small fleet of to the planet to subjugate it's inhabitants. Little does the Empire know, a group of renegade clone troopers, led by Commander Maverick, and Jedi Knight Kal Nevaar, are in hiding on the planet.
